Steroids have been a game-changer in my fitness routine, providing the extra edge I needed to advance more rapidly. When used with careful planning and consideration for overall health, they can be a powerful tool for anyone serious about reaching their peak potential.

Test Enan is commonly used in hormone replacement therapy to address low testosterone levels, promoting muscle growth and improving overall well-being. Tren, on the other hand, greatly enhances muscle size and strength. Speeds up recovery from injuries as well.

Totally agree. Steroids helped me recover faster and maintain muscle mass, especially during intense training or after injury. It's amazing how they can support bone health as well, which is crucial for people with conditions like osteoporosis.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for reliable sources for both steroids and protein supplements. I know it’s crucial to be cautious with these, especially with steroids, so I want to make sure I’m getting them from trustworthy sources. For those about to start TRT, this is the video I wish I had two years ago when I was looking at taking TRT. I have a good doc at a good practice, and pretty much do everything suggested here except some of the coronary checks. I need to get those.
And yes, TRT made a huge difference in the quality of life for me. If you go this route, get informed and get a good doctor. I don't like "clinics" - I just went to a large local urology practice. My only other advice is to get a prescription you can fill at a regular pharmacy. I pay $5/month with insurance, but some places wanted $80. So it pays to be able to shop around.

    • @prvtmanlv
      @prvtmanlv ปีที่แล้ว +1

I have been using trt pump, but since the manufacturer discount had expired for 2023 with insurance its $80 now for me. What insurance do you have, the trt manufacturer you use that is so inexpensive. Your info is definitely appreciated. Or if anyone knows a trt manufacturer that still offers discounts, that would also be helpful. Thanks!!!

@@prvtmanlv I have purchased Test Cyp. from my local pharmacy, but the absolute hands-down cheapest was from Amazon Pharmacy. Yup, they bought an online pharmacy company and it uses your Prime discounts. The Prime cost is cheaper than the after-insurance price from my local pharmacies, and my after-insurance (with Prime) is $5/month.
They ship wherever I go (I travel a lot), but are a real pain to get set up at first. They want the script to be written exactly a certain way by the DR, and I spent days going back and forth to get everything exactly correct. This is more a matter of T being a "controlled" medication by the FDA. They just won't play around.
If you are looking for a "clinic" that prescribes obscene amounts of T for bodybuilding (does not sound like you), these are not your pharmacists. They look at every script, every time, with a microscope. They just won't play that game. I appreciate it.
But once set up, they are easy to use. Their interface needs some work, but it does the job good enough.

The only time you would do PCT while you're on them TRT is if you're going to stop TRT, but most people go on TRT for life so there's no need for a PCT. Unless maybe you want to have a baby, then you would go on PCT with HCG and maybe arimidex or something in the anti-estrogen family. Good luck .

I am an Army Vet with Hashimoto's Disease at 6'2 about 225 lbs mid 40's age. I have been on TRT (cypionate) for the past eight years +/-. My dosage has been 16IU daily self-administered sub-cutaneous in the abdomen or top of thigh (vastus medialis region) via 31G 6mm or 8mm BD Insulin needle. My Total-T just prior to TRT was in the mid-200's, and since TRT has stayed relatively steady around the high 900's ng/dl with less than 10% fluctuation in test samples throughout the stated period. I feel pretty good most the time but inflammation from Hashimoto's is my biggest enemy. Just my two cents for the conversation.

For acne, first look into your hygienic habits. When do you shower? Morning or Night? Showering at night can help so you are not sleeping in body oil. How often do you wash your sheets? Do you sleep with your face in your pillow? When I am on Tren I have to shower twice a day, at night to wash of the oils and scrub my skin and in the morning to wash the sweat off, and I have to wash my sheets every few days(wearing a shirt at night can help this too). If you have great hygiene, then take a look at what products you are using, what type of body wash, what type of exfoliate, what type of detergent? Are you changing your clothes often enough? Lastly, maybe look into accutane or another prescription, it is tough on your liver so you want to minimize the time you are on it, but accutane can permanently lower the amount of oil your skin produces.

can i check back on ya in a few more years after pinning for 1095 days divided by EOD 2 equals 500 and change injections into muscle. 547 injections. From experience, if you are truly low in T a patch or gel works way better without the highs and lows and PIP that always becomes somewhat painful when you've been injecting into muscle for a long time. Injecting is a novelty until you don't want it anymore. Then what, navigate coming off? Coming off TRT is more painful than going on.

The feel is what is the hardest for me. 200-300mg makes me feel the best. But it's like I'm too alpha. Kind of like how anger feels good because you feel so powerful but it's not a good thing. 140 makes me a chill happy adult and the best version of myself for raising little girls. No such thing as too alpha lol. 300mg is a cycle not TRT.
Also if 300 gives you anger issues you sir have anger issues regardless of the test. Roid rage is almost always a fallacy. Testosterone just emphasizes who you are already so you may need to look at your anger issues.
Don't talk about too alpha until you are talking about 1000mg+ per week of test lol. In addition to a kitchen sink of other anabolic substances. I'm not sure you realize how much gear a lot of guys are pushing out there. Not saying that's good at all. But if 300mg is making you feel you have anger issues it's not the test my friend, it's you.

To not go through the process and "guess" without a reference range and knowledge of what else is happening to your body / mind will eventually cause an imbalance within you causing you stress within you that you didnt need ontop of everything else your going through..

Depending on what your SHBG is you may consider injecting less and more frequently to prevent the palps. It may be a good idea to check your iron as well as your thyroid because I did find out that I had high thyroid at the time I injected the 90mg so that could have triggered something as well and caused my heart palps. The first question my clinic asks me when scheduling my labs is "when was your last injection?" We always measure at the trough. I'm on a moderate injection of .3mil x 2 a week. My labs are always middle of the road with is great. I take very little E inhibitor. I've been doing this since 2017 and around 2018 we found my balance. I do also take HCG and will say, now that I'm not drinking and taking HCG, I've had my first lab over 900 while not increasing my T dosing. I know several guys taking 50mg Chlomid and HCG and have brought their T up from 250 to 800 with zero T injections. There is a lot of ways to do this. Find what works with you but yes, moderation wins. 2 or more injections a week for T is the way to go.

This is a long one but hopefully informative…
Unfortunately for me I used to be obese and had taken a few Anavar only cycles when I was in my early 20s and losing weight… fast forward 4-5 years learning about testosterone and struggling to retain muscle I hopped on a cycle of TTM, checked my bloods afterwards and was at 9.78nMol, not sure what the conversion is in the states, but this is extremely low…
I left it 6 months all natural and checked again, to my dissatisfaction my levels had in fact dropped slightly.
I took the decision to self administer TRT at the age of 28 and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done, I dose at .3 every 5 days of test Cyp 250mg… watching these videos has helped me so so much in my journey, I have suffered with some Gyno when blasting at only 250mg per week I was taking an Arimidex every single day! I’m now free of any anti oestrogens and my blood work is high normal. I feel strong, energetic and happy. I’ll be a lifer now, only thing I do miss is my balls! Some guys may need a higher or lower dose, but injecting every 4-5 days is perfect. Once a week works great as well, but it makes me a bit more prone to acne and hairloss. Injecting every day or two works great, but it’s pointless unless you’re very sensitive to the hormones (including guys with very low SHBG). The downside of frequent dosing is that you are more prone to developing scar tissue (I would spread injections out to as many sites as possible).

I'm 42, and my issue has been chronic high SHBG. I have taken steroids years ago, and the VA endo suggested I get back on testosterone, as even though my total is normal, my free levels are under the bottom range, and I have been having libido issues. He's willing to prescribe up to 200mg a week, but I have decided, on my own to start low as possible, and every 3 weeks increase the dose by 20mg, until feel horny again, starting at 60mg per week, I'm two weeks in an already having sex dreams and waking up with erections. My guess is as my natural production declines and my body depends on the exogenous testosterone, that 60 quickly won't feel like enough. I'm thinking 80 to 100 will be the sweet spot, but if I feel great at 80 I will stop there. My logic is that the lowest possible dose that gets you horny and rock solid erections is the ideal dose to use.

    • @CaneFu

You have exactly the right attitude which is "the lowest effective dose"; too many guys in these forums are looking for "hormone optimization" which is just another way of saying "the highest possible dose that doesn't kill them". TRT can definitely have negative side effects and they can become serious very quickly if the dose is too high. I also had chronically high SHBG and had some luck taking a supplement called Boron, 6mg per day, along with my TRT and it did lower my SHBG and raise my free T level significantly.

For example, 100mg every 5 day equates to roughly 140MG per week. .15 EOD Equates to roughly 105mg per week, and .25 mg 2x per week equates to 100mg weekly. Is there a science as to why there's a variance on the actual amount being injected weekly based on injection frequency?

Hey Doc! My name is Kevin Tabb. I’ve been training for over 45 years natural of course. However over the last couple of years I found out that I’ve had hypogonadism all my life. Little to no Testosterone. Unfortunately my wife and I always wanted kids and we tried everything but nothing only to find out I had low T and never told me. So now that I’m 54 I’m on 200ml per week. Last week I went to my urologist and I was told to wait a week then check my Testosterone. Well the results were 136. Super low. My doctor wants to increase the dosage but I also developed polythemia so phlebotomy’s are the only solution. And they say until that until that is under control they cannot increase the dosage. What to do? Please help. I watch all your segments and I’ve learned so much about the drug. Thank you

I just discovered that when I added a B complex to my diet, any and all gyno symptoms completely went away. I had been taking aromasin .625 mg every time I would feel it. But haven’t touched an aromasin in over two months. This was a huge discovery for me. I’m wondering if there is anything in literature on this (prob not). If not, I would def suggest this when you have high converters. (I also occasionally run my dose 400mg per week and still zero gyno, even with some nandrolone added in, so the B complex was a legit game changer).

B vitamins are correlated with balance of estrogen through methylation reactions. Specifically the something called MTHFR(no joke - the acronym looks like an abbreviation for "mother____"). Stands for methyl-tetra-hydro-folate. Translation - the "methylated form of folate." Folate is B9.
In the body - B9,B12, B6 must all be methylated to be active and carry out their functions. All three of these hitters are only active when methylated.
Other enzymes like catechol-o-methyltransferase, are critical features of the metabolism of sex steroids and are known to decrease and become less efficient with age. Add to this the common digestive issue of acid reflux challenges (typically not enough acid in the gut), and the body has a tough time making the methylation enzymes even if you ingest the right quantities of B vitamins in an acceptable ratio. Often even the crappies of multi-B formulations will work. Depends on your degree of deficiency of the individual B vites, as well as your body's aging transport system - ie - ability to keep things readily bioavailable. This is a factor of enzyme quantity and efficiency. We lose both of these with age. It isn't strange that you've noticed improved Estrogen metabolism since taking your Bs. It's smart of you and makes direct sense. Check the label - if the B12 is not methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin, the B6 is not in the form of P-5-P, and the folate is not of the MTHFR variety and just regulate folate...friend - you have a shitty Multi-B ans likely would get even better results by taking a more readily active and functional formula. I don't like to endorse any products but the one thing I have told everyone I've ever worked with is that Jarrow's B-Right is the best formulation you can easily find without having to become crazy about this stuff beyond a level that matters. Make no mistake - the methylated varieties of the forms of BS mentioned - B6,B9,B12...
DEFINTELY DO MATTER. Will you feel a difference? Maybe, maybe not. But at the cellular level you are doing all you can to make your body's work...less hard. Less hard means less stress. B vitamins are anti-stress nutrients from nature. We need them. If your jacked or even just active physically, you need a bit more. If you're on hormones or AAS, you definitely need a good multi-B.
There are hundreds if not thousands of methylated reactions within the human body. Most have to do with detoxification of drugs in general, but specifically the balance of methoxy-estrogens and catechol estrogens is a pathway that uses tons of methylation reactions. Which means it uses up tons of "methylating" nutrients.
Just like there are more than one form of estrogen (Estrone/Estradiol/Estriol or E1,E2,E3 respectively), there are different types of METABOLITES OF ESTROGENS. Some have activity and potency remaining from the parent hormone and some can be entirely inert. Some have noxious effects with respect to cancer and adverse cell line promotion at the level of DNA, some are anti-carcinogenic. Some retain more estrogen properties and some have hardly any. Anything protective is going to reduce ratios of the former in favor of the latter. Since I've been studying this stuff since MPMD was born, I can tell you that these estrogen metabolites have known potencies, published in the literature. I realize that this is already abstract beyond the forum context. Also that no one cares to know about this level of functional detail. However - since it bears direct relevance to the curiosity expressed in your post, it's only right to provide value when given a chance.😉
Pyridoxal or B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P)plays critical roles in mitochondrial and cellular energetics - which affects things such as hematocrit and the "sludge blood" phenomenon. You probably already know this is important for us fellas who use androgens in any capacity. Basically - if you get it in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate rather than pyridoxine hcl, you are getting pre-methylated B6. And surprise surprise - B6 is only active after being properly methylated.
There are many other things B6 does - apart from and together with B12 and MTHFR that have effects on health in humans. One of the most ancient and commonly known benefits of folate in mainstream publications is lowering of the CV risk factor homocysteine. But they never tell you it has to be methylated and in the MTHFR form. Anyone pregnant or thinking of getting pregnant in the near future needs this version. Studies have shown that the crappy and cheap versions of folate - like what's likely in your supplements and for sure in all the kids cereals, displaces the MTHFR activated folate from its receptor sites and causes a sort of subcellular, sub clinical deficiency that manifests in ways that can not be monitored and are not fully understood at this time. One thing I know is folate and methylation efficiency have tons to do with mutations at the DNA/RNA levels with complexity way over my head. So everyone - if you've had the patience to read this or are skimming to the end here - if you are going to or already use a folate supplement for any reason, just everybody please take MTHFR and not folate. Likewise methylcobalamin not cyanocobalamin. And P5P rather than pyridoxine.
It's one tiny simple win that will help me sleep better knowing I tried to put some of this out there.
Oh- wfore I forget - if you need or want more strategic estrogen metabolism without adding Pharma drugs to your regimen...calcium-D-glucurate - an OTC supplement that's a binder of catechol and methoxyestrogens in the gut. It lowest the "enterohapatic" (liver to blood) recirculation of estrogenic metabolites in the system by promoting first pass elimination and clearance of these substances. There are no sides known and it's been used for over two decades. Look up the dose though - it's been years since I mentioned it! Class is over and my sleep apnea insomnia are kicking my ass! Time for a nap.

48 yrs old. Still lift hard but when I have longer endurance training sessions I take that day as an added day to my 150mg enanthate every 3. It's stabilized everything. (I train for triathlon but still want to maintain that hard earned muscle over the years of clean natty life)

I feel balanced at 140mg a week so I'm ready to switch over to .5 every 5 days. I put on muscle easy so just trying to keep my test level below 900 so 200mg/week is too much. Can't get too swole and trying to avoid backne.

I am currently on a TRT and micro dose 2x week. I am getting quite a bit of bloating how would I combat that in your opinion or what do you think may be causing this? As a note my estrogen levels are a bit on the high side as well. Should I consider an estrogen blocker to lower this?

    • @PaulBurns1
      @PaulBurns1 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Not a doc here just a fellow one year into this. What are your numbers after 4 days from injection? 700 to 800 would be perfect to high of a score and you'll increase your estrogen. Also you might try cutting your amount down and microdose every other day. I'm doing .4 ML every 3.5 days and after the fourth day, I'm scoring 740 and 28 for estrogen. If i did every other day I'd do .2 ML That would help keep your estrogen numbers lower, also you might try changing the carrier oil. Otherwise, yes you'll need an estrogen blocker. Hope that helps.

Hi Doug, I'm having the same issue, have you tried anything different that may have resolved your issue. I have used Testosterone over the past 10 years. In the last 2 years I have not used any. Feeling flat and low did bloods and was diagnosed with secondary hypogonadism. The problem is when I started with test enanthate 250mg once a month I experienced severe bloating and a very uncomfortable gut. As soon as I'm done eating I would get very uncomfortable and need ed to use the loo. Moved over to test cypionate, 50mg once a week. Same result. It's almost as though I can't tolerate it internally. I have chatted to my endocrinologist and few other well versed people however nobody seems to understand why or how this happens. Any feedback would be highly appreciated.....🙏

I watched this video to educate myself, but honestly, I trust my doc, bcs he is a sort of "apprentice" to the "testo guru" of my country. Btw, my friend is on Sustanon 250, 0,5ml every 5 days, just like you said would be the best dose. We are both 27 years old and only I am still low T, but not for long thankfully.

I tried 100mg of cypionate every 5 days and my total testosterone felt way too high after a couple of months. Sure, I had plenty of energy but I was having trouble sleeping and felt wired all the time, LOL. So I am in the process of taking 2 weeks off to let my T-level drop back to a more reasonable level and will try injecting 100mg every 7 days to see how that goes.

    • @johnharris7756

100 mg is pretty typical weekly dose… I cycled on ans off so I needed more than 100 mg. 150 mg for me is great but I still blast here and their.

@@johnharris7756 Yeah, if you're a younger guy you can get away with that. I'm 67 years old now and an average of 140mg T per week also gave me heart arrhythmia that went away as soon as I lowered the dose to 100mg. I've been working out for more than 50 years and unfortunately my problems are your future; you'll find as you age that the body won't put up with the same things that were fine when you were younger.....steroids, diet, exercises, intensity, workout frequency....it all changes. I ain't gonna lie....getting older SUCKS.

I'd say the Perfect cycle is every 7 days because of our weekly routine!
Injections every Thursday, then you're gold on weekends, say 1000 test on the peaks (weekends). Then by Wednesday, the valley would be around 600, not that bad at all, and super sustainable.
Feel free to jack it up to 1200/700.

Everything should be microdosed. Never blindly take what your doctor tells you, do your own research. You not having a degree in a field does not excuse you from using your brain and researching... especially today with the enormous amounts of knowledge sitting in your phone. Mind blowing that people take a 2 week injection.

TRT = Testosterone, Recombinant HGH and Trenbolone.

  • @kevinsonnywright2327
    @kevinsonnywright2327 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

Are my thoughts below correct appreciate your opinion
Testosterone can aromatize into estrogen, while trenbolone does not. Therefore, when taking a combination of testosterone and trenbolone, the testosterone dose needs to be sufficient to maintain adequate estrogen levels for overall hormonal balance and health.
    Here’s the rationale:
    1. Testosterone and Aromatization:
When you take testosterone, some of it converts into estrogen through a process called aromatization. This estrogen is important for various physiological functions, including joint health, mood regulation, and sexual function.
    2. Trenbolone and Estrogen: Trenbolone does not aromatize, meaning it does not convert into estrogen. It can even potentially lower estrogen levels indirectly by suppressing endogenous testosterone production.
When you take a lower dose of testosterone (125 mg) combined with trenbolone (150 mg), the amount of testosterone converting to estrogen might not be sufficient to maintain normal estrogen levels. This could lead to symptoms of low estrogen, such as joint pain, mood swings, and sexual dysfunction.
Therefore, increasing your testosterone dose to 250 mg per week along with 150 mg of trenbolone can help ensure that you have enough testosterone to convert to estrogen, maintaining a better hormonal balance

what percent of your patients are "sensitive" to the dosage schedule? I can literally feel a difference between doing twice a week versus once every 3 days. And what percent need higher doses than the roughly .1 (20mg) per day to feel good?
