    My parents did one of your videos for about 8 months straight. Then, they got covid last November. I believe they felt insecure doing exercise again due post covid "issues" which they had none, it was all in their mind. Today, was the day I was able to convinced/forced them to do now this video.
    Thank you!
    If you could make something like this one, which are fast-paced exercise, but make a longer one 20min. That'd be great!

    Love this one, Curtis! I am a 60 year old teacher on a Whole Food Plant Based Diet. After 1 1/2 years teaching virtually, I started walking and working out with you 15-30 minutes a day 5 days a week to get in shape for being back in the classroom. I lost 35 pounds and actually have enviable definition in my arms and legs! Who knew such a small time investment brings such big rewards. Thank you!!!

    HI Curtis, I am recovering from first time ever having Corona Virus. Using a variety of your exercise U-tube videos to get back into shape. I have saved all of them since April 2020.     I found you just after everything shutdown last March. We live in a retirement community and we were in our apartments for 3 weeks with nothing to do. So I started searching for exercises and found you. Thank you for all you are doing for us senior citizens to keep active and alive and healthy. My husband and I exercise together so I have to pick things that are not too hard for uncoordinated people but are different and easy to follow. It took him about 5 months to really catch on, but now he enjoys doing different exercises. Our gym is now open and we will go today for our 1/2 hour of time, but we took timeout to do more. Thanks again.

    Ty 4 doing the low impact stuff and senior stuff do to an extremely bad knee i dont have the best mobility and u do the chairf stuff where i can work out get healthy and increase my mobilty

    Hola saludos desde Puerto Rico, hase un poco tiempo atras empeze a ver tus videos, y me llamaban la atencion pero no los hasia por que como decia que eran para principiantes y personas mayores yo pensaba eran muy suaves para mi, pero estaba muy equivocada, ayer hise uno que me encanto, y acabo de hacer este y esta genial para mi , sude muchisimo y lo senti en todo mi cuerpo, yo pensaba que como ers suavesito no sentiria nada, y estaba equivocada , es justo lo que ahora necesito , que tengo dos discos herneados y no puedo hacer alto impacto, hasi que me encanto, ya soy parte de usted y lo felisito , muy buenos videos muy buen trabajo, bendiciones y saludos desde la isla del encanto.🙏💙❤😍
