Seth Green explains the cancellation of Star Wars Detours and his friendship with George Lucas!

"Star Wars Detours" was an unaired animated comedy series developed by Lucasfilm Animation, created by Seth Green, Matthew Senreich, and Brendan Hay. Intended to provide a humorous take on the Star Wars universe, it focused on the everyday lives of characters like Han Solo, Princess Leia, and Darth Vader. Seth Green was a co-creator and also provided voice acting for several characters. Despite producing 39 episodes, the series was indefinitely postponed following Disney's acquisition of Lucasfilm in 2012.

The Mara Jade skit is hilarious and what makes it even funnier is that some people will randomly come across it on TH-cam and think Lucas was being serious, ha.
