Not keen on Michael at this stage, but ultimately I think he's my 2nd favourite head. At least he's proactive about turning kids and the school around, same as Rachel (1st). Jack (3rd) was fantastic, but didn't quite have Rachel's or Michael's compassion. Karen was just an ice queen, and Christine and Vaughan were little more than cardboard cutouts by comparison.
