Looking at the first one, from the point of contact (mid bat) seems no spin, then ma lin hits it not too low (table height) nor too high (chest height) therefore it's half long. Thus, this is a half-long no spin serve, or just slightly backspin.
I'm glad another mentioned this. Just saw this video and on the first one particularly after the slow mo, that is definitely not underspin. No spin or slight side top given he allows it to just roll off his paddle and serves it short & low. The opponent plays it safe and pushes anyways. It was short & wide to his FH so that's how he played it. If it was more middle to the table or toward his backhand, I would expect him to chiquita backhand attack this ball. But we can all agree this isn't underspin.
