Fastest video doesn’t mean the best video. Definitely could have made a 5 minute video to go a little slower. Showing which parts were going where. Not a speed run

I had an extremely difficult time setting this up. I have 3 27" ViewSonic monitors. The arms on this mount would not hold the monitors up at all. I also followed the instructions and could not get it adjusted enough to hold the monitors. Now I'm out money for something I cannot use. 😭🤬

i have 2 27 inch msi monitors and a verticle 20 inch no issue with holding up the monitors but i do have an issue with the spacing to fit them horizontally

How can I make the monitors vertical

Our mounts do support vertical orientation. However, the rotating axis of the VESA plate is preset to ensure stability, which may make it difficult to rotate. We suggest attaching the monitor first, then firmly holding both sides of the monitor with both hands and rotating it vigorously to achieve the desired vertical position. why did you install the wire clip first IF THE SWIVEL ARM NEEDS TO BE AT THE BOTTOM you did your own tutorial wrong
Thank you for bringing the error at 1:02-1:03 to our attention. The correct installation order is the swivel arm first, then the wire clip, and finally the middle head. In the event that the wire clip was mistakenly installed in the wrong place, there is a quick fix that avoids uninstalling the swivel arm and middle head. Simply pull out the wire clip and press its open end at the desired height on the post. However, it is not recommended to frequently perform this action as it may deform the clip.
