I collected a lot of blues/red autos of Former Champions from that set. It is hard to pull big cards even though it’s a fortune.
You got some cool cards! ripping any product especially UFC Prizm has a super low chance of you making your money back, so you're paying for the joy of ripping packs and that small chance, which is fun and thrilling
Really happy the prices have come down on these over time. It makes it way easier for collectors who didn't have the cash back then to go back and still have a chance to grab them. Pretty good hits from 2 loose packs I'd say!
Love me some debut ufc prizm. I actually know a breaker that still gets hobby boxes and i occasionally buy packs. I hit a Conner McGregor color blast about a month ago!!!
I'm still buying 2021 prizm myself its not so diluted so its realy fun to open. The $100 packs can hurt so 1 at a time for this guy but I'll get some packs of something cheaper to go with it like prizm 22 lol. I bought a little optic meh. Mess around with select blasters meh. Buying graded cards if I find something I like. Just having fun not really a investment for me. My favorite card pulled from 21 prizm green chuck liddell auto I pulled from a blaster not numbered but I love it
I only got into the hobby the week of the Chronicles release last year so I missed all of the debut Prizm hype so I really appreciate this video! I'm a BIG Said fan and think that's a banger of a pull! His recent fight vs Saidyokup Kakhramonov in December was one of my favorite fights from last year because it displayed the highest levels of both offensive from Rakhmanov and defensive wrestling from Said with the real threat of a submission from either always looming. Arman vs Gamrot was another fight displaying the highest degree of wrestling. Great video as always and I'll be here for the next!!! ❤️
2021 Prizm should be $500. Market has leveled off and $500 is fair value for what you get. The problem is all these people that bought these boxes/cases and are sitting on them are not willing to take that hit because they paid over $500 for it
The biggest difference between UFC cards and major sports like MLB, NFL and NBA is longevity. Khamzat loses 2 fights in a row, his card tanks hard and likely never recovers. Joe Burrow loses a few games, his stock doesn't drop that far because he's still got a whole season and hopefully a long career ahead still. UFC just isn't that forgiving. The reality is it could take 3-4 wins (which could be 4-5 years) to get back to that contender/title shot. UFC card "investing" is a short-term game for the most part driven by mostly casual fans
I’ve been collecting since the Topps days and will tell you the UFC goats will always hold value….Don’t believe me? Look at the values of the Conor and Rousey rookies from chrome sets. I have a ton of those cards and those have always done me right.
Thanks for the comment Pachoo. I agree other sports are a little more forgiving, but prospecting is prospecting. Mostly young players/fighters will not become all-time greats. But the goats of it every sport will hold value including UFC.

Honestly I think it’s a great way for Panini to reach out to people who don’t know that much about UFC but are Hasbulla fans since he’s such a social media icon. I’m happy with anything that brings more people into this hobby.
