So I beleive my tear or whatever you want to call it, is the bigger muscle above the pronator Teres, directly above it. (The "forearm" muscle) but on the same side where you would do the release motions for the pronator.... Or could that be the actual tendon?it flares up with too much weight in a supination position. I've been doing light to light-medium eccentrics only for rehab. To pin point what I'm talking about is, if you take the inside of your left elbow, go down your forearm 1/2 inch, and then to the left about 1/2 inch. What muscle is that?
the salt technique here helped a lot with elbow bending pain, both supinated and pronated, thank you. would this technique reduce the amount of damage/irritation caused by bicep curls?
What we showed does not change body structure. It desensitizes a region. Pain is way more complex than structures. If you want us to look at your case just contact us via link in video description
Sir I play Cricket (baseball like sport)and I was having chronic and tender pain in my right groin region, after MRI and Dynamic ultrasound it has diagnosed low grade partial tear and mild cortical irregularity at attachment of obturator externus and pectineus muscle. I have taken treatment by various Physiotherapists but it is not getting better and pain is still there , it's been 8 to 9 months now without playing. Please guide me sir.
I have a bad case of golfer’s elbow and I’m actually finding this rehab exercise is improving it more than others I’ve been told
Thanks for sharing
