Ironically, making women's lives easier has also given rise to feminism. In fact, the more comfortable our society becomes, the worse feminism gets.

Kevin Samuels said it too: “A female can only be a feminist in a 1st world country.” This is why most of them are coming to the West. I don’t see many feminists trying to speak that horseshite over in the Middle-East oddly enough unless they want to get acid instead of cum onto their faces.👨‍🔬

My girlfriend had a day at the doctor's office (tests and sitting and waiting). I'm rural; I turned off the pump for the well, turned off the water heater, opened a ground level spigot, and waited. Two hours later I removed a different spigot, cleaned and re-taped the threads, and with five minutes work (the hours of waiting don't cont as work) I fixed the drippy spigot. Turned the well back on, vent the air from the system, turn on the water heater, and one small problem was taken care of.
Girlfriend comes home, and after she tells me about her day, I tell her what I'd done. I wasn't looking for praise, though a "cool" or a "nice" would have been in range for a response. Even a non-committal "huh" would have been in range. It was a boring chore checked off the list. However...
"Well, you should have fixed the drippy faucet in the bathroom instead of wasting your time playing outside!"
    Wasn't what I was expecting.
I shrugged, and chalked it up to she'd had an uncomfortable day, I wasn't really what she was upset about, the static electricity of her annoyance was earthing through me, and I'm a moose that doesn't care about mosquito bites. But it pretty much sums up a slightly dysfunctional relationship. I get to listen with sympathy to her day (it wasn't exactly a fun day she'd had), and my day gets diminished and dismissed as not meeting her agenda.
On the other hand she cooks good, looks good, and that other thing women offer. There are trade offs in any relationship. But I wonder if she realizes how much harder I'd try if she didn't dismiss my efforts.
Sorry about rambling. She's sleeping, and I'm on my second glass of home made wine.

Men emotionally shoulder the same burdens their wives' fathers have. "Look at me daddy!!" while she plays out her mind's soap opera, and you're diligently making sure the fridge is full and the lights don't go out. There's nothing romantic and exciting about the logistics of her toilet flushing and her curling iron hearing up.

      @Jefe Anson LoL! Funny harsh!
I'm an old fart, and I understand the trade-offs. I've been through a 20 year marriage, and she went through a couple as well (one died, one divorced). No illusions between us. I've been frustrated, but I've NEVER hit her, which for her is weird.
Look, womans that have been through some nonsense know when they're in a relationship that they're comfortable with. Men too.
Would I expect her to get on her knees on the floor and fix a sink? Nope; that's my job. Would I expect her to get on her knees in bed? Yep! (happy snicker) She has bad knees, and the cushioning is important. There is love on both sides, and consideration for each other's limitations.
That being said, pointing at the tools and telling her to fix a sink, that it will help her build character, I'm going to use that! Not that I think she'll fix the sink, but it will remind her that I'm providing something in exchange for what she's providing. Balancing that equation is important. Hell, even being reminded that's an equation is important!

My ex still verbally abuses me regularly. A few hours ago she video called my toddler and I allowed my child to hold the phone. Big mistake. My ex saw that I had a large TV and a dresser in my child's room. Within minutes I was getting emails saying I needed to send her evidence that the dresser was secured to the wall and that the TV (on a short stand) was strapped down (TV is very heavy with a wide base so no way it could tip over). She said if I didn't get the TV strapped down by tonight then my child couldn't sleep in her own bedroom and if I didn't comply with her demands she would send the information to her lawyer saying I was neglecting my child's safety. Getting married and having a child with this woman was a horrible return on investment. At least with bad stocks you just lose everything you invested. In my situation I lost everything I initially invested and I will continue to lose financially, emotionally, and mentally for the next 15 years or more.

You understand that she's playing a control game. Best case she's concerned about the safety of her child. Worst case is that's she's building a case against you so that she'll have more money for her child. In either case, why are you giving her information? If you have time with your child, it isn't your ex-wife's time with your child. Pre-state that she has five minutes to say goodnight, and set the phone to time out accordingly. As you go into a divorce your former wife is no longer your ally. Treat her as an enemy, but one who might (if you're polite) be willing to concede a few points to you.
Who knows? You may reconcile, which is not a bad thing. She may reconcile if you're strong and loving. She won't if you are weak and snarky. Be kind and clear to her. Firm doesn't mean being a raging bastard.

There’s a temptation to share routine communications and other stuff with an ex in front of the child in the hope it demonstrates a semblance of former and better times so it will make things easier for the child, but some women are so vindictive they will use that as an evidence gathering exercise against you. They will even pump the kid for information when he or she returns to her house. My ex is the same, and you learn the hard way to keep what you are doing and buying completely private.

I am a 49y.o. former Soviet man. What this book says is exactly what we had in USSR. Let me explain. The only legal employer was the state. Thus, the salary rates were approved by the state and were not subject to discussion. There was little opportunity to increase income. Moreover, wages were in most cases time-based. You come to work, work hard and hard, or sleep all day - you get the same amount of money. There was practically no motivation to work harder. What happened to Western culture, I mean cultural Marxism, killed the motivation in the simplest thing on this earth, which even viruses and bacteria can cope with - reproduction.
Congratulations! You managed to break your dick!
Just one problem: Marxism doesn't care about equality. Marxism cares about power.

One thing is for sure, you have some great looking girls in Russia (and were hiding them behind the iron curtain while it was up). But the ones who come to live in the West seem to place money above everything else. Good bedroom fun while it lasts though (the ones I dated were playtime experts ). But like most women, it doesn’t last, and the bill keeps on getting bigger.

    • @Dinoslay
      @Dinoslay 3 ปีที่แล้ว +16

Marxism is certainly one part of it. But to break people’s immunity it needed an opening. Enter postmodern critical theory which feminism among other ”social justice” movements has tapped into. It is a mind virus that Marxism, while unrelated in origin, has exploited to gain power over the west. It’s a poisonous combination.

It is all reducible to power and resources. People want to grab all the resources they can and they need the power to gain or to keep them. On the left of the political spectrum, where envy rules, the talentless want to take everything from the talented; and on the right, where greed rules, the talented want to deprive the talentless of every last drop. Left to their own devices the Right naturally accumulates resources and power, whereas the Left has to divide its opposition to gain them, such as through class (USSR), ethnics (Germany) or now race (USA) - and, also in the last case, GENDER, driven by a gynocentric version of Marxism.

Since you are a Christian faith man, I can only hope that you don't loose hope. Prehaps if you haven't tried your local church's dating circles that maybe you might have to find another church district to court ladies who hold the same morals as you? I don't know really b/c I am not in the " dating " world, but I do find it saddened that so many people seem to have difficulty finding a relationship that holds a partnership full of each individual bringing their own strengths to their relationship. Although it can be easy to be hung up on flaws...b/c just as strengths are brought, so are the flaws.
Maybe there is someone or an organization that brings local Christian single men & women together in your area? The Bible talks about when a man finds a good wife, he finds favor of the Lord. I forget the verse, but depending on your faith path, you may know the verse and/or read it. God designed marriage for more than just "fruitful & multiple". Chris, I pray God delivers to you a Proverbs 31 women. Don't loose hope!

@Orlokk Noxx I haven't read his books, although years ago I subbed to his channel before the doxing. However listening to Jokers video, a lot of stuff he is saying in this book in regards to mens roles etc etc is directly from the mouth of better minds like Barbarossa and Colttaine.
(Bar Bar had a video, among many others, called "Powered by orgasm", for example, most of a decade ago.)
Normally I wouldn't care, sharing or restating others ideas in this "community" isn't necessarily a crime (although it is when your plagiarism is done in university), but Clairy was responsible for doxing and trying to cancel the guy who's ideas he's now reselling.
Even though I am sure he built on these ideas a bit on his own, he's a f***ing snake to be building a business off the work of someone he slandered, doxed, and otherwise tried to out, discredit and kick out of the community.
I don't know to what extent the doxing was related to Bar Bars withdrawal from YT. I know he also had other things going on in his life, but a lot of his insights and formulations of things was so obvious and brilliant back in the day it was stunning. Every creator in this space today owes Bar a sense of gratitude, as do all the people who benefited from the uncountable derived works and channels.
What Clairy did was the biggest POS move I've ever seen in the manosphere. He probably did it because going your own way took money out of the pockets of the failed MR advocates who hadn't done anything seriously useful in decades (that Clairy was working with), and they were still advocating traditionalism for men. Bar Bar pointed out, to their furious anger, that this strategy was failing men for decades and it was time for a new approach. (Ones own personal way, refusing to play, and starving the system of cooperation when clearly the world could not care less about the unfair systems towards dudes, and decades of political activism had utterly failed.)
Now that these ideas originator is (possibly driven) out (by him), Clairy is monetizing his ideas, the very ideas he shamed and ridiculed at the time with all the sorts of assertions of bar bars probable S3×#@! inadequacies, etc etc.
He's a giant PoS and nobody in this space should support him or associate with him, even if the (stolen) ideas he shares now are true and well formulated.

Lol. It is a bad deal for both - men and women, btw. It's a perfect book to read, but most of you would not want live in the old type of marriage . Marriage never was created for men's ( or women's) enjoyment and happiness. It was for survival and wealth creation, tax base and reproduction of population / work force.
Parents were selecting and approving brides and grooms. Nobody cared what you want. Girl was judged by parents social standing and dowry she brings. If it was working class girl - well, her potential was evaluated on how many buckets of water she can bring, not on how she looks. Man was judged by wealth and potential income. " Bedroom fun" was to make baby, missionary position only, unless you're wealthy enough to support next household for your mistress, some opera singer. If you were working class, you were making babies to be sent to work in the fields or factory at age of 10. The only fun men had was to go to pub after church on Sundays, get drunk and beat their wives to let their frustrations out. Women had to suck it up , because they couldn't divorce and had no other means of survival.
Nobody questioned or calculated value of marriage. It was necessary evil that allowed survival. Now people are spoiled. Men expect " bedroom fun" based on perverted porno, otherwise they can't get it up. They are picky, no woman is beautiful enough unless she's miss universe. Regular girls never get noticed.
Same is for women. She is pressed by society to get married and show off " perfect home", e.g. huge mansion with swimming pool, sports car, two kids, dog and husband in the background ( who suppose to provide everything). How many guys can do it? But if woman marries regular guy - she's called loser by society.

I went on a date tonight finally with a girl I was matched with by a relationship matching service way back in December 2020. Finally after 3 months, she was willing to meet me. Her excuse - "She was sick for 3 months". We just went on the date and she asked the most personal questions ever such as how much rent I was paying, whether I had a car or a house. She asked me all about my past relationships, way too much personal info. Then she asks me "have I been dating anyone since we started talking". I told her the truth and said yes. She got angry at me. I told her, "well If you ignore me for 3 months and won't bother to go on a date with me, this is what happens." She tried to make me feel bad about myself throughout the whole date that I was a player. Women have no problem ignoring you when you give them the time of the day, but they get angry when you won't give them the time of day after you get options with other women.

Though what I want is privacy, outdoor space I could go around naked if I wanted to ha ha, be able to make noise as I please... but that's it. Having kids, I do want good material base for them as well. Otherwise my needs are very low. Freedom is what comes on top.
I deal with Filipinas professionally and now I get why men move over there. Sure women want $$$, but there is a huge difference between spoiled entitled Western brats wanting ever more luxury, and financial security that is survival based! It makes feminism seem even more grotesque.
But as for stats and such, nobody would ever start a business or podcast or aim for success if only looking at odds. The difference with a LTR is that you are at the whim of another person, and women are fickle and emotional based, their words mean nothing. But I don't care about the odds per se.

Wahmen are too draining. My mental health improved drastically being on my own, my wallet improved, my career skyrocketed, I have so much less to worry about and I do what I want and love. Get dragged in sometimes by wahmen but early "cold water" helps and it's so easy to see how bad some wahmen are when it comes to controlling, drama etc. when you think with your right brain.

Essentially looking at it, women never will care for you the way you care for them.

I am going to get this book. I have done my own economic review of dating, and it is shocking. How much time, money, and effort I had put into dating for maybe one or two decent relationships, that ended in the dumpster.

I was separated from my wife for 2 years. I had a 1 bedroom apartment, decent car that was paid for, freedom, shrinking debt, increasing IRA, etc. Went back to her and all the progress disappeared. Even one of her coworkers rear-ended me and totaled my car.

Hey Joker... Just occurred to me that I have been communicating with you under two email addresses.. I am a member, you blessed me. Thank you. So many things you speak of touch my life. Even though I am old and out of the game. It was hard to "date" when I was young, and today with the evils of social media, it is so much more difficult. Back in the day, like a hundred years before 1960, men gave a dowry, to her father, for her hand in marriage. Men have always had to work hard to get into something, that a woman, for no particular reason, could just say, I am not happy, it's over! Marriage, truly has never been an asset for men. It costs us going in, being in, and cost way more to get out.... Are we dumb butts?

This somehow reminds me of the song by James Brown "It's a man's world"...

If every women vanished tomorrow, our society would continue on for a handful of decades. If every man vanished tomorrow our society would continue for a couple of months at best.

Next line: "but it would mean nothing, *nothing*, without the love of a woman."
At that point, we're going to have to agree to disagree!

Economics is the science which studies how people behave with money. Knowing just a few simple terms can help you long way. Yes, they also apply for dating.

I believe the words that makes economy is household management. When you’re looking at an economy, you’re looking at a household, whether it be one house, city or country. Its focus on money is rather recent historically speaking.

No economics is a study of the uses of scarce resources in a division of labour society. It has nothing to do with money. Only the uses of scares resources, with respect to the division of labour. This problem would exist, whether we use money or not.
