    My Dear Friend, I Can't Thank God Enough For You And What You're Doing For Millions Of People. I've Suffered With Fibromyalgia For 16 Years Now, And It's Severely Limited My Mobility And Caused Chronic Fatigue In Addition To Soul Crushing Pain, Though Only In My Fifties, I feel Twice That. A Friend Turned Me On To You And You have Changed My Life. For The First Time In 5 Years I'm Able To Do Any Form Of Exercise At All, And The Other Day Was Able To Go To Completion. I Couldn't Stop Praising The Lord. Thank Yiu So Much For What You're Doing, Amd May God Bless You.

      @@VitalityFL I have a very dear friend who also has COPD. He is pretty much housebound, but I believe he can benefit from exercising. Do you have recommendations for him? It's more than physically exercising, it's also a mentality. I don't want him to think I'm pushing him - doing so bc I love him.
