Picked up the display for my 3rd Hyte build a few months ago. Great buy. It has great features that I don't use but its good to know they are there. fantastic find. absolutely no way I would buy the official one over this far superior and better value product. who in their right mind would buy the official one when this is available.
I bought the VSDISPLAY model without the complete backing (it's what I believe Hyte uses BTW) because I needed zero clearance to fit nearly flush at the back of my case in my Lian Li Cool III. I considered it but personally can’t imagine it being any more huge than it already is, after setting the y60 up on my desk any bigger and I’d probably have returned it
Quick question that I'm not sure if you would have the answer to but would like to hear some feedback on. Would the screen possibly get in the way with also mounting a Channel Hyte Y60 Front Distribution Plate? I know this is a niche question so no worries if you're not sure.
We’re actually planing to a custom loop water system with they HYTE distroplate and Y60, as far as we know, you won’t be able to mount the LCD screen if you are mounting the distroplate, vice versa.
