People would probably think Mead was a nonce for living with a female student. The thing is with Maxine was hat Steph was female too, and people wouldn’t think much of it
Steph went threw proper procedures first but and chlo and mika where left the house and obviously had a bond with,Tom so wanted him to stay where as mr mead went behind the schools back and if scout said he done something he would get into real crap as no one knew she was there and they are more likely to believe her as he didn’t inform anyone she was staying there, so in all fairness it’s also to protect me mead.
I’m so proud that Auden finally stepped up, but ngl I am gonna miss him and Jess, the way he holds her hand is so cute I’m also gonna miss Chris Mead soooo much 😿😿😿 he’s was one of my faves

Out of the 3 Directors Of Education that appear on the show (Whitman, Alan Dixon at the end of S7 and Robert Bain during S8 & S9) Whitman has to be the most cunning of the lot
What makes him so horrific is that he's a psycopath whose supposed to be looking out for the kids but is entirely consumed by a personal vendetta. He's a charismatic manipulator that knows how to lift people up and tear them down. He's a grandiose narcissistvand a bully to boot. He's very similar to Max from season 5.

Hannah Green oh don’t get me wrong he was an amazing teacher but in this episode he new he was doing wrong be taking scout to his flat but he did it anyway and Ik he just wants to help but he should have told social services and they would’ve dealt with it. There’s only so much a teacher can do.
