It seems too simple! To be sure I'm not losing my mind, are you saying you can swap the passenger seat and driver seat cushion? I'm driving by myself 99% of the time and the left side of the driver's seat is showing wear from getting out thousands of times. The passenger seat is 100% perfect. If I could swap them and have the slight wear on the left side of the passenger seat I'd be a happy boy!
I have a 2013 and cannot find the foam replacements. Is there any chance you have a parts# or a link to where you bought yours?

Been following your channel since the W202 days. Have any good suggestions for a W211 Drivers lower cover replacement? Almost all of the complete units seen on ebay are junk for a retail price and in worse shape than mine. Just thought I would ask to see if you knew of a good US or Canadian source to replace these. Anyhow, love your channel, I am appreciative and thankful for your instructional content.
w211 lower should be the same on either side , so finding a good passenger bottom would work . Wrecking yards in the Northeast have better interiors in older cars because they don't get as much sun baking . If you have access to a "u pick" wrecking yard you should be able to find one . Otherwise I have no good sources for them .
My 2014 sr5 doesn't have hog clamps but has MUCH easier 1inch wide plastic grab clips that just pop off and back on. Replaced my driver's cushion and upholstery this weekend.

Interesting, I wonder if someone had been in your's before? I just did a 2015 SR5 that had 10 hog rings; 4 on either side and 2 in the middle.

Amazing work, I have 2011 tacoma and have drive seat is torn; if I saw and understood correctly. I can buy the passenger seat and switch it to the driver seat using only the cover and the sponge. Thanks
Yes you can . It is the teensy tiniest bit differently shaped on the bottom base cushion . No one will ever notice . .
