I’m glad you highlighted the fact that you can get ED from trenbolone, doc. I suffer from that myself, and it wasn’t until recently that I was made aware of the fact that it was the tren that did it. I actually have to live on about 10mg/week of trenbolone, because of some freaky stuff that happened, and was going on, until about a few years ago. (Refering to what i said about the 10mg/week of tren, it is all part of the HRT I’m on currently. All perscription drugs of course, don’t worry.) Thank you so much.

My first cycle in the 90’s, the guy said take it until gone, no pct dosage sides anything.. thank god I could afford to wreck my body and was young enough my body bounced back, now on forums there are so many reckless abusers. I get it we all have some level of body dismorphia, too much is never enough! Thank god for you DOC!!

Tell your doc that your a transgender and you’re doing hormone therapy- transgenders are normal and accepted these days / bodybuilding comes with a stigma .

Hey Doc, just wanted to say thank you for your message to healthcare providers. It’s not a Doctors or nurses job to decide if someone is worthy of treatment just because they choose to use illicit medicines themselves. People deserve proper treatment, care and compassion regardless of their personal choices. It’s also baffling to me that the average endocrinologist still suggest bullshit like testosterone creams, or once a month injections. All of it is overpriced, and vastly less cost effective than a simple Test E shot once a week (maybe $40 a month for pharma grade test).

As long as you low dose and stay with anabolic stuff I really don’t think there’s much to worry about. Most of the people that fall over at 30-50yo are doing grams per week, androgens, stacking, not coming off, drinking, partying, party drugs, bad diet etc
Damn Doc your plea to the uneducated Doc's out there was really heart felt.👏🏼🙏 You've changed my ways already, I'm now on less Test and Nolvadex, and pop a Baby Asprin 75mil daily, to just combat that possibility of Blood thickening. 7 months later, feeling fine apart from a lil sack shrinkage, but as I'm 51 already got kids, and my Doc originally prescribed Test Gel, it's a small price to pay for the definition and growth I've gained.
The baby aspirin theory was refuted by the same college that did the original study they found that it actually increased death due to aneurysm and so doctors are retracting their statement that a baby aspirin a day is good for you

The doctors in Melbourne, i was on steroids and instead of giving me advice, they literally just lecture me and give 0 advice. They told me not to get blood tests here. Im hoping to bump into that doctor again so i can give him a good mouth full.

PED's in the amounts that IFBB pros are using are absolute abuse, most those guys arn't amazingly long lived, and people know that is realistic natty and whats not. The Doc focuses on the true negatives because theyre important..... Even a single low dose cycle of just test has potential to have a ton of side effects such as gyno, joint pain, and natural test levels that could be suppressed forever.

Aromasin 20mg Anavar 30mg-100mg increases closer to show Halo 10mg-40mg increases closer to show. My cycle for off season was different. I can share that too if you guys like.

Doc's 100% right..took me several months for my mojo to feel the way it did before but the effects to your physique are absolutely ridiculous! Never tried the long esther (enanathate was hard to get ahold of circa 2000) but Id assume long esther wouldn't keep serum blood levels as smooth as short esther acetate. Love the info Dr. and its amazing seeing how things have progressed since early 2000's. I'm about to run a cycle and its been a decade or so..im sticking with Test/EQ because for me it doesnt shut me down as hard as the 19-Nor derived substances do. I still got an out of date cartridge of finaplix i never got round to brewing, agree was the best especially for strength I remember I was cutting I was the lightest I had been and I was lifting the most I ever have, only 2-3ml a week at 75mg/ml none of the ugl tren dosed at 200mgs comes close
I take all 4 of those compounds in my cycles. I mix Sustanon, Tren, Equipoise in one shot on even days. 3 per week. Dosage: Sust, 600mg weekly. Tren, 400mg weekly. Eq, 400mg weekly I pin Deca or NPP on odd days. 3 per week. 500mg weekly. Hgh 3.3 iu per day in split doses. I run Arimidex .5mg eod, starting almost halfway through cycle. Then foolow with a post cycle therapy of HCG, Nolvadex and Arimasin for 30 days.
I use Tren E 400 mg a week Anadrol 50 first 2 weeks 1 a day then bump up to 2 a day Winstrol 100mg a day and testosterone P 100mg every other day. Great gains

I use Tren Enanthate. Longer ester. That way you only have to pin it once or twice a week. Acetate, you'd have to pin daily.

I use Tren E 400 mg a week Anadrol 50 first 2 weeks 1 a day then bump up to 2 a day Winstrol 100mg a day and testosterone P 100mg every other day. Great gains
