All my credits to Samsung. This is the first time I’m starting to see a shift. If Apple do not respond with the ios multitasking stubbornness and limiting the user customisation, the choice will be quickly made. I wander what the iphone 14 will bring.
different devices with different intention of productivity, “Note” line up buyers knows what they’re looking for, Apple wouldn’t toss in all those stuff when it isn’t built for that purpose. you shouldn’t wait for the 14 if what you want is the whatever split screen stuff
Samsung isn't going to win apple users. I've been using Samsung phones since the S3 and can assure you the inconsistent user experience and constant lack of support to feature once they're brought out would both annoy and confuse an apple user. I will say, that, in the last 3 years they seem to have gotten a little more refined in their software. But they have a HUGE way to go still.
I've been a Samsung user since the S3. I loved the Active series and Samsung killed that off. Samsung later removed the headphone jack. I bought my first iPad last year and love it. I have the S22 Ultra and also bought a used iPhone so I can get used to it. My next phone will be an iPhone since Samsung has now removed the expandable memory.
At the moment I am using an Iphone X, but if I had to choose now, I would definitely pick the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. It is packed way more with useful features, not to mention that camera.
THE 13pro max batrery is really great but with all these amazing features from S22 Ultra and the LOOK, it's beautiful. Definitely go with S22 Ultra Burgundy.

You can't really go wrong. I will say though that in any particular generation of either product, they can have some great and some off years. These two are both great.
Best of both worlds it is. I recently upgraded my private phone from an LG V40 to the S22 Ultra, and for work I have an iPhone 11. What you say is definitely true with the photo/video aspect. Video shooting is incredible with an iPhone (photos are also great), but the number of options for taking photos on the S22 Ultra plus S-Pen and multitasking (which I also always used daily on the LG phone) is what made me keep sticking to android. Shame though that Samsung abandoned the MicroSD slot and now just provides this beloved feature for their mid-range A series and other non-flagship devices only.
Yah you are right bro . Many of us makes our opinions and buying decisions by these videos who has different price from our region. In india s22 ultra pre order is way cheaper then i phone 13 pro max and nearer to 13 pro .
I've got both, and theyre awesome. This is my first dive into the android ecosystem, and its a learning curve. The iphone 13 pro max battery is unreal.
I own a S21 Ultra and I have to say, the variable refresh rate is a gimmick and it doesn't work as advertised. The refresh rate NEVER goes below 60Hz since 99% of the apps (including Samsung apps, even when looking at photos) are not optimized to do so, so you are always stuck at 60-120Hz, barely saving any battery. The same thing will happen with the Galaxy s22 Ultra, so that 1-120 variable refresh rate is basically fake advertising since in practice you'll never go below 60Hz. It's actually disappointing that tech reviewers aren't testing and pointing this out, so that phone manufacturers wouldn't get away with misleading advertising.
Iphone 13 pro max is the answer apple gave to samsung for their s21 ultra so that means we should wait until iphone 14 pro max lands to actually be fair comparison

I've got the max 1 TB and I've pre-ordered the 1TB Samsung. Android has a slight advantage when posting videos to Facebook,. When you use Apple your post disappears for ten minutes. If you look on an Android phone it's showing, this allows you to carry on editing without having to wait for it to reappear.
In features, the first two iPhone features are available on the Samsung Andrade been (clipboard and texting on your PC or tablet). I wasn't sure what you were referring to about continuing reading an article on another device. Is this like Chrome's ability to open the tabs you have open on your other devices? If yes, then the S22 can do that, too! The integration between Android phones, Samsung in particular, and tablets and PC's is a lot better now and a lot of people don't seem to be aware of it.
The color of the phone's casing didn't impress me until I got a Galaxy note 10 plus. Aura Glow is actually neat. But for my note 20 ultra, it's just plain black. Mystic bronze is just salmon to me.

Like always, if you plan on just watching videos and using a phone for recreation , get the Samsung. If you travel like I do internationally and nationally using sketchy Wifi networks and want to use your phone for business, Iphone is the way to go. I’ve had zero hacks with my IPhone . Android has always been malware prone. It’s essentially a PC and people tend to forget that
I see your you're still using the dummy model of the S22 Ultra in this video, the shots with the screen on were clearly on the mystic bronze Note 20 Ultra :)
Why is that 100 youtubers in a row make videos comparing the S22 Ultra to the iPhone but only one or two make a comparison to the Pixel 6 Pro and the S21 Ultra? What's so special about the iPhone? Not hating, just curious
Despite saying you have been an iPhone user for so long, you’ve definitely not sold me on moving with features you’ve bigged up in this video. Always on? I have a watch. Battery life? My 13 pro max easily lasts over a day without fail since release date. I use MagSafe charger with a nice dock which I don’t have to fondle with positioning. The pictures look good but I’ll wait for the side by side camera comparison. digital zoom? Are you kidding me? It looks and always has and will look terrible. Who cares? Just zoom into a normal picture if you want it to look bad. 10x zoom? I’d never use it. Performance, I’m sure iPhone wins. True productivity? Not for a phone - use a laptop or desktop.
I don't understand comparing Android to IOS, it's not like we're ALL going to change. I've got Android phone, tablet and TV, I don't care about IOS they are always playing catch up.
Display: Samsung's display has better refresh rates, higher resolution, and higher peak brightness for viewing outside, they also let you color calibrate your display to your liking. Camera: not really a competition, not sure why he called this video S22 samples, considering many of them were with last years phone. Both are great but Samsung gives you more versatility. And now with Snapchat, Instagram and Tiktok being natively supported with these phones, there really isn't an argument to be made against the S22 Ultra Battery: I have the S21U right now, and get about a day and half on battery life (4-5 hours screen on time) now with the more efficient Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and 45W charging - battery really can't be a point of complaint from the Apple army. S Pen built in... Apple still doesn't let you use their overpriced pencil on their phones... Overall, the S22U is a utility phone, its selling point is its options and recently Samsung has been miles better at their refinement than the early ages of android and galaxy devices
Can you elaborate on the Instagram, Snapchat, etc point? Coz I have an S21 Ultra and these apps just completely bomb my picture quality when I upload. Is that an upcoming feature?
From what I have seen so far, the S22U is a small upgrade on the S21U and now very close with the iPhone in most regards. It does not jump ahead and it could be argued that battery life (efficiency) and performance will be better on the iPhone along with two years extra software updates. You may have convinced yourself that the S22U is better, but for me, I feel that if you are in the Apple ecosystem, the S22U does not push the envelope enough to be a compelling reason to change to Samsung. Vice versa also applies.
Been an iPhone user for a long time, and I currently have the 13 Pro. But, Samsung brings a lot of features to the table. My hubby has an S10 currently and he’s considering upgrading to the S22+ and if he does it’ll he interesting to compare them. I’ve never been an Android hater, I like Android hell my first 3 phones were android phones. Excited to see what the S22 will be capable of.
Does not matter what the Samsung brings out , will never take away a apple fan in its ecosystem... You are only selling it to people who are first time choosing between the both smartphones.
so its called a phone but nobody ever brings up how good a device is with phone calls. might as well just wear a backpack with a mac mini and battery, plug it into a portable touchscreen. wire a camera to the back of the display and wear a headset with microphone everywhere you go. this will probably be cheaper then the alternative. and more upgradeable

So if a Michelin Star Chef cooks dinner at home they are no longer a chef? I'm pretty sure a photographer is still a photographer if they take pics with their phone.

Keith they are winning apple users lol
I've been a Samsung user since the S3. I loved the Active series and Samsung killed that off. Samsung later removed the headphone jack. I bought my first iPad last year and love it. I have the S22 Ultra and also bought a used iPhone so I can get used to it. My next phone will be an iPhone since Samsung has now removed the expandable memory.
Iphone should never get multitasking really. Iphone users dont want it. Very few people multitask on their phone.

Which one is the best?

Give this guy a medal 🏅 , comparing S21ultra by holding S22ultra and talking about camera quality
And now with Snapchat, Instagram and Tiktok being natively supported with these phones, there really isn't an argument to be made against the S22 Ultra
Battery: I have the S21U right now, and get about a day and half on battery life (4-5 hours screen on time) now with the more efficient Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and 45W charging - battery really can't be a point of complaint from the Apple army.
