- The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial continues on Thursday in the high court in Pretoria. Lead investigator Brigadier Bongani Gininda will continue to be on the stand. Five men are currently on trial for the soccer star's 2014 murder. Cross-examination of Gininda will continue in this trial within a trial.

I hate it when Mngomezulu is not paying attention to the witnesses response, how will he pick up the lies of Gininda if he's not listening, hes busy looking around and talking to his colleagues while Gininda is talking.
Gininda is even mentioning the details of the AVL but he was not in court that time that means he's watching and working on his script.
I think he does that after getting an answer to his question,the rest of the explanation is for Giginda himself and the rest 😂😂... If you say "Yes/No" that's when I would also stop listening.
Gininda would be privy to the AVL records as the commander of the investigating team. In fact he's the one who received the AVL record from the tracking company. Nothing sinister. Best is to stop jumping to conclusions and only be guided by the evidence before court. It'll also not hurt to brush up on court procedure.
Remember he is the one doing application for avl it start with him, and he is the who must take it to state prosecutor he has the right to check it he is a commision officer
