I ordered two of these and it literally doesn’t come with some parts shown in the video. I don’t have the metal piece with the screw openings to adjust to the desk thickness

I'm curious if they got some Peter Jackson photography directors on these videos because I can tell you for a fact that monitor arm doesn't fit that desk comfortably regardless of upper arm tension. I have the double arm installed right now and with monitors attached they cant be less than 12 inches from the arm.

Same here. Mine came with no padding, and missing the screws for step 1.

The tension of the arm is preset to ensure stability, which may make it seems to be locked. Have you tried to press the upper arm down? Keep it horizontal and then you can turn the inside screw clockwise(“-”direction) to decrease gas spring tension until the arm can stay as intended. If you encounter any difficulties or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at business@mountup.com. We're here to help.

Don’t buy it unless you have larger monitor. If you mount it with a smaller sized monitor like 21 inches gonna hang up in the air and will make your neck hurts

      21" monitors don't exist.

Sorry to hear that😟. Please check the gas spring tension adjustment video to see if it helps: th-cam.com/video/ENXg0nNcE_k/w-d-xo.html
