The same thing seems to happen to Bulma of Dragon Ball Z. Bulma gains a power and looses the power in the next episode. Bulma once had the ability to sense energy. Bula lost that power a few days later. Bulma was once able to use Super Saiyan Aura and lost it the next episode. Bulma currently can see light speed fights.
I don't think the Ivy potion thing is canon anymore, I recall a depiction of her origin saying she was just a great gymnast on the side when she was a doctor. Athletic smart people exist.
I figure she's still immunized against most of Ivy's toxins, though.

Harley Quinn is my number 1 favorite character because number 1 she is stronger than a regular person
I like Harley. I think her origin as "solely for the purpose of being the Joker's gf" was a product of it's time, tbh. I dont think it should limit her character, or the way we see her now. Really, I dont think it's relevant at all, except as a way to indicate how far her characterization has come, and as a case study of how women characters are/have been treated in comic book media.
Also, I dont think she's only popular because of Robbie. I think the character was already getting popular, and that's why DC saw the opportunity to make movies with her. Yeah, she's crazy. But she's also still intelligent. I like it when the writers clearly work that in there-- she's smart, in both an academic sense and a situational, fighting sense. The ditzy personality she wears is another part of the costume, a part of her act. It's fun, but it's also purposeful. Which is why I think its lowkey funny when people actually fall for it-- because that just shows it works.
Idk, I feel like sometimes people are quick to dismiss her. And it sucks. Like damn, can't have shit in Detroit.
Like, ok, you can complain about plot armour, sure. But to me, that's kind of missing the point of the character. Whimsical. Deadly. Posing on the line between the rational and the impossible. I think of her vibe as "Alice in Wonderland, but with a shotgun". And it is for that reason Harley is definitely one of my favorites.

You can litterally say anything hasn't been proven to not exist, i could just say death has never been proven to not be permeant, and that it has never been proven that you don't need to be dead forever to be resurected or to go to heaven/hell, thus meaning those two things are impossible

There are plenty of things that have been proven to not exist. However, I was speaking specifically about the only possible outcomes based on the current knowledge and understanding humans possess today.
