The benefits are for anyone who appreciates this great plant. Non medical users still want high quality products, and right now, least in the rec states ive been, they are quite lacking. Quality assurance benefits everyone
The industry is driven by greed and cost per gram. As long as it's limited to commercial growers nothing is going to change. Indoor growers are marketed to with synthetic products making wild unfounded claims. The sales hype driven social media is in direct proportion to lack of integrity as is the commercial markets. Grow your own and learn how to grow it well properly.
vacuum seal jars, store product in cold enough environments. Main losses come from heat, then oxygen and light... below 68* f or 20* c is adequate. no need for adding in or altering the profile.
I have an alternative if you’d entertain me a moment; Package cannabis in a manner that already has a minimal space for oxygen, and vacuum is far less necessary. Nobody was selling single pounds in five gallon buckets, why would someone ever put a single eighth in a 4 liquid oz container? The problem is the people in power. This industry has excluded those who knew what they were doing, and each and every company is facing that reality every time their customers open a mediocre product that was once top shelf. Very nearly every legal product I’ve ever seen is subpar.
Even "adequate" refrigeration will be a constant cost. From grower to transportation to final destination. They've done the math and figured it out. If you want the numbers to LOOK the same, the lab will come up with a less expensive and more efficient way. As long as it's clearly labeled with what's original and what's added, it's up to the end user to decide if the numbers FEEL the same.
@@bill200262 In Colombia we pack it in block of one pound we never loose terpenes and fraganse about 28 to 34 celcios 80% humidity dry no 100 % still fresh no mold.transported for long distance no problem
I’m curious about the hydrogen peroxide to age the thc into cbn. How is it administered to the cannabis to do this, sorry confused how it’s done in a lab/machine…? Would it be able to use medically after it has had the hydrogen peroxide is used on it for patients? Thanks 🙏 and have a blessed day
Lol? Where are you going to get liquid terps that are true to the flower in order to add it to the cap? Not economical The reality is secondary terps will be added to the cap and thus infusing the flower with fake terps... Same reason why they dust pre rolls with kief, cuz the flowers junk
marketing nonsense... you obviously want the terpenes to remain in the plant and using words like exogenous source for a silly bit of 3D printed plastic is deliberately obfuscating what is really going on.
Nothing explained here holds any esteem for home growing. This is driven by container sales and synthetic terpine production and their sales. All this is offset by taking one more inhalation. Consumption isn't about an exact milligram dosage like pharmaceutical companies dose and market. This is to merely cloud the industry with a monetary driven agenda. Further forcing (mom&pop) family, home grown cannabis out of the market of fair trade. Propper growing techniques by commercial growers would mitigate this issue to start with. Stop chasing cycle times and perceived plant productivity numbers and personnel plant counts to limit competition.
Lol. Let's talk about money. Money money money. Money money? Money money. Money! There is no other thing on this planet worth more of it. And the groomed market... just opened up.
Seems that opening the container is the bigger issue. Simply store a sealed container, I like vacuum sealed bags and keep it in a dark space at about 60F like a wine cooler and you will preserve the terps. He is trying to sell his system.

You guys are getting it wrong. As it cures things change and convert to other things, like wine does in the barrel as it ages.

Excellent information, not just for the industry production, but for the small grower as well.

Comparing terp profile from 2 harvests of djs gold both samples should have been tested at the same age.

Can the Terpenes be synthesized
EL Sohli didnt even grow flower with cannabinoids on it, let alone terpenes even referring to his work is a joke
You scientists are clueless about smoking
