I much prefer the look of the BB Pro and it doesn’t look much thicker from the images, so my choice would be the BB Pro although it would be great if they slim that down next year. Too much gilt on the BB58 GMT it could have been a real winner but they missed an open goal.
The additional thickness on the BB Pro is due to the bulging case back cover. But I do agree about the gilt on the 58 GMT. That's exactly what I said to Tudor 😅I would prefer if it's steel or silver instead.
nkuwan You are so well-informed about luxury watches. You've obviously done your due diligence and the comparison to the US is very informative...because of course, I live in New York. thank you very much
im probably the rare few who don't like the new BB58 GMT. The pro looks much nicer n classic looking still. Will you be reviewing the tudor submariner? :D
Are the lug to lug longer on the 58 GMT? I tried the pro in the AD and its borderline of what i can wear. If its longer than it should be a good fit! :)
I liked your videos. Easy to watch and understand with a relaxing/ fun background music. Nice way to talk about watches. Looking forward to new videos from you 👍🏻
I’m surprised it does not look a lot thinner than the pro, that said the pro didn’t look as thick as it usually does in your video. I think the 58 gmt is a step in the right direction size wise but I would have preferred something with less gilt. I will be interested in what comes later but at the moment I think the pro is a lot better looking.
The additional thickness on the BB Pro is on the bulging case back. That is why the case doesn't look that thick. I agree with about the too much gilt. That's exactly what I told Tudor 😅 I would prefer it in steel or silver instead.
Thinning it would definitely be a huge improvement. But what about the numbers on the bezel? Are you ok with that? I did a review on the pro and talked about it. You can check that out and let us know what you think.
@@watchat888 Personally think the way they did the numbers and markings on the bezel is better looking than the way explorer II does it. If they just make it like 12mm or so it would be perfect
58 GMT is much more refined. Pro is like a toy next to it. I can see why people like the Pro though - it could work better as a tool watch in a rough environment, while I can’t imagine the 58 GMT worn by a construction worker
BB58 GMT doesn’t look like proportion to 39mm, it’s thicker and bulky but hey I’m still waiting. Tudor AD here in US knows how to play a waiting game. NOT AVAILABLE IN THE USA, embarrassing!
The sweet spot will be this movement in the Pelegos 39mm case..... Titanium, ceramic and hopefully just black and white. It's what we want so will take Tudor at least 10 years, and Longines will beat them to it.
In Toronto canada I buy a super super clone I bring it to a rolex expert he say it was real rolex . Unbelievable. Your super clone look just like mine. You a expert but a regular person like me will never know. Imagine on nkuwan

Wow.. thank you so much for the high praise. This is encouraging. I'm glad you find my video useful. Will catch in my review there 👍

Hahahah that's surprising. But that's ok. To each his own. That's why we chat. Yes, stay tuned coz the submariner is coming.
The Pro’s GMT hand is so much easier to read quickly because it is coloured yellow
Yeah they should have added colour on this one. A pop of red would be nice.
@@watchat888 or maybe little more on a shade of burgundy?
@@CB-DW True that would be consistent with the rest of the watch
Great review! May I know what's the length of the clasp of the bb58 gmt (at its longest point)?
Thanks there. I don't have an answer to your query yet. But once I do get it I will post a reply here.
Are the lug to lug longer on the 58 GMT? I tried the pro in the AD and its borderline of what i can wear. If its longer than it should be a good fit! :)
Yes the BB58GMT is slightly longer measuring at 47.8mm as compared to the pro which is 47mm.
I liked your videos. Easy to watch and understand with a relaxing/ fun background music. Nice way to talk about watches. Looking forward to new videos from you 👍🏻
Thanks there. Appreciate the kind words. One coming up soon this weekend. Will upload new videos every weekend....if possible 😁
Are the indices frames rose gold color, or are they gold?
Neither is it gold nor is it rose gold. It's gilt. The tone is more towards bronze.

Best review on the Black Bay 58 GMT so far. A lot of useful data. Thank you so much for the video.
Wow thank you so much there, and you are most welcome. Stay tuned for my next BB submariner review soon.
Can the PRO GMT bracelet be installed on the BB58 GMT?
It can coz they are both 20mm. But why would you want to replace it?
Great Video, good comparison!
I would also prefer the Rubberstrap. But for me the BB58 GMT Is still a little too thick.
Thank you so much. Yes, I think they can improve on the thickness. At least it's 39mm 😉
How many clicks is the bezel? 48 or 60?
Didn't manage to check it myself the other day 😅 But I was told by the sales rep that it's 60.
I agree with you. This is the best looking GMT in the Tudor line of GMTs.
They are for now
I hate it on the rubber strap. Can we take our the first steel link connected to the case? It looks awful.
Unfortunately you can't. Overall I think it's still a pretty good looking watch. No?
Nice review there. Absolutely agree that this is a better GMT than the Pro. So when will you be reviewing the Tudor Submariner?
Thank you there. The Tudor Submariner will be coming soon. Very soon 😁
Good one there bro. A very detailed review. Can't wait for the submariner review.
Thanks there.
Great vid🎉 very informative
Thanks so much for the comment. Between the bracelet and strap?
A thinner bb pro would be it

😂 That's true. The 58 looks more refined and dressier than the pro.
Grey market is flooded with the pro. The new 58 coke is gonna have wait lists like the Pelagos 39.
They can't give pelagos 39 away here in uk
When I was there at my AD the other day, I was told that the wait-list of 40 people with that outlet alone.
Thanks for the review
You are most welcome

So how is the wait coming along? Any updates in the US market?
The gilt reminds me of the original Black Bay 58 Black.
Yes. Gilt seems to be Tudor's go to colour 😅
epic review!!! thank you Sir!!
Thank you thank you. Really appreciate it.

Hahaha. Don't lose faith there. Tudor could probably surprise you.
Great video
Thanks there @metro2171
T-FIT Claps are the best!
Awesome at that price point
Am I hearing right or are you saying 👏. It’s clasp 😂
I thought I said clasp 🤣 But thanks for pointing it out. Will make sure I'll say it right in my next review on the Tudor Submariner 😬👍
THIIICK...😮💨
Hahaha yes but still better than their existing ones 😅
