Nice! I recall a previous video at Knott's ...has it been a year already for the festival? Amazing dishes literally from morning till night! I didn't think boysenberries can be used so much for savory foods... that was a lot of dishes, and perfectly spaced out throughout the day 😋😋😋
Knott's put on a few food festivals last year, we went to 2 of them. It's a fun foodie event! Got to give credit to Knotts for safely putting on these festivals at a time where other themes parks remained closed.
All that food looks amazing. I was wondering how those plant based meatballs would taste.. looked good with that cauliflower rice! Great food selections and reviews. I would definitely have to get that boysenberry tart.. it looked delicious. Great video! 😉

Hi, it's been a while since I've been to Knotts Berry. There's places that I don't recognize inside. I remember there used to be a Buena Vista hotel right next to Knotts. I think Knotts took over the property. I love their chicken dinner. I always thought that Doc Browns chicken at Universal was identical to Knotts.
@@billandlisa Actually I think it was called "Buena Park Hotel", I could be wrong. But when I heard Knotts taking it over I thought for sure they would expand their park.
You said it Lisa....lots of food. I appreciated the variety of applications of Boysenberry in so many types of food. I was reminded of Gilroy Garlic Festival. This event, and any other festival celebrating a food item, does stit up the creativity in cooking. I have an old cookbook that is just cooking chicken....250 ways.
Looking forward to coming down to Southern California 18 months has been too long! usually come down there every summer. because of covid I found you channel which is a good thing. thank for helping bring some joy to me and my husband during this pass stay at home order.

This looked fun! I think you need to have appropriate expectations when you go to an event like this. If you are expecting a gourmet experience, you will likely be disappointed. If you fall a little low on the fun factor scale yourself, you probably won't enjoy it either (something our Bill and Lisa do not lack!). Anyhow - you can see where there was a real effort to incorporate the Boysenberry into the dish and others where it seemed like maybe they just sort of dialled it in to meet the requirement of having Boysenberry in there, or maybe the vision and the execution didn't quite merge. That big purple bun with the sausage will sure a visual standout! Still, a good time was had by all!
right! i see it as getting to try some different foods while being at a fun place (knotts) and having a great time with friends and family! of course its not going to be high end food its a theme park lol
Good to see they're putting actual Boysenberries in, I called them out before for high fructose corn syrup/artificially flavored Boysenberry before, now you can see it! I really liked the brisket last time too!
My pretzel bun was cold too. It would have been so much better warm and it was very greasy. My brisket mac and cheese was really greasy too, yours looked way better
Wow the amusement park is open. I missed those days when it’s summertime here in Toronto but due to the pandemic everything is closed. The foods looks so delicious, thank you for awesome video with your family. Stay safe and take care everyone 😍
