Don't miss the BEST of Karen Brockman on BBC's Outnumbered!
‘Outnumbered’ follows the battle of wills between two parents and their three young children, who are seemingly locked into a never-ending contest to see just whose patience will run out first.
Testing theories such as not buying broccoli to save money on the weekly shop, and whether or not Jesus should have used his superpowers to combat Herod, the kids ponder the imponderables in the part-improvised comedy that shows how living with kids can provide at turns the funniest and the most cringeworthy experiences available to us all. Many will recognise how the parents (Hugh Dennis and Claire Skinner) are just attempting to raise their kids with the minimum of emotional damage for all concerned…
Written By: Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin
Starring: Hugh Dennis, Claire Skinner, Tyger Drew-Honey, Daniel Roche, Ramona Marquez, Samantha Bond, David Ryall

We just LOVE the stuff Karen comes out with! What's your favourite Karen Brockman one-liner?
Can a woman be a hexagon if she wants to be?
“What’s a tw@t?”
"Lesbian!" "No Karen shes Lebanese "
"Who's Ulrika?" 🤣
I don't like food which is orange - except for oranges, because they admit that they're orange.
The relentless logic of Karen is a joy to behold.
2:01 the seemingly suppressed smirk tells me Karen knew exactly what she was asking! 😂
"How many of your boyfriends are here?" Innocent question!
I have a niece like Karen. She's a danger at any social event.
“Danger” 😂😂😂😂
I have two daughters who were exactly like Karen.
She was the star of the show and had the funniest lines.
It took me a while to figure out why they sent her to answer the door when a salesperson comes to try to sell them something. There was also a great episode where her older brother was talking to her and he was trying so hard not to laugh. She is great.
The kids have all grown up x
😂😂😂😂😂😂 where did this come from?
Kid always reminded me of Billy Corgan from Smashing Pumpkins...🤣
Demented take
I do not know how they made this, but all the kids are brilliant. And now they are grown up.
In an interview, the writers stated that the adults have scripts whilst the children are told what outcomes they're wanting and left to improvise.
In my view this is one of the funniest comedies to come out of Britain in decades.
Genius gamble on the wit of a childs humour @@voulafisentzidis8830
I admire Karen's intelligence. She's very, very bright, but, my word, she never gives up.
But do we think the character would have grown up to be like the stereotype associated with her name?
No, maybe not.
@@Lozzatrees The stereotype associated with her name is a mistake made by those who've never known a Karen. I knew a girl with that name when I was a boy and she was the sweetest thing ever.
@@Lozzatreescertain aspects I imagine so if she continued to be hellbent on personal revenge as in the late night letter writing! 😅
A guest of her Majesty means he is in prison
Yes, everyone in the UK knows this.
@@shieldaigbencher Your point is?
@@shieldaigbencher Which is why he made the comment you donut.
Ohhh really, wish we were all clever like you
No shit sherlock.
Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin brilliantly created and guided this great gem of a comedy!
... " BOB & MARGARET" Is a Andy Hamilton Animation and really Whimsical 😂.. 2:25
I missed this the first time around. The "Why are wedding dresses funny?" dialogue cracked me up ! !
I still don’t get it 😭what does she mean
@@D4ISYisCOOL The colour white is associated with virginity (I didn't start or uphold this tradition) Karen is (unintentionally) relaying back to the bride that her parents found the idea of the bride wearing white amusing, i.e. that she had had quite a number of lovers.
@@JohnMcPhersonStrutt ohh that makes sense now thanks
What a character, doesn't she play it brilliantly.
Be careful what you say in front of children 😂
who do I talk to! she IS the OG Karen then!
Ramona Marquez is the real name of this bundle of joy.
I saw a TH-cam post recently where the cast reminisce on making Outnumbered and she said she's embarrassed by it these days.
I suspect because now she's an adult she understands what her childhood character was all about.
Her dad is John Marquez, who plays dopey PC Joe Penhale in Doc Martin. He must be very proud of his smart daughter.
Correction: Ramona's dad is Martin Marquez, who is also an actor. John is his brother, her uncle. Apologies for the (unintentional) misinformation!
“Always complain to the most senior official - and - keep a written log of your conversation” 😂
Oh and she’s incredibly cute ❤
The way she says “punishe-D”….😂
Hillarious!
This was a very funny series, and yes children tell it as they see it.
What about a hexagon?
WHY IS,NT OUTNUMBERED ON TV ANYMORE ..CAN U TELL ME PLS
A new one schedules for Christmas!
Because they grew up !
@@jaye26 because the children grew up (unlike the Simpson children)
There is going to be a Christmas special this year.
I'm off to make my list.
Love this 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Just love this🇬🇧
I think all the kids in Outnumbered were great but Karen definitely got the best lines.
She’s excellent, just being herself is gona be her best asset❤
See granddad is wearing his vetrens badge ✌️👍
Class!
No offence but she (Karen) almost kinda sound like peppy pig and idk why I think that
Have never saw this in my life, excellent ✝️could it be vet chips, in Jesus's, palm's🎠.
💖💖🌹🌷🌱
Hi. I,m Jason 😊
The bread and cheese for the dead mouse?
Was there a script😊?
I think they let the kids improvise a bit.
A bit. The adults were given topics to talk about and react to the children.
Cool!
Thanks for watching!
One of the lamest comedys ever.
One of the lamest comments ever.
Don’t watch it then
