You can 100% play him in place of a dps. His ult is bad damage though. I have 1:20 time in this shiyu, and can still boost the power of my teammates. My team: Lighter, Ben, Lucy.
@@flaminskimy thinking is that if you are using Caesar, then that slot 5 (for DPS / Attack unit) would always be pen ratio. Because what other options are there? ATK% would already be oversaturated by Caesar's buff and you wouldn't really care about anomaly proficiency on DPS / Attack char.

M2 lighter does 90% fire/ice bonus and that's mostly all you need,
i had a 45sec first half with lighter M2R1, burnice M1R1, Lucy M6R5
Tbf his mindscapes mainly focus on buffing his teammates
