- I thought we'd see if there's any interest in us building a tune together, so let's go noodlin, so to speak. Let me know what chords need to follow what I've put together, if this is something you're interested in. Always a pleasure folks!

Soundin awesome Randy... love how you make those melodies bend... you surely kept me good company with my coffee... some awesome chord progressions and great guidance 🙏🌹
Hi Ms Therese, my good friend. It’s great to hear from you! Thank you so much for the kind words. It always makes me smile to hear from you and I hope you are keeping well. I’ll be over to visit with you soon. I’ve been traveling quite a bit lately for business and it’s kept me a bit preoccupied. Thanks again for the encouragement and kindness 👍🏻
Randy my man, cool idea. Truth be told, besides guitar playing, your reviews and attention to detail and observation is what I enjoy most. Your storytelling if you will. You remind me of my ol’ Scout master, a subject matter expert. God bless you and yours down in Tejas.
Hi James, you are too kind, sir. It’s a pleasure to have you on the channel, brother man 👍🏻
wonderful performance and beautiful music! Great work as always!
Great lesson sir! love it! thanks for wonderful sharing!
Hi Tak, great to hear from you and thank you very much, brother man 👍🏻
A wonderful project my friend! You are a great musician Randy! Greetings, Jimmy
Thank you, Jimmy, and appreciate the kind words, brother man 👍🏻
so great tune ! wonderful video and play Randy ! thumbs up dear friend ! I am back from my 2 month USA trip. I hope for your understanding that I cannot watch all your last videos, here is now so much to do. Thank you for your kind words to the tribute video for my mom. I appreciated very much . All the best wishes, Karen 🤗
Hi Karen, I’m glad to hear you were over here for a few months and hope you enjoyed it. You are most welcome and your mom sounded like a great lady. Thank you for the kind words, ma’am 👍🏻
Great Randy… a big step in encouraging others to get creative… 🙏this is a complete other game than playing a well known song. I hope this goes on…
Very much appreciated, my friend. I’ll be doing an update later this week 👍🏻
Really cool video! It’s awesome to watch 😎
Thank you very much 👍🏻
Yes Sir, great video Randy have a fantastic Sunday and BTW a beautiful sounding Epiphone!
Hey Eric, hope Brazil is treating you well, brother man. I talked to Jim over the weekend and he tells me that Miami misses you! Thanks for the kind words, my friend 👍🏻
Kindest regards to you Randy! Brazil has been interesting, i came here in 2001 with a round trip ticket for 3 months and i'm still on the 3rd month HA, I really miss the States, planning on coming back sometime soon if I can afford it, diggin your channel, many good videos to watch - Jim and I had a lotta fun back in the day with guitars and motorcycles and hopefully we can razzle-dazzle again lol Cheers Randy, thanks my man!@@randysrhythm
Those videos you think the least of, seems to do the best sometimes. I think folks chipping in on what chords to use is a great idea! Love your thinking Randy. I sure don't know the names if the chords enough to pitch on. Unless we were sitting in the same room together.
I am right there with you, Ms Brooke. Don’t feel bad, I almost never know what these chords are 😂. Always appreciate getting your thoughts. If you find some chords, please step out there 👍🏻
Cool video Randy, the Epiphone sounds great. Nice work brother. Have a great Sunday
Hi Oz, always great to see you and yes sir, love that IBG Epiphone! Travel has been a bit brutal lately, but I’ll get caught up with your latest releases. I started the latest one on Sunday, but kept getting interrupted. That Les Paul copy was beautiful and I’m looking forward to hearing the review, brother man 👍🏻
@@randysrhythm Hey Randy its good to see you teaching guitar. I used to teach alot for work but it went quiet. The IYV lp review is buddy ill send the link. Its a cool guitar. Be safe in your travels and if you're ever in the UK hit me up brother. Your videos are inspiring and your cool guitar player
@@GuitarSafari1 You’re too kind, my friend, and I certainly will 👍🏻
Great video!! God bless.
Thanks, Xavi 👍🏻
Awesome thanks for sharing brother
You are most welcome and thank you 👍🏻
@@randysrhythm 🙏🙏
Great video Randy! 👌
Thank you, Costa 👍🏻
Really good idea for a video. Like your noodling here, but since I have no idea what chords you’re playing, I can’t suggest anything… I am curious to see what happens. Keep on noodling Sir Randy!
Hi Ms Rose, I think it’ll be interesting to see what comes out of this 😁. Much appreciate the continued support, ma’am
Just FYI, my travels/meetings have kept me a bit preoccupied lately, but I plan to do some catch up this week while traveling. Don’t want you to think I’m abandoning you 😁
Great video🎶✨
Thank you, Ms Mami 👍🏻
Wish you lived a little closer to me would love to set around and pick with you. Thanks for the video's
You are welcome, Stagger, and I wish the same thing, brother man 👍🏻
Hey Mate . . . nice clip. 😊 👍🏻 You are really good at what you do and how you present what you do. It's easy to watch and listen to because it's done humbly. I cannot advise on what chords to add! I know heaps of chords and their correct names I think but I have never taken in progressions that much.Having said that, it's interesting to sit back and watch. 👌 ☮
Brother man John L, thanks my friend! I get what you’re saying. I sure had fun doing this little series. You’re very kind, John and a great friend. It was a blessed day when I met you and thanks for such a kind comment, brother man 👍🏻
Always my pleasure Randy and yes!! . . . . It's an absolute pleasure to know you also Mate. 😊 ✌
I'm not good with writing new stuff. Takes me a while getting it all to work together. And yes, I'm a tinkerer too...lol. For me, I would work in an "E", A minor 7th, E, B then back to E... maybe....I don't know. Like I said, I'm not music writer. I know that what ever you work out will sound good.
You take care Randy and I'll talk to you soon.
Hi Dave, apparently great minds think alike, as I saw where Bruce mentioned an Am as well. I’ll do the first update later in the week. This is getting kind of fun, brother man 👍🏻

Yeah actually it was a pretty cool idea for a video. Having people give you input on developing the song was a pretty good idea.
I'm gonna say throw an F in there. I love F & C together. Now, im not sure how that would sound with what follows your C chords. Those bar chords are hard for me & sure dont know the name of them. Or I'd play it see how it sounds. Maybe thats what I'll do in a bit. Try playing what you have put together here.
I love this video & i wished i had never stopped playing too. And yes, you are good enough to sit down with some good guitar players & be able to add greatly to whats going on. Hope you have a wonderful Sunday sweet Randy.
Thank you, Ms Brooke! In my arrangement, I do have an F in there, so there you go. I’ll do a follow up to this later this week 👍🏻
@randysrhythm oh...ok
Can't wait to hear it Randy. Have a good week sugar.
I'd LOVE to sit down & figure this out with you!!!
Hopefully we’ll get that opportunity. If you and your husband ever get to east Texas, be sure to let me know and we’ll make it happ’n, capt’n 👍🏻
@@randysrhythm I would definitely be in touch with you if I ever come your way, my friend. I'd love to meet you in person.
I worked on this last night Randy I think I followed what you did then c major am minor and shone it with a d major at the end:-)))))))
You just made my day, Ms Kathy!! You’re actually playing along and that puts a huge smile on my face 😁. I’ll do an update with your suggestions after I get back from Montreal, ma’am 👍🏻
@@randysrhythm Have fun Randy Montreal is a great place!
One, I love that Epiphone 'Cause I have one just like it; Two: I kind of favor G chords, C chords, and F chord progressions, you make things sound sweet. As noted, I tend to use Key of C or Key of G majors using the I IV and V, not in that order of course.
I guess I am pretty simple though.
I love simple, it’s my motto, David. Appreciate the input and I’ll do an update later in the week. Always appreciate getting your thoughts, brother man 👍🏻
Am Randy 😊
Hi Bruce, so far, you and David Hayes are in the Am camp. I’ll do an update at the end of the week. Thanks for the input, brother man 👍🏻
Ok Brother Randy, here’s where my mind is going:
C Major, G# Minor, C#Minor F major 7
You’re now on the list, brother Paul! I’ll do an update at the end of the week. Thanks for playing along, brother man 👍🏻
