Totally agree. I was an Android fanboy in the beginning. But then I got a job where they provided an iPhone 6 with unlimited data for very cheap, so of course I took it. And ever since then it's been a struggle. They no longer provide the phones, so I can get whatever phone I want. Sometimes I switch to Android, but then I lose compatibility at work, and end up going back to an iPhone usually within a year.

I bought 15 Pro Max changed to Pixel 8 Pro, then, changed to S24 Ultra. Cameras good on all, but both the Pixel and Galaxy were glitchy buggy phones, so, I’ve gone back to 15 Pro Max, and I am sticking to good old iPhone reliability, it just works and does what I need to do and does it so well! ❤
I'm on the exact same boat. Been on the Pixel train for years, but sold my 8 recently because I kept missing calls. Now using a Galaxy A35 to experience one UI, there's some nice things, but it's buggy. Looking forward to iPhone 16 pro in September.

Another great comparison video. You honestly couldn't go wrong with either. I do like the comment about being able to multitask if you want to. I have the S24U and use the SPen a few times a week but love that I have the option. On my Edge panel I have app pairs for apps I like to use together. I didn't use them all the time but glad it's there for when I need it. Great content as always
Awesome vid, man. I have both. I’ve been an android guy forever, but this year got the apple curiosity. Honestly, I sometimes regret getting the iPhone due to all the customizations n freedom one has with android, but hopefully iOS 18 changes some of that regret. And, like you, I almost always go for my s24 ultra, phone is a beast 💪

There is actually a special share option that allows Samsung devices to share files and photos to iPhone devices via Quick Share. It's by generating a QR code then have the iPhone camera scan the QR code and the file will be transferred once the iPhone prompts the download. It's very nifty.
No plans to upgrade to either of these devices. Sticking with my iPhone 14 Pro and S23 Ultra. My main phone right now is the OnePlus 12, hoping one day you will start covering their devices. So I’m only here because you’re one of my favorite tech reviewers and I like hearing your perspective.
What's awesome is that the 14 and 23U are still GREAT phones! Definitely don't blame you for sticking it out with those - They're still great on a day yo day basis as well! I have the same two phones and I won't be upgrading anytime soon...maybe 3 or four years from now I plan on downgrading to something simple for just talk, text, and gps...trying to teach myself that social media, shopping, browsing, and paying bills will be done on PC only 😅
You should make a video comparing both systems and saying the pros from one or other like apps exclusively in one store or partnerships like apple wallet being available in more countries than samsung wallet etc

I know most people jump straight to comparing the two "flagships" from Apple/Samsung, but the truth is, the Samsung Galaxy S24+ is better than the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max. Ultra is just on an entire different level.

Something about the symmetry and rounded corners on the iphone just look satisfying... Bro how do u only have 30K subs? (including me) Ur awesome, cant wait for you to BLOW UP! IDK if ur reading this but a slight criticism would be ur audio stitching, sometimes it feels jagged like at 8:50 and even a few times before/ earlier. In fact, both devices have very good screen brightness levels. I am using A73 with 800 nits brightness and I can easily see the screen even in daylight.

Inside photos of my kids the s24u just couldnt cut it with the blurry mess, so ended up returning it before my 2 weeks were up. Been waiting for the camera update to possibly come back over because to me it was enough to pull me away from iOS

Thanks for the kind words 😁 Full transparency, I haven't tried one if the newer Galaxy Watches just because I wasn't a fan of how it felt (it wasn't AWFUL, definitely a solid experience, I just found the Apple Watch to be better) That being said, you're right that I should definitely give some of the newer iterations a try! Apple makes great products, but I find the Phones and Tabs to be better for my personal day-to-day. Thanks for adding to the community!

You brought up a good point about multitasking. It is one of the reasons why I cannot use an iPhone as my daily driver. The ability to use two apps at once, along with a floating window is really useful.

From the HTC one M8 to One Plus 9 pro. I switched ships and I don't think I am gonna look back personally because a lot of factors but mainly is automating things just work. I also got into photography and filming which made me love the iPhone 15 pro max even further. I use various 3rd party accessories and they are just available locally instead of me having to keep on ordering online then pay for shipping. I am in love with holding it without any cover, gaming wise I love the 120 in games and I don't know if they enhanced the iPhone cooling in my batch which is from Feb 2024 which doesn't really heat up much. The applications are just outstanding for my productivity and I have fixed so many bad habits because of just focused my iPhone had made me. I don't recieve useless notifications, I am able to just finish the task I need to do for my personal life and there are a lot of things I wish I can do on the iPhone. But I am still not looking back at Android especially since with Apple intelligence, it will be run on the hardware level instead of paying a subscription. I used to think multi tasking/split screen was the best thing ever on android, but I don't really find myself using it and most of the apps ( even after forcing them) that I do split screen just work terribly then continously just crash.
I used the S24 Ultra for 2 months. Was not a good experience for me. Had cellular issues and the phone killed my hands. So uncomfortable. Now granted it could be related to having smaller hands, but went back to iOS with the 15 pro and I am content. I like android, but Samsung needs to work on the comfortability on their devices for me personally. Apple made headway with the 15 models with the curves on the corners now and it just feels better in the hand.
Usually samsung got better signal than iphone,i don’t know why you had cellular issue.Regarding the size,you can get the regular s24 or s24 plus,it’s the same processor so the performance is the same
@@Joker-yu5kp Ideally yes. Android phones do have a lot better antennas. So it wasn’t so much the service reception, just an issue that plaques that S24 line that even Mr.WhoseTheBoss has complained about with the cellular just dropped and returning whenever it feels like. As far as the comfort for those models; I did hold the plus and the way they did the corners was uncomfortable as well. The one thing Apple does well with the 15 pro max is how good it feels in the hand. Best feel flagship besides the classic curved display android devices. With the ultra being the best of the line up, more effort should have been put into that, but people will buy it regardless so I ain’t mad. Made money off the phone with selling it so I got my experience and time out of it. I do wanna try a folding phone at some point.

The only issue with air drop v quick share is that while quick share is better, IMO, youre more likely to come across another iphone in the wild over another android, so air drop is more widely used.

I’ve swapped between iPhone and android over the years. How others have never tried the other is insane to hear. I always find myself itching to get back into an android phone. The ultra watch really was the reason why I bought the pro max this year but I’m jumping ship early and am currently waiting for my 24 ultra to come in. The new Samsung ultra watch looks promising to me.
It is not that serious folks it is an object material. The only one winning is the companies with your behavior. The companies pray on people to act like that. Use whatever is best for you. There is no wrong or right answers. By the way another great video.

Hi there! 👋 Realistically, the AW isn't a huge deal for me. I do think it is a better overall experience than Android watches I have used, but since I rotate maining the Fold 5 and 24U, I don't get to use an AW really. But definitely a great watch! I should probably come back around and try out a Galaxy Watch for you guys !
Great point! Although I will say that in years past (before the S23Ultra) I've actually found IPhone battery life to be better than Galaxy Devices because the IPhone was so well optimized.
@@DavidAVelez1 i agree apple is a lot more optimized, i have used galaxy since 2018. Thinking of it they dont add features but integrate them instead which is a lot better for the battery. Galaxy have gotten a lot better. But if apple invest in cooling and Bigger batteries the iphone could be really really great from what it is now. I hope they make a new ipad mini and iphone mini.
Everything is just so much easier to handle on the S24 Ultra without any limits.. And there are way more options and features what makes the S24 Ultra a very special phone to use.. I don't think i ever go back to a Iphone again, Apple simply makes things too complicated for itself and development simply stands still for too long. The company is only busy raking in money and not spending money on necessary changes.

Idc about airdrop or iMessage or FaceTime, the S24 Ultra is the better device. Only thing I really use my 15 Pro for is video, other than that it’s such a sterile and boring device. There’s too many missing software features for me with iPhone that have no business not being there, not to mention S24 Ultra camera array is way more versatile.
I'm glad I got the s24 ultra and didn't wait for the s25 ultra because EVERYONE everywhere I go is very upset and disappointed with their new design of the rounded off corners. Samsung needs to keep the same design as the s24 ultra but get more innovative that they've been lacking in the last couple years. They need to make the s pen out of titanium instead of this cheap junk plastic that's hurting the environment which Samsung claims they are all about. It would bring the premiumness to the device especially for the premium price we pay. It should be demanded by everyone and not just let it slide.
I am currently using both, and I must say an iPhone isn't for me. I will probably be returning it. The biggest gripe for me is that it's takes forever to transfer files, and when it do the files names gets renamed. In doing so it makes it hard to find what I'm looking for. I never have that problem with Smart switch which takes less than an hour to transfer everything over

S24 Ultra bc the snapdragon processor scores better in gaming benchmark tests. It's a gaming phone when it needs to be and has game settings that you don't get with an iPhone.

I never get why you need 2 phones unless one is for work and 1 is personal, but I am 100% into the IOS ecosystem so I rock with the 15PM. I works great now with my macbook and ipad, airpods and apple watch. Does everything I need on a day in day out basis.

So how do you txt people when on iPhone compared to s24. I user WhatsApp’s and signal for work. But most of my family is iOS. Show me a way away from that I’ll all try the s24.
The only two things that I honestly wish iPhone would get from Android is the split screen multitasking and pause video. That’s it. Neither would ever make me switch, they just would be nice to haves. I know Android folks are going to come into the comments and try to list out all this other stuff. Trust me, those are the only two features most people care about.

Files is crap, keyboard sucks, photo app sucks, calender app sucks, don't even get me started on the calculator app, 120hz is slower/ worse on my 13 pro than it is on my s23 ultra. All of the reasons why I don't use an iphone as a daily driver. Scheduling text messages is a feature i use every day and IOS still doesn't have it. I know it's coming, but Apple are going to make you wait another 3-4 months for it.
All staff and director at work have Iphones, my brothers and nephew have iphones, folks doing my dog agility hobby mostly have Iphones which is great to air drop each others videos and pics from events..people give me a sad look when I say I have an android and can't air drop... .But I love my android. Need a new phone now so I am torn...If I could communicate better android to apple it would be no question...

I have the S24U and use the SPen a few times a week but love that I have the option. On my Edge panel I have app pairs for apps I like to use together. I didn't use them all the time but glad it's there for when I need it. Great content as always

Awesome vid, man. I have both. I’ve been an android guy forever, but this year got the apple curiosity. Honestly, I sometimes regret getting the iPhone due to all the customizations n freedom one has with android, but hopefully iOS 18 changes some of that regret. And, like you, I almost always go for my s24 ultra, phone is a beast 💪

There is actually a special share option that allows Samsung devices to share files and photos to iPhone devices via Quick Share. It's by generating a QR code then have the iPhone camera scan the QR code and the file will be transferred once the iPhone prompts the download. It's very nifty.
No plans to upgrade to either of these devices. Sticking with my iPhone 14 Pro and S23 Ultra. My main phone right now is the OnePlus 12, hoping one day you will start covering their devices. So I’m only here because you’re one of my favorite tech reviewers and I like hearing your perspective.
What's awesome is that the 14 and 23U are still GREAT phones! Definitely don't blame you for sticking it out with those - They're still great on a day yo day basis as well!

I have the same two phones and I won't be upgrading anytime soon...maybe 3 or four years from now I plan on downgrading to something simple for just talk, text, and gps...trying to teach myself that social media, shopping, browsing, and paying bills will be done on PC only 😅
You should make a video comparing both systems and saying the pros from one or other like apps exclusively in one store or partnerships like apple wallet being available in more countries than samsung wallet etc

I know most people jump straight to comparing the two "flagships" from Apple/Samsung, but the truth is, the Samsung Galaxy S24+ is better than the Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max. Ultra is just on an entire different level.

I’m a big iPhone guy and u nailed it on the option note. I wish this phone had a pen or multi and more customizable. I’m seriously thinking switching.
In fact, both devices have very good screen brightness levels. I am using A73 with 800 nits brightness and I can easily see the screen even in daylight.
100% Even though the 24U is technically brighter, the IPhone is viewable outside with no problem like 95% of the time. Both are plenty bright!

Hey, Matthew! Thanks for the kind words 😁 Full transparency, I haven't tried one if the newer Galaxy Watches just because I wasn't a fan of how it felt (it wasn't AWFUL, definitely a solid experience, I just found the Apple Watch to be better)
That being said, you're right that I should definitely give some of the newer iterations a try! Apple makes great products, but I find the Phones and Tabs to be better for my personal day-to-day.

Not sure I could live without my Apple Watch or AirPods. Those would be the 2 things Samsung or Google Pixel ecosystems would have to nail to get me to switch.
You brought up a good point about multitasking. It is one of the reasons why I cannot use an iPhone as my daily driver. The ability to use two apps at once, along with a floating window is really useful.

From the HTC one M8 to One Plus 9 pro. I switched ships and I don't think I am gonna look back personally because a lot of factors but mainly is automating things just work. I also got into photography and filming which made me love the iPhone 15 pro max even further. I use various 3rd party accessories and they are just available locally instead of me having to keep on ordering online then pay for shipping. I am in love with holding it without any cover, gaming wise I love the 120 in games and I don't know if they enhanced the iPhone cooling in my batch which is from Feb 2024 which doesn't really heat up much. The applications are just outstanding for my productivity and I have fixed so many bad habits because of just focused my iPhone had made me. I don't recieve useless notifications, I am able to just finish the task I need to do for my personal life and there are a lot of things I wish I can do on the iPhone. But I am still not looking back at Android especially since with Apple intelligence, it will be run on the hardware level instead of paying a subscription. I used to think multi tasking/split screen was the best thing ever on android, but I don't really find myself using it and most of the apps ( even after forcing them) that I do split screen just work terribly then continously just crash.
I used the S24 Ultra for 2 months. Was not a good experience for me. Had cellular issues and the phone killed my hands. So uncomfortable. Now granted it could be related to having smaller hands, but went back to iOS with the 15 pro and I am content. I like android, but Samsung needs to work on the comfortability on their devices for me personally. Apple made headway with the 15 models with the curves on the corners now and it just feels better in the hand.
Usually samsung got better signal than iphone,i don’t know why you had cellular issue.Regarding the size,you can get the regular s24 or s24 plus,it’s the same processor so the performance is the same
@@Joker-yu5kp Ideally yes. Android phones do have a lot better antennas. So it wasn’t so much the service reception, just an issue that plaques that S24 line that even Mr.WhoseTheBoss has complained about with the cellular just dropped and returning whenever it feels like. As far as the comfort for those models; I did hold the plus and the way they did the corners was uncomfortable as well. The one thing Apple does well with the 15 pro max is how good it feels in the hand. Best feel flagship besides the classic curved display android devices. With the ultra being the best of the line up, more effort should have been put into that, but people will buy it regardless so I ain’t mad. Made money off the phone with selling it so I got my experience and time out of it. I do wanna try a folding phone at some point.

The only issue with air drop v quick share is that while quick share is better, IMO, youre more likely to come across another iphone in the wild over another android, so air drop is more widely used.

I’ve swapped between iPhone and android over the years. How others have never tried the other is insane to hear. I always find myself itching to get back into an android phone. The ultra watch really was the reason why I bought the pro max this year but I’m jumping ship early and am currently waiting for my 24 ultra to come in. The new Samsung ultra watch looks promising to me.
It is not that serious folks it is an object material. The only one winning is the companies with your behavior. The companies pray on people to act like that. Use whatever is best for you. There is no wrong or right answers. By the way another great video.

I do think it is a better overall experience than Android watches I have used, but since I rotate maining the Fold 5 and 24U, I don't get to use an AW really. But definitely a great watch! Galaxy have gotten a lot better. But if apple invest in cooling and Bigger batteries the iphone could be really really great from what it is now. I hope they make a new ipad mini and iphone mini.

Everything is just so much easier to handle on the S24 Ultra without any limits.. And there are way more options and features what makes the S24 Ultra a very special phone to use.. I don't think i ever go back to a Iphone again, Apple simply makes things too complicated for itself and development simply stands still for too long. The company is only busy raking in money and not spending money on necessary changes.

Idc about airdrop or iMessage or FaceTime, the S24 Ultra is the better device. Only thing I really use my 15 Pro for is video, other than that it’s such a sterile and boring device. There’s too many missing software features for me with iPhone that have no business not being there, not to mention S24 Ultra camera array is way more versatile.
I'm glad I got the s24 ultra and didn't wait for the s25 ultra because EVERYONE everywhere I go is very upset and disappointed with their new design of the rounded off corners. Samsung needs to keep the same design as the s24 ultra but get more innovative that they've been lacking in the last couple years. They need to make the s pen out of titanium instead of this cheap junk plastic that's hurting the environment which Samsung claims they are all about. It would bring the premiumness to the device especially for the premium price we pay. It should be demanded by everyone and not just let it slide.
At least you don’t have to worry about the I phone updates killing your battery life.

I am currently using both, and I must say an iPhone isn't for me. I will probably be returning it. The biggest gripe for me is that it's takes forever to transfer files, and when it do the files names gets renamed. In doing so it makes it hard to find what I'm looking for. I never have that problem with Smart switch which takes less than an hour to transfer everything over

S24 Ultra bc the snapdragon processor scores better in gaming benchmark tests. It's a gaming phone when it needs to be and has game settings that you don't get with an iPhone.

And RAW performance is better on iPhone and you can have 120+ FPS in games

I never get why you need 2 phones unless one is for work and 1 is personal, but I am 100% into the IOS ecosystem so I rock with the 15PM. I works great now with my macbook and ipad, airpods and apple watch. Does everything I need on a day in day out basis.

So how do you txt people when on iPhone compared to s24. I user WhatsApp’s and signal for work. But most of my family is iOS. Show me a way away from that I’ll all try the s24.
The only two things that I honestly wish iPhone would get from Android is the split screen multitasking and pause video. That’s it. Neither would ever make me switch, they just would be nice to haves. I know Android folks are going to come into the comments and try to list out all this other stuff. Trust me, those are the only two features most people care about.
Apple file system is trash,the note and calculator app have less functionality,the photo app sucks,the keyboard is shit,no clipboard,slow charging,no universal back gesture,the 120hz refresh rate is slower on iphone compared to android and i don’t know why because it’s not the case on ipad pro.I can tell you more things that apple needs to improve significantly with an iphone

All of the reasons why I don't use an iphone as a daily driver. Scheduling text messages is a feature i use every day and IOS still doesn't have it. I know it's coming, but Apple are going to make you wait another 3-4 months for it.
All staff and director at work have Iphones, my brothers and nephew have iphones, folks doing my dog agility hobby mostly have Iphones which is great to air drop each others videos and pics from events..people give me a sad look when I say I have an android and can't air drop...
