      ​@@DrKashikaJainPsychologist I'm a teenager, i have anxiety since 2plus years, it all was started when i went into class 11th coz all of the sudden i start to get so many challanges and i what i did i took them very seriously, i kept fighting each and every challanges which was there for 2 year(11th & 12th) and my whole 11th and 12th schooling has gone through in anxiety. But i declare myself a warrior because i was getting hurt terribly each day still i used to wake everyday to fight i passed out my class 12th somehow with decent marks but the that i had grew up at that time is still with me i tried alot to cure it i went to psychologist psychiatrist neuro and etc etc i start to taking abudent of pills but nothing helped me
      All the relations in my that i had is completly broken up due to my anxiety currently my life become hell i can't do my study i can't breath i can't live i can't build any relations with anybody the only thing i want at this stage is to be okkke😓😭
