    I totally agree with you about the sweeteners! I don't feel real progress unless I'm 100% anti-sweet. It's the only way to deal with a true addiction, which carb addiction is. And people will say, "But bread isn't sweet. Pasta isn't sweet." Oh yes it is! Chew thoroughly instead of wolfing it down and then tell me that's not sweet.

      I agree 100%. I wish that I wouldn’t have done things half ass from the beginning. But- we can only change what we do going forward so I’ll focus my energies on that ❤️

    I just found your channel. I love it so far. One of this things I did love is your number 8. But can I please tell you something. You also gotta stop saying MY Disability. That means your owning it.. So your positive words are being stopped by your negative word MY Disability. Instead use the word THE disability. It will make a big difference...

    I don't mean this to sound critical, but why are you still doing the spinraza?

      I don’t read that as a critical statement. ❤️ To be honest, I am afraid that if I stop, muscle wasting will be harder to fight. Since I’m missing the SMN1 gene, Spinraza’s goal is to help my SMN2 genes to work better at recognizing the signals to my muscles. Spinraza isn’t a one and done type of drug. Unfortunately it is a lifelong treatment.

      Fermentation is breaking down the carbs by bacteria and yeast. The foods take on a tart flavor. It also reduces oxalates. I am eating this to take in the good bacterias that are created in the fermentation process.
