rtkl13 slight actual bruising, more like a deep bruise after getting crushed by a fastball or the next day after a half-marathon PR. NO redness, swelling, irritation, rash. I alternate quads, glutes and sub-cutaneous on my stomach. Sub-Q is the least amount of pain. When I inject in the quad, the whole quad reacts 24-48 hours later like I just squat a heavy 5x5. Hope that’s enough info lol

This is the best test I've ever done. Felt the best all the way around on it. It was designed to keep your blood levels steady with the short and fast esters, that's why there's no where near the amount of peaks and valleys. I used to do a cc on Monday and Thursday and felt great. Really wish the US would use as TRT.
@Hidden Hidden Yeah thats unlucky.I`m in Ireland and am prescribed sust 250 every 10 days and its perfect for me.Started out on testogel - nightmare,made me worse than terrible.Moved to nebido - another nightmare insofar as it takes an eternity to dial in and it made me worse too.Made it to the promised land of sustanon thanks to my lovely Doc and nobodys gona take it away from me.I had the misfortune of being out of the country and having to go over the 10 days between shots and i was a total anti-christ - utterly exhausted,couldn`t sleep,ratty as fuck to everyone.Thankfully got to my next shot at day 15 and normal services returned so 3 weeks is out of the question .It is unlicensed so there is a chance that supplies can get low,as they have before, and i will be returned to the dreaded gels.They do not prescribe any other type of injectable here.For now i`m dead lucky. The only choice it seems you have is to go off the plantation and obviously that comes with risks.Best of luck.
@Hidden Hidden It depends on what country you are from; in the U.S you get what they call "optimum" which is the higher range of normal.In ireland and the UK there is very little knowledge of the whole area of TRT and so they play it very safe ..so if you are on the lower end of normal that`s still normal to them..you may still feel shit but they won`t budge.Its really important to spend a good bit of time trying to find the right Doctor,it will make or break the whole process.. and do loads of research.You have to get your bloods checked at certain times over the three weeks and be able to prove you are having to many highs and lows and to adjust from there.If you go onto the dedicated sites for those suffering a multitude of conditions that entail the use of exogenous testosterone,the story is always the same - Almost nobody is on a 3 week protocall using sust. I haven`t needed AI's thus far but understand you will need a more progressively minded Doctor to be open to everything.I can recommend Excelmale as an excellent site to explore the whole subject.It is not an underground lab,its a serious site for people with real concerns. Yes,i pay 65 euros for 4 mls and am happy at that.The gels and nebido worked out much more expensive. Best of luck finding a good Doctor.
@Hidden Hidden Apologies,didn`t mean to imply you didn`t know what you are talkig about.What you`re going through is frustrating as all hell.It is not your fault you are being coerced into unofficial channels. For a while there i was on Sust every 2 weeks and then had my test measured and it was low and thought my doc would never permit me to bring it to 10 days.i was ready to go off track to get what i needed if necessary but fortunately My Doc is the most understanding and overqualified man in the country..i lucked out on something(finally) and so went to 10 days.Of course the fool in me thought,what if i bring it to 1ml per 7 days ? ..which some do, but i thought the better of it as i didn`t want the prospect of high hematocrit and other sides which would definately necessitate AI's..the less the better.I`m in the best shape of life now and my peers are wondering how the hell i`m doing it.I am just gratefull for the even moods,sense of wellbeing and great shape. Hope you manage to sort yourself out in as little trouble as possible.
Back in the day Basskiller did a great 'study' on himself. He did several cycles of Sust and did his blood work in different intervals. At one point he was having his levels tested daily. He did ED, EOD, and E3D injections. Long story short, ED injections had the most stable blood levels.
Sustanon 250 is used in AU and NZ as the TRT drug of choice @ 176mgs per ml (250 is just a sales pitch lol) however, Sus 250 is not the only pushed TRT ester another TRT compound is Reandron 1000 undecanoate ester available as 1000mg @ 4mls which is a long-acting compound, estimated half-life of about 53 days, yet I noticed the numbers decline in the blood work around 30 days. On Sus 250 I have found that 3 weeks prescribed injections are too long and noticed crashes/sides, 2 weeks would be ideal but best structured according to each individual, for TRT I use 1 injection per-week but can stretch to 10 days, monitoring bloods while running half AI (Arimidex) EOD. Yes, sus 250 makes me feel GOOD, never felt this good on Reandron 1000, Great channel, Great content .. question surrounding micro-dosing, Sustanon 250 sold as an ampoule here, back-filling an insulin syringe for micro-dosing. my question is; am I able to be safely stored Sustanon 250 in a syringe while micro-dosing daily? I don't have any issues injecting the delt 1ml so my question is just out of curiosity and safety. Thanks
Back-filling should be fine, but do it in a clean area. I've done the back-filling into a 0.5ml insuline syringe (fixed needle), but kept spilling when trying to get the "pusher" back in. Recently I found 1ml insuline syringes (without a fixed needle), so I absorb xx ml with a big needle, take it of and put the needle on which I will use in the coming days: preparing 3 syringes at a time and use them every other day: of course you could split it over 2 or whatever amount of syringes you want. I put them in a small clean bag en store them in a small box.

Love this channel! This doc is a straight shooter. Gosh we use to love sus. Huge gains with only 250mils a week. We bumped it to every 3 days. Jumped 100lbs on the bench on a 10 week cycle. Noticed Fat loss also. Probably associated with the intense training. Made you just want to keep going and going. That was when they were in a ready-Ject style. 1 cc syringe already preloaded. In a sealed pack. Wow like to have some now. I went to Mexico on a trip and checked out the local pharmacy. They had them taped up on the glass so you could see them when you walked by. Lol. With two cc of that and a few cc of vet Winn a week it was beast mode. Lol now older and settle for micro-dose test. Keeps me looking decent. But In the back of my mind I would like to do it one more time. Lol but sure don’t need another divorce. Lol That sus made us chase every piece of nanny in sight. Lol keep up the good info doc.

I am in the DR and they sell it like that right over the counter. In pre filled Syringe. but that needle is a harpoon. I back load it into an insulin needle . But Yeah here in the DR they come ready to go. I am on 250 every 4 days.

available in Poland, our domestic replacement is called Omnadren 250 Sensational testosterone mix, if a person uses it with his head in normal amounts. Almost zero side effects amazing strength gains, phenomenal libido, great feeling :)
Yep Omnies are fantastic. Very underrated today and back in the day it was quite popular. Cheaper than sust, but more reliable because it was way less faked.
Thanks Doc. Great vid. I have Lyme disease and have used this once/month to reverse severe cachexia. It was prescribed to me in Mexico. After about week 3 you notice a trough but it’s nice to let the natural production come back and recover before the next injection at about week 4. I’ve also done 10-12 week cycles of one shot per week but then you have to deal with the shutdown post-cycle. Microdosing seems to be the most sustainable approach. Cheers
I was doing 125mg Sust every 5 days so 175mg week ,, Now have actually went down to 125mg Sust a week and doing good on that ,, I have been dieting and lost about 20lbs or so and feel great ,, sex drive at 55 firing and feel n look good losing weight,, I have lost little strength at gym losing weight and maybe from lowering my trt weekly dose but im happy with the weight loss all good !!
Interesting. Used it last in 2005/6, have lost lean mass since then, considering doing 250mg every 10 days x 3 to regain some of the lost lean mass. I am also 55, have you had issues with prostate?
Sustanon gives me a lot of pain at the injection site. Feels like a Charlie horse in my leg for about 3 days. Enanthate and cypionate don't hurt at all. I've been told that some people are allergic to Propionate.
Make sure you are going intra muscular and not subcutaneous with it...Sustanon's vehicle has benzyl alcohol which might cause a lot of pain if it sits inside fat...muscle is more vascular than fat so Sustanon doesn't sit in it long enough to cause that much pain...
Half cc every 3.5 days seems to be the perfect schedule for trt dosages. Feel energetic and positive at all times. I wouldn’t be able to function at the high level that I do at my age without it. Since switching from cypionate my issues with mild back acne have also resolved.
Im 50, started at 48 and sooo glad I waited, now I can blast or do anything and don’t care about fertility etc, but of course get my tests and monitor. Im fine at year and half of 200mg every ten days which I had approval to cut half to 100 every 5 days and will not get blend prop cyp deconate for 250 same schedule from DR now that I’m older. No rage, no acne nothing, it’s great and cuts my physique up I look fabulous haha
I always use sustanon 250 whenever I think of using testosterone.. It is the literal best! I've got incredible results by just sustanon and nothing else!
Sust is good, this is was absolutely the most used blend som 10-15 years ago. Now people know better- sust, use it for trt if you don’t wanna pin to often. If you wanna dig in more seriously, control your peaks with a stable easter. May I suggest any easter Ed(everyday) Ex. You want 500mg a week. Then instead of pinning 250mg Monday and Friday. Pin 71mg test prop everyday. Sust is like cutstack, a mix you cannot control.
interesting. been on TRT since last september. was on sustanon for maybe 4 months; started to feel great. Moved onto enanthate and felt crap ever since - dispite the Dr telling me that En is advantageous over Sus. think this video given me confidence to ask to be moved back onto Sus. cheers
Marco Muthing my experience on sustanon was good. Was taking it twice a week at 0.6. I got feedback to say that was far too high. Pushed my T too high. But I felt great on it. 21 days I mean wtf! You’ll get all sorts of come-downs off that. You wana be taking 2 or 3 small doses per week

Just been prescribed Sust 250 at 0.2ml twice a week. Can’t wait to get on it, I’m 31,ex steroid abuser and feeling the negative effects the last two years or so, really promising comments too so looking forward to the benefits. I’m in the UK can’t believe you can’t get this in the USA
What were your labs prior to TRT? So you're at 50mg a week...that's an "ok" dose if you're numbers were in the low end of normal (500-600). This 50mg will def help. If your levels were trash, like sub 300, this 50mg a week will still help tremendously but probably won't get you in the 800-900 range.
@@robwithrbk No. He'll be at 100mg a week. He's jabbing .04 sust 250 a week split over two doses. 250/10=.25mg per unit. He's doing 4 units which is 100mg a week split over 2 doses of 50mg.
In Croatia Nebido (testosterone undecanoate) is prescribed for TRT. Starting dose is a single shot of 1000mg of the ester (631,5 mg testosterone) every three months, that can be adjusted to a shot every two months, according to lab analysis. Personally, it's a horrendous and ineffective therapy, based solely on cumulative numbers. I guess the idea was to reduce the injection frequency based on personal discomfort. Sustanon mimicks the oscillative nature of the human body, giving both psychological and physical results. Theroreticians would tell me that testosterone is testosterone once the ester is removed, but the response is way different. Enanthate would cause water retention and a bland mood, while sustanon brings improvements in every aspect.
Sustanon 250 has been amazing for me. I never feel any highs or lows, just a smooth constant throughout the week. I pin twice a week and its been fantastic!

@@mattyvibes8964 i like sustanon. Doesn't matter if it's 250 or 350. The only difference if you'll get a little bit more from 350, but nothing substantial. It all works the same. You get a steady flow of test and you don't really crash. The quick esters give you test usually within 48hrs. The long esters kick in seeing 3 weeks. You have the mid esters that help carry you in between them. Depending on your goals, pinning 2-3 times a week will work just fine

Good info Doc. One other aspect I think that would be interesting to get some input on would be the carrier oil used in all sustanon products. It seems to always be arachis oil which is a refined peanut oil. I have alway wondered if those with moderate peanut allergies like myself can still use sustanon. From my research, it seems like the oil is refined enough that it does not contain any peanut protein to cause a reaction. However, the product is not tested for presence of these proteins either. Additionally, the manufacturer obviously recommends against using for those with any allergy. I'd be curious to hear peoples personal accounts on using if they have peanut allergies.
Great Video! Athlete for 36 years, i take Sustanon for TRT for a long time. I tried every other Testosterone but Sustanon works really best indeed. 250mg Mo., Fr. and Mo.,Wed.,Fr. additonally 1200-1500 I.U. HCG for 4 weeks then pause with the HCG. Sustanon always, Dosis can vary though and be less sometimes, depending on personal feeling and mood, athletic performance. Using 2 different sizes of insulin micro needles and syringes for HCG and Sustanon, works perfect and even subcutaneous.
I inject 125mg of Sus 250 once every 5th day and that works well for me at the age of 73! It does not pack on muscle but it does make me feel fine and helps me maintain the muscle I have. And it keeps my libido working and I have zero side effects :)!
If Sustanon 250 is King, then Testobolin-400 is Emperor. I found Sus gave me stinging injection site's even after warming up the area, and slightly warming Ampule, two even became cysts, not had that problem on Testobolin-400, that contains the same chemicals but in slightly bigger doses. Give it a review Doc.💪🏼
Yah, I heard nandrolone can affect the heart and neurons.... But "more plates more dates" says estrogen provides the neural protective properties that off set this.
Trevor Bohnsack that’s an argument from (in your case against) authority. He may not be a doctor but he references published papers by doctors that elude to the neuroprotective benefits of testosterone, particularly the aromitization of testosterone to estrogen. You don’t need to be a doctor to see correlation. Most of the doctors I’ve been to are idiots when it comes to testosterone, not taking into account SHBG and free testosterone and it was exactly that “they’re doctors, what do I know???? Mentality that kept me from getting the help I needed. At the end of the day, a good argument stands on its own, whether it comes from a doctor or a bro scientist.
Last year I did Anadrol, Test & Deca for 8 weeks. Pretty good gains. About 12lbs and my libido was through the roof. This Monday I'm gonna start on Sustanon 250 + Dianabol. Looking forward to this cycle 💪💪💪
The peaks and troughs will upset the body. Having different esters will keep hormones happy. That's my take... I took sustanon and EQ and was the happiest version of myself ever. Didnt argue with my girlfriend for 12 weeks. The during PCT told her whole family I wanted to kill myself at a birthday party. Be safe guys! and girls 🤭

at what dosage are you taking the sust and how often are you injecting ? Also do you take alone of add any other compounds? I was getting test Cyp from my Doc here in the US and taking 100mgs to 200 mgs a week for trt . In the summer I would up the dosage to 300mgs a week and sometimes add 100mgs of deca for about 12 weeks . That combo worked great and I would put on a lot of muscle now I'm taking underground stuff as my doc passed away and I need to find a new one but have crappy health insurance . I literally upped the dosage to 3 times the amount of the prescription gear on both and the gain aren't coming . I have my cousin taking the same compounds and he went and got his test levels checked and they were super high after being very low before he started so I know it real but maybe under dosed .

@@rtkl13 At that age it may already be too late for you. I dont how your HPTA system is going to recover and even if it does Low T is a problem whether you used or not....only one way to find out, hop off and start a pct. I know a guy who used hcg and triptoreline to restart the system.😉
I’m prescribed a blend of prop,cyp, & enth (200mg per ml) at .5ml every Monday and Thursday and find it’s way better than when I was on just straight cyp w/ one 200mg shot per week. I don’t feel any ups and downs at all with the blend like I did with just the cyp by itself.
I think the reason men feel better is due to the propionate mainly. If you inject daily, whether it be sustanon or just propionate you get a significant peak and trough everyday in comparison to someone taking cypionate/enanthate daily who will basically have the same level 24/7. For Americans on TRT through a doctor, Empower sells a 160/40 mix. 160mg of cypionate and 40mg of propionate. It should replicate the feeling of sustanon.

Done a number of different steroids, but Sustanon gave me the BEST overall feeling. Not the Egotistical, Deca/Test stack or Tren God complex. Just feel ABSOLUTELY great

Back in the late 90s I was in my late 20s and got my hands on some sustanon 250 and did a 10 week cycle and put on 27lbs and felt like i was on top of the world and now in my early 50s my test is at the bottom of normal and im bout to go on TRT lol...sustanon was awesome...mine had a German label on it.
As a middle aged (46) female and powerlifter, I use 30mg every 5 days for both an HRT and strength purposes. Initially was pinning every 7 days but around day 6 I started to feel "off". I have female friends who use cypionate strictly as a HRT prescribed by MD's at 20mg weekly. I am very careful to watch for negative side effects and get blood work done every 6 months, so far, so good. This is also my husband's go to for strength purposes on the platform, he loves it.
I live in Florida. My whole life I've been small. I'm 29 and have ranged 125-140 lbs since I was 16. I've weight lifted, went to the extreme etc. Never used steroids but wish I had something to but a lil mass on. I'm small boned and seen others my size go above and beyond it's crazy yet motivating.
I would do blood work to see your test levels before considering test. I would never suggest anyone under the age of 35 pin themselves unless their test is low. If you are considering test, Sustanon 250 is the best blend IMO.
I switched up from cyp to sust just because of the blood stability I noticed. .6 ever week instead of every 5 days I was doing cyp, I feel much better mentally.
You can't notice any stability :) what a joke! Get bloods drawn and see. Actually one Ester injected evert 4-5dats provides much more stable testosterone levels
Have I tried every ester of test under the sun? Nope! What I do know is this. For me, it's all wonderful as far as prop, E, Cyp, and sus 250. Don't like jabbing every other day so prop isn't my jam. E and cyp are great, and usually my go to. But I have to personally say that my levels remain the best and I feel the best on 2 shots of sust 250 a week. Most guys think there are different kinds of test. No, there are different esters. Test is great, the right ester for one's needs is even better. It's the best of all worlds in my personal opinion and I think it would be the most popular if more guys tried it. If I have a choice, I will pick sus 250 every time. If I don't, it's either E or cyp for the win. I have noticed that Cyp is nearly the only medically prescribed ester of test in our country. I have always wondered why that is. Any insight on that? In Finland we have only sustanon for prescription. No other tests available. Once a week 1cc is good for normal living 2cc for advanced and whoever wants more.(have to edit this a bit so there are nebido which is more complex to use than sustanon and also theres Test gel which you spread on to your skin)Nebido also has long acting esthers. Didnt mention nebido first because i havent heard any good from it beside people that maybe only jog or do some less effective workouts than weight lifting.
@@ОлегПетров-т1т for me 250mg/1ml/week is just for having my hormone level to normal and anything more raises my red blood cell count and i have to donate blood to keep it healthy level. Not much for side effects but thats just me saying what i do. Some people can take more test some less.

My God!, I remember (while in the USAF) not having any oil to dilute the S250 injection. It took me nearly 40 mins, breaking a sweat & the freakin shakes I had, injecting 2 CC's into my thigh. WHAT AN ORDEAL!
I been using sostenon for few months now, (locates outside the US). And I can tell you it works , been injecting once a month due to travel , once every 3 weeks would be fine for a normal boost without valleys , once every other week would be best for extra performance . By the way I am. 46 years old, as soon as this project stops I’ll start getting it every 3 weeks . Can’t find someone who would go less than that, would love to try every 2 weeks
Tito Tazio the effects faded at the end of week 3. And it took a couple of days for the new injection to make effect so there was an 8 to 10 day period where I was feeling down again
Tito Tazio yes 21 days should be ok , it is actually designed for that period. But we are all different try once a month for a couple of months see how you feel maybe get some blood tests . For me once a month was not enough

Sustanon gives me enormous pain afterwards, the injection spot gets heavily inflamed and it takes a whole week to go away. Don't have this with testosterone enanthate
Ric C. On paper you won't have stable blood levels. Once the cyp or eth hits your good. The best way to take it is 3-4 times a week other wise the prop in it your just wasting
i did sustanon 250 at least 10 to 15 cycles i did it when i was 25 to 35 it made me feel great and it seemed to make women just be instantly more attracted to me i found it to be amazing it may not be for cutting but im always cut so i looked great but most of all i liked the way it was the way you did not have ups and downs i liked it stacked boldenon i found nothing better endurance the combo was great no crying as with tren i love tren but only cuz it does not seem to affect me negatively but my buddy is a bio chemist he said tren of either type are dangerous as they cause extreme heart he said if we could make the hole heart grow equaly then it would not as bad but this not the case , im 49 now i dont touch any stuff now i stick to the 4 rep max of only large muscle groups i only do 80 min a week always resting a day in the gym bam hit it heavy and fast and get out my bro has never done any juice hes 51 and is 245 he looks like a beast he specialty is teaching men how to never over train one extra rep will erase the hole workout doing his workout raised my test i got stronger with more endurance doing no cardio if i added cardio it actually lowers my cardiovascular recovery my resting heart rate is 40 to 45 beats a min but i increase reps and workout interval i end up losing interest my sex drive drops and resting jumps way to in the 70's i might add i smoke and following this routine i can jog and smoke lol i got my heart rate down to 35 and recovery down by adding one day of running sets of wind sprints usually on the rest day of my least heavy weight day i found this routine makes me feel like a teenager and at 49 i take of my shirt i look 25 so that is good but its all about health to me but making 20 year olds put on their shirts is kool lol

I hated it. liked the size it gave me but couldn't walk for 6-8 days and by that time it was time for a shot.. This was way back. We didn't know what we were doing. Every 10 days 250 mg. No wonder the roller coaster and bloating.. Fast forward to now in my 40s, prescribed cypionate, look extremely vascular and dry. Just 100 mgs/wk. Not as big as i used to be 22 yrs ago. But feel good..
I have used liposomal testosterone cream 10%, enanthate and now sustanon. I feel great on sustanon. I also felt great on enanthate but I feel a bit better on sustanon. I believe it's due to the different esters. I use 125mg every 5 days under the supervision of a Dr. Very satisfied with how I feel. You can expect a little PIP (post injection pain due to propionate I think) but honestly not an issue for me.
Hey Doc, I'm really curious. I started taking sust 250 about a month ago. Every single shot I have done has left the injection site inflamed, and extremely sore in the surrounding muscles. Doesn't matter if I do a shot in the delts, quads or glutes, it hurts no matter where. My current does is 1 CC every 5 days. I've been cycling on and off since 2018 with next to no issues with this same supplier. I've tried every single type of test there is and this is the only one that does this to me. I'm wondering if its the oil type in it or what? I use brand new needles every time, proper length and gauge, steady during injection. I do bloodwork every 6 months and so far I've got a clean bill of health. I'm at a loss.
I’ve been on 210mg per week since this post and so far so good I’m pinning twice per week so it works out at every 3.5 days and that’s my routine Tuesday morning 8.30am a 105mg shot and 8.30 Friday pm 105 mg shot. Not using an AI either. Im a massive stoner btw I find it helps before pinning for the pain and after training for recovery pain Relief maybe and I can push myself harder.
When I lived in Mexico 5 years ago, I could walk into any large pharmacy and buy sustanon 250 1ml redijects for about $10.00 US no prescription. It was very convenient also. No switching needles to draw and then inject. It was the best. I felt way better on it than I do on cypionate. Absolutely no comparison. The propionate kicked in immediately and I felt like a million bucks. I was not on prescribed TRT with an aromatase inhibitor then like I am now with 1400mg cypionate every 7 days, and I did have acne at 1ml Sustanon every 8-10 days. I know 1ml was probably way too high at the time looking back. Other than that it was tremendous. I know 1400mg cypionate is way less than 2500mg Sustanon but I have been as high as 1800mg cypionate with no discernible change in the way I feel. As I write this, I think I will go back to Sustanon as I live very near the US/Mexico border but with an AI most likely. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to make this realization! For me, there is literally no comparison. As I said on Sustanon I felt tremendous. I was active, and I had drive to work out. On cypionate, I fell less shitty than I did off of TRT but nowhere near the feeling of Sustanon. I have none of the energy and drive I had before. This time I think I’ll start at 1400-1600 every 7 days and go from there. If acne becomes an issue if I have to increase my dosage to get the feeling I had before then I’ll add 0.5 mg anastazole a week. Any suggestions from the more experienced? Thanks in advance!
Hey bro, I realize this is an old comment. I am 46 and do 4-5 week cycles of 1ml / week of sustanon. 4-5 weeks on 4-5 off. I don't take an aromatase inhibitor when I'm on. I take Resveratrol (Grapeseed extract), as a pct. Seems to work fine. Nipples are tender after 4-5 weeks of being on, but goes away almost immediately, when I start the Resveratrol. No real troughs. Just a bit of a decline... not much. And it seems to increase my sensitivity or decrease my tolerances, having a small rest.

rtkl13 slight actual bruising, more like a deep bruise after getting crushed by a fastball or the next day after a half-marathon PR. NO redness, swelling, irritation, rash. I alternate quads, glutes and sub-cutaneous on my stomach. Sub-Q is the least amount of pain. When I inject in the quad, the whole quad reacts 24-48 hours later like I just squat a heavy 5x5. Hope that’s enough info lol

This is the best test I've ever done. Felt the best all the way around on it. It was designed to keep your blood levels steady with the short and fast esters, that's why there's no where near the amount of peaks and valleys. I used to do a cc on Monday and Thursday and felt great. Really wish the US would use as TRT.

@Hidden Hidden Yeah thats unlucky.I`m in Ireland and am prescribed sust 250 every 10 days and its perfect for me.Started out on testogel - nightmare,made me worse than terrible.Moved to nebido - another nightmare insofar as it takes an eternity to dial in and it made me worse too.Made it to the promised land of sustanon thanks to my lovely Doc and nobodys gona take it away from me.I had the misfortune of being out of the country and having to go over the 10 days between shots and i was a total anti-christ - utterly exhausted,couldn`t sleep,ratty as fuck to everyone.Thankfully got to my next shot at day 15 and normal services returned so 3 weeks is out of the question .It is unlicensed so there is a chance that supplies can get low,as they have before, and i will be returned to the dreaded gels.They do not prescribe any other type of injectable here.For now i`m dead lucky.

It depends on what country you are from; in the U.S you get what they call "optimum" which is the higher range of normal.In ireland and the UK there is very little knowledge of the whole area of TRT and so they play it very safe ..so if you are on the lower end of normal that`s still normal to them..you may still feel shit but they won`t budge.Its really important to spend a good bit of time trying to find the right Doctor,it will make or break the whole process.. and do loads of research.You have to get your bloods checked at certain times over the three weeks and be able to prove you are having to many highs and lows and to adjust from there.If you go onto the dedicated sites for those suffering a multitude of conditions that entail the use of exogenous testosterone,the story is always the same - Almost nobody is on a 3 week protocall using sust.
I haven`t needed AI's thus far but understand you will need a more progressively minded Doctor to be open to everything.I can recommend Excelmale as an excellent site to explore the whole subject.It is not an underground lab,its a serious site for people with real concerns.

For a while there i was on Sust every 2 weeks and then had my test measured and it was low and thought my doc would never permit me to bring it to 10 days.i was ready to go off track to get what i needed if necessary but fortunately My Doc is the most understanding and overqualified man in the country..i lucked out on something(finally) and so went to 10 days.Of course the fool in me thought,what if i bring it to 1ml per 7 days ? ..which some do, but i thought the better of it as i didn`t want the prospect of high hematocrit and other sides which would definately necessitate AI's..the less the better.I`m in the best shape of life now and my peers are wondering how the hell i`m doing it.I am just gratefull for the even moods,sense of wellbeing and great shape.

Back in the day Basskiller did a great 'study' on himself. He did several cycles of Sust and did his blood work in different intervals. At one point he was having his levels tested daily. He did ED, EOD, and E3D injections. Long story short, ED injections had the most stable blood levels.

Sustanon 250 is used in AU and NZ as the TRT drug of choice @ 176mgs per ml (250 is just a sales pitch lol) however, Sus 250 is not the only pushed TRT ester another TRT compound is Reandron 1000 undecanoate ester available as 1000mg @ 4mls which is a long-acting compound, estimated half-life of about 53 days, yet I noticed the numbers decline in the blood work around 30 days. On Sus 250 I have found that 3 weeks prescribed injections are too long and noticed crashes/sides, 2 weeks would be ideal but best structured according to each individual, for TRT I use 1 injection per-week but can stretch to 10 days, monitoring bloods while running half AI (Arimidex) EOD. Yes, sus 250 makes me feel GOOD, never felt this good on Reandron 1000, Great channel, Great content .. question surrounding micro-dosing, Sustanon 250 sold as an ampoule here, back-filling an insulin syringe for micro-dosing. my question is; am I able to be safely stored Sustanon 250 in a syringe while micro-dosing daily? I don't have any issues injecting the delt 1ml so my question is just out of curiosity and safety. Thanks
Back-filling should be fine, but do it in a clean area. I've done the back-filling into a 0.5ml insuline syringe (fixed needle), but kept spilling when trying to get the "pusher" back in. Recently I found 1ml insuline syringes (without a fixed needle), so I absorb xx ml with a big needle, take it of and put the needle on which I will use in the coming days: preparing 3 syringes at a time and use them every other day: of course you could split it over 2 or whatever amount of syringes you want. I put them in a small clean bag en store them in a small box.

Thanks Doc. Great vid. I have Lyme disease and have used this once/month to reverse severe cachexia. It was prescribed to me in Mexico. After about week 3 you notice a trough but it’s nice to let the natural production come back and recover before the next injection at about week 4. I’ve also done 10-12 week cycles of one shot per week but then you have to deal with the shutdown post-cycle. Microdosing seems to be the most sustainable approach. Cheers

I was doing 125mg Sust every 5 days so 175mg week ,, Now have actually went down to 125mg Sust a week and doing good on that ,, I have been dieting and lost about 20lbs or so and feel great ,, sex drive at 55 firing and feel n look good losing weight,, I have lost little strength at gym losing weight and maybe from lowering my trt weekly dose but im happy with the weight loss all good !!

Sustanon gives me a lot of pain at the injection site. Feels like a Charlie horse in my leg for about 3 days. Enanthate and cypionate don't hurt at all. I've been told that some people are allergic to Propionate.

Make sure you are going intra muscular and not subcutaneous with it...Sustanon's vehicle has benzyl alcohol which might cause a lot of pain if it sits inside fat...muscle is more vascular than fat so Sustanon doesn't sit in it long enough to cause that much pain...

Half cc every 3.5 days seems to be the perfect schedule for trt dosages. Feel energetic and positive at all times. I wouldn’t be able to function at the high level that I do at my age without it. Since switching from cypionate my issues with mild back acne have also resolved.

Marco Muthing my experience on sustanon was good. Was taking it twice a week at 0.6. I got feedback to say that was far too high. Pushed my T too high. But I felt great on it. 21 days I mean wtf! You’ll get all sorts of come-downs off that. You wana be taking 2 or 3 small doses per week

What were your labs prior to TRT? So you're at 50mg a week...that's an "ok" dose if you're numbers were in the low end of normal (500-600). This 50mg will def help. If your levels were trash, like sub 300, this 50mg a week will still help tremendously but probably won't get you in the 800-900 range.
@@robwithrbk No. He'll be at 100mg a week. He's jabbing .04 sust 250 a week split over two doses. 250/10=.25mg per unit. He's doing 4 units which is 100mg a week split over 2 doses of 50mg.
In Croatia Nebido (testosterone undecanoate) is prescribed for TRT. Starting dose is a single shot of 1000mg of the ester (631,5 mg testosterone) every three months, that can be adjusted to a shot every two months, according to lab analysis. Personally, it's a horrendous and ineffective therapy, based solely on cumulative numbers. I guess the idea was to reduce the injection frequency based on personal discomfort.
Sustanon mimicks the oscillative nature of the human body, giving both psychological and physical results. Theroreticians would tell me that testosterone is testosterone once the ester is removed, but the response is way different. Enanthate would cause water retention and a bland mood, while sustanon brings improvements in every aspect.

@@mattyvibes8964 i like sustanon. Doesn't matter if it's 250 or 350. The only difference if you'll get a little bit more from 350, but nothing substantial. It all works the same. You get a steady flow of test and you don't really crash. The quick esters give you test usually within 48hrs. The long esters kick in seeing 3 weeks. You have the mid esters that help carry you in between them. Depending on your goals, pinning 2-3 times a week will work just fine

Good info Doc. One other aspect I think that would be interesting to get some input on would be the carrier oil used in all sustanon products. It seems to always be arachis oil which is a refined peanut oil. I have alway wondered if those with moderate peanut allergies like myself can still use sustanon. From my research, it seems like the oil is refined enough that it does not contain any peanut protein to cause a reaction. However, the product is not tested for presence of these proteins either. Additionally, the manufacturer obviously recommends against using for those with any allergy. I'd be curious to hear peoples personal accounts on using if they have peanut allergies.
Great Video! Athlete for 36 years, i take Sustanon for TRT for a long time. I tried every other Testosterone but Sustanon works really best indeed. 250mg Mo., Fr. and Mo.,Wed.,Fr. additonally 1200-1500 I.U. HCG for 4 weeks then pause with the HCG. Sustanon always, Dosis can vary though and be less sometimes, depending on personal feeling and mood, athletic performance. Using 2 different sizes of insulin micro needles and syringes for HCG and Sustanon, works perfect and even subcutaneous.

I inject 125mg of Sus 250 once every 5th day and that works well for me at the age of 73! It does not pack on muscle but it does make me feel fine and helps me maintain the muscle I have. And it keeps my libido working and I have zero side effects :)!

I found Sus gave me stinging injection site's even after warming up the area, and slightly warming Ampule, two even became cysts, not had that problem on Testobolin-400, that contains the same chemicals but in slightly bigger doses.

He may not be a doctor but he references published papers by doctors that elude to the neuroprotective benefits of testosterone, particularly the aromitization of testosterone to estrogen. You don’t need to be a doctor to see correlation. Most of the doctors I’ve been to are idiots when it comes to testosterone, not taking into account SHBG and free testosterone and it was exactly that “they’re doctors, what do I know???? Mentality that kept me from getting the help I needed. At the end of the day, a good argument stands on its own, whether it comes from a doctor or a bro scientist.

at what dosage are you taking the sust and how often are you injecting ? Also do you take alone of add any other compounds? I was getting test Cyp from my Doc here in the US and taking 100mgs to 200 mgs a week for trt . In the summer I would up the dosage to 300mgs a week and sometimes add 100mgs of deca for about 12 weeks . That combo worked great and I would put on a lot of muscle now I'm taking underground stuff as my doc passed away and I need to find a new one but have crappy health insurance . I literally upped the dosage to 3 times the amount of the prescription gear on both and the gain aren't coming . I have my cousin taking the same compounds and he went and got his test levels checked and they were super high after being very low before he started so I know it real but maybe under dosed .

I’m prescribed a blend of prop,cyp, & enth (200mg per ml) at .5ml every Monday and Thursday and find it’s way better than when I was on just straight cyp w/ one 200mg shot per week. I don’t feel any ups and downs at all with the blend like I did with just the cyp by itself.

I think the reason men feel better is due to the propionate mainly. If you inject daily, whether it be sustanon or just propionate you get a significant peak and trough everyday in comparison to someone taking cypionate/enanthate daily who will basically have the same level 24/7.
For Americans on TRT through a doctor, Empower sells a 160/40 mix. 160mg of cypionate and 40mg of propionate. It should replicate the feeling of sustanon.

Back in the late 90s I was in my late 20s and got my hands on some sustanon 250 and did a 10 week cycle and put on 27lbs and felt like i was on top of the world and now in my early 50s my test is at the bottom of normal and im bout to go on TRT lol...sustanon was awesome...mine had a German label on it.
As a middle aged (46) female and powerlifter, I use 30mg every 5 days for both an HRT and strength purposes. Initially was pinning every 7 days but around day 6 I started to feel "off". I have female friends who use cypionate strictly as a HRT prescribed by MD's at 20mg weekly. I am very careful to watch for negative side effects and get blood work done every 6 months, so far, so good. This is also my husband's go to for strength purposes on the platform, he loves it.

I live in Florida. My whole life I've been small. I'm 29 and have ranged 125-140 lbs since I was 16. I've weight lifted, went to the extreme etc. Never used steroids but wish I had something to but a lil mass on. I'm small boned and seen others my size go above and beyond it's crazy yet motivating.

I would do blood work to see your test levels before considering test. I would never suggest anyone under the age of 35 pin themselves unless their test is low.
If you are considering test, Sustanon 250 is the best blend IMO.
Sus will always be king of Test, iv always made huge gains on Sus compared to other blends
I switched up from cyp to sust just because of the blood stability I noticed. .6 ever week instead of every 5 days I was doing cyp, I feel much better mentally.

Have I tried every ester of test under the sun? Nope! What I do know is this. For me, it's all wonderful as far as prop, E, Cyp, and sus 250. Don't like jabbing every other day so prop isn't my jam. E and cyp are great, and usually my go to. But I have to personally say that my levels remain the best and I feel the best on 2 shots of sust 250 a week. Most guys think there are different kinds of test. No, there are different esters. Test is great, the right ester for one's needs is even better. It's the best of all worlds in my personal opinion and I think it would be the most popular if more guys tried it. If I have a choice, I will pick sus 250 every time. If I don't, it's either E or cyp for the win. I have noticed that Cyp is nearly the only medically prescribed ester of test in our country. I have always wondered why that is. Any insight on that? In Finland we have only sustanon for prescription. No other tests available. Once a week 1cc is good for normal living 2cc for advanced and whoever wants more.(have to edit this a bit so there are nebido which is more complex to use than sustanon and also theres Test gel which you spread on to your skin)Nebido also has long acting esthers. Didnt mention nebido first because i havent heard any good from it beside people that maybe only jog or do some less effective workouts than weight lifting.

@@ОлегПетров-т1т for me 250mg/1ml/week is just for having my hormone level to normal and anything more raises my red blood cell count and i have to donate blood to keep it healthy level. Not much for side effects but thats just me saying what i do. Some people can take more test some less.

My God!, I remember (while in the USAF) not having any oil to dilute the S250 injection. It took me nearly 40 mins, breaking a sweat & the freakin shakes I had, injecting 2 CC's into my thigh. WHAT AN ORDEAL!
I been using sostenon for few months now, (locates outside the US). And I can tell you it works , been injecting once a month due to travel , once every 3 weeks would be fine for a normal boost without valleys , once every other week would be best for extra performance . By the way I am. 46 years old, as soon as this project stops I’ll start getting it every 3 weeks . Can’t find someone who would go less than that, would love to try every 2 weeks

Tito Tazio the effects faded at the end of week 3. And it took a couple of days for the new injection to make effect so there was an 8 to 10 day period where I was feeling down again

Tito Tazio yes 21 days should be ok , it is actually designed for that period. But we are all different try once a month for a couple of months see how you feel maybe get some blood tests . For me once a month was not enough

@@anthonyschneider429 That's on me. Doc was describing the longest-acting ester in Sustanon, I added the text. There's only so much room in those text boxes and making them two lines of text just for a word or two is a pain.
Sustanon gives me enormous pain afterwards, the injection spot gets heavily inflamed and it takes a whole week to go away. Don't have this with testosterone enanthate
I have same, pain is worst on days 3-5, sometimes like now going painful even 6 days after.

Ric C. On paper you won't have stable blood levels. Once the cyp or eth hits your good. The best way to take it is 3-4 times a week other wise the prop in it your just wasting

My first cycle was Sust and I loved it.
i did sustanon 250 at least 10 to 15 cycles i did it when i was 25 to 35 it made me feel great and it seemed to make women just be instantly more attracted to me i found it to be amazing it may not be for cutting but im always cut so i looked great but most of all i liked the way it was the way you did not have ups and downs i liked it stacked boldenon i found nothing better endurance the combo was great no crying as with tren i love tren but only cuz it does not seem to affect me negatively but my buddy is a bio chemist he said tren of either type are dangerous as they cause extreme heart he said if we could make the hole heart grow equaly then it would not as bad but this not the case , im 49 now i dont touch any stuff now i stick to the 4 rep max of only large muscle groups i only do 80 min a week always resting a day in the gym bam hit it heavy and fast and get out my bro has never done any juice hes 51 and is 245 he looks like a beast he specialty is teaching men how to never over train one extra rep will erase the hole workout doing his workout raised my test i got stronger with more endurance doing no cardio if i added cardio it actually lowers my cardiovascular recovery my resting heart rate is 40 to 45 beats a min but i increase reps and workout interval i end up losing interest my sex drive drops and resting jumps way to in the 70's i might add i smoke and following this routine i can jog and smoke lol i got my heart rate down to 35 and recovery down by adding one day of running sets of wind sprints usually on the rest day of my least heavy weight day i found this routine makes me feel like a teenager and at 49 i take of my shirt i look 25 so that is good but its all about health to me but making 20 year olds put on their shirts is kool lol
I personally dont get why the US wouldn't want to except sustanon 250 as a prescription here.. it would be a way for them to earn a steady and high income especially nowadays!!!?? I took the original Organon brand back in the 1980s. Made the injection site sore as hell. I prefer cypionate.
I hated it. liked the size it gave me but couldn't walk for 6-8 days and by that time it was time for a shot.. This was way back. We didn't know what we were doing. Every 10 days 250 mg. No wonder the roller coaster and bloating.. Fast forward to now in my 40s, prescribed cypionate, look extremely vascular and dry. Just 100 mgs/wk. Not as big as i used to be 22 yrs ago. But feel good..

I have used liposomal testosterone cream 10%, enanthate and now sustanon. I feel great on sustanon. I also felt great on enanthate but I feel a bit better on sustanon. I believe it's due to the different esters. I use 125mg every 5 days under the supervision of a Dr. Very satisfied with how I feel. You can expect a little PIP (post injection pain due to propionate I think) but honestly not an issue for me.
My first cycle was sus250, my body responded well to it

Hey Doc, I'm really curious. I started taking sust 250 about a month ago. Every single shot I have done has left the injection site inflamed, and extremely sore in the surrounding muscles. Doesn't matter if I do a shot in the delts, quads or glutes, it hurts no matter where. My current does is 1 CC every 5 days. I've been cycling on and off since 2018 with next to no issues with this same supplier. I've tried every single type of test there is and this is the only one that does this to me. I'm wondering if its the oil type in it or what? I use brand new needles every time, proper length and gauge, steady during injection. I do bloodwork every 6 months and so far I've got a clean bill of health. I'm at a loss.

I’ve been on 210mg per week since this post and so far so good I’m pinning twice per week so it works out at every 3.5 days and that’s my routine Tuesday morning 8.30am a 105mg shot and 8.30 Friday pm 105 mg shot. Not using an AI either. Im a massive stoner btw I find it helps before pinning for the pain and after training for recovery pain Relief maybe and I can push myself harder.

When I lived in Mexico 5 years ago, I could walk into any large pharmacy and buy sustanon 250 1ml redijects for about $10.00 US no prescription. It was very convenient also. No switching needles to draw and then inject. It was the best. I felt way better on it than I do on cypionate. Absolutely no comparison. The propionate kicked in immediately and I felt like a million bucks. I was not on prescribed TRT with an aromatase inhibitor then like I am now with 1400mg cypionate every 7 days, and I did have acne at 1ml Sustanon every 8-10 days. I know 1ml was probably way too high at the time looking back. Other than that it was tremendous. I know 1400mg cypionate is way less than 2500mg Sustanon but I have been as high as 1800mg cypionate with no discernible change in the way I feel.
As I write this, I think I will go back to Sustanon as I live very near the US/Mexico border but with an AI most likely. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to make this realization! For me, there is literally no comparison. As I said on Sustanon I felt tremendous. I was active, and I had drive to work out. On cypionate, I fell less shitty than I did off of TRT but nowhere near the feeling of Sustanon. I have none of the energy and drive I had before.
This time I think I’ll start at 1400-1600 every 7 days and go from there. If acne becomes an issue if I have to increase my dosage to get the feeling I had before then I’ll add 0.5 mg anastazole a week. Any suggestions from the more experienced? Thanks in advance!

I am 46 and do 4-5 week cycles of 1ml / week of sustanon. 4-5 weeks on 4-5 off.
I don't take an aromatase inhibitor when I'm on. I take Resveratrol (Grapeseed extract), as a pct. Seems to work fine.
Nipples are tender after 4-5 weeks of being on, but goes away almost immediately, when I start the Resveratrol.
No real troughs. Just a bit of a decline... not much. And it seems to increase my sensitivity or decrease my tolerances, having a small rest.
