Happy to help! I made this video because I kept running into the same issue and couldn’t get a software tutorial! I Hope you have a great time making yours!
Damn that is a dope setup. I am waiting for my case to arrive so I can finally build it. I was going to use the Hyte Y60 because it looks amazing. I watched a video on the Gamers Nexus channel that was talking about thermals for this case and they said the vertical GPU and how close it is to the panel is a bad thing. So I went with the H7 flow. Awesome build though!
Thank you! And yes I wish they gave a little more room. I think the 40 series has the biggest problem. Having intake fans directly below helps but it can be a factor. I am making a video about this later this week so stay tuned if you’re interested but the H7 is another amazing case.
Is it possible to explain the physical set up process. Like what all needs to ne connected to the panel and board? Is it just usb and hdmi and ribbon cable?
Yes so the ribbon cable goes from the screen to the little power-board (it comes with an extra also) the little power-board runs the power and hdmi so you plug the mini hdmi into the power-board and then into your graphics card in the same place as your monitor. The mini usb runs the power to the screen and can be plugged into any usb slot on the back of your motherboard or front of your case. In my case I slid the ribbon cable to the bottom in the same area as the bottom fans and that is where I kept the power-board. I then had the hdmi cable and power cable going from the bottom out the back. Let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions.
@White Coat Gamer this helps immensely. I was looking at micro usb to usb 5 pin header cables. Lol. Yeah I'll look at getting some pretty short usb a to micro cables and mini hdmi to full hdmi. What length did you go with. Thanks for your help!!
I did six feet cables just so I had plenty of length even if I needed to make a lot of turns and it was a good length. Probably could have gone with smaller but this seemed like the safest length.
You are absolutely right! I used the same list as my complete build video which is form before I changed my fans. These are the Lian li uni fans. Video about me installing them and temps soon! And I will change the link later today!
Excellent videos. I just took delivery of a Y60 based PC with Intel i9-13900 and nVidia 4070ti. I still have to install the GPU AND M.2s. I do like that LCD but need to see how it’s mounted. Did you use the 3D printed case? I love the look of the Y60.
Glad to hear. That’s a great build you have. And I did not use the 3-d mount jus because I didn’t know about it at first. I used black electrical tape on the top and bottom and it holds it in place.
Remember to like and subscribe! Let me know which templates you used and if you have any questions. Stay tuned for my video on the Hyte Y60 Thermals and my new fans!
Nice video. I have a question tho. All the temples from Aida64 forum, are dead or for some reason i cant download them. I cant register, sign in either. Is there another scource we can find templets?
Actually no. So you can get a 30 day free trial and create your sensor panel. Once the trial ends you can keep the panel just you cannot make any changes. What will happen is when you open aida64 it will open and say your trial has ended and tell you to either close or buy the product. Just minimize this and the sensor panel will stay. Just setup the panel with all the features you want before 30 days is up.
So I have a portable monitor laying around and want to do this. Someone recommended to use a header on your motherboard, so you don’t get the no display signal, but I can’t find a usb c cable that will connect to a header on my motherboard.
interesting. When exactly will you see the no display signal? I dont hae that signal with my crrent setup when my computer is off, asleep, or logged out.
@@WhiteCoatGamer i mean your sensor panel setup, actually i tried to download some setups from the website but nothing works with me, your sensor panel looks very clean co if you could share it, please.
@@abdulazizalkadi2094 I used a template from the aida 64 website I will try to find it and post the link. But I made a follow-up video about the sensor panel showing the software setup which shows a few templates
hey I couldn't find the exact template I used, but i did use this forum (forums.aida64.com/topic/667-share-your-sensorpanel/page/355/#comment-48771) which has ALOT of templates and mine is on there but I remember going through almost every page of the templates with my dimensions to decide on the best one. I am sure if I spent long enough I could find it again but it really takes combing trough all of the forum pages to find the perfect one for you.
Finally a video on the software setup not just the hardware😢🎉 thank you for this

Thanks for this video man. This is going to come in handy when I finish my build.
You’re welcome! I’m going to make another video on the hyte software too and compare it to aida64

Also which case fans are those? They don't look like the Corsair SP120s that you have linked in the description. I could be wrong tho.

Hey I’ll have to check on this. Maybe the forums got messed up but I think all the templates are there. Sometimes people post them on reddit
So we need to buy aida64 to see any of the sensor info?
Actually no. So you can get a 30 day free trial and create your sensor panel. Once the trial ends you can keep the panel just you cannot make any changes. Hey! as for physically installing this panel, Did you have to make a mount or bracket or does it fit perfectly?
Hey there! So I used a few strips of black electrical tape on the top and bottom to attach it to the case.
Micro USB goes to board and then standard USB to back of mobo?
Also does it come with HDMI mini to HDMI cable and if so is it long enough?
Yes that is how I connected it but I needed both cables separately it did not come with either
@@WhiteCoatGamer good to know, thanks
