    I don’t think the concept of HIIT is explained right. It’s true that the videos in the name of HIIT on YT are misleading. However a good training regime on HIIT has greater benefits. There is no comparison between HIIT and normal walking combined with diet as you know irrespective of the choice of workout (HIIT, traditional gym training, Power Lifting, CrossFit, BoxFit etc) a proper diet to fuel the workout is essential. None can outrun a bad diet 👍🏽

    Hiit is good for body but not for weight loss😂😂😂 Before i do hiit for 5 minutes for 5 days in a week….20mins la podra effort and result 5 mins la vandrum but weight loss hu helpful illa….it boosts testosterone than overall weight lifting and cardio so i do this now i stopped and stopped going gym too….my gym is pure trash🤦🤦🤦 Im saving money for a good gym

    I don't think there are worst workouts and best workouts there are no classifications. This depends on how a person does the workout. Depends on his mobility the posture etc.the body doesn't have the ability to identify which is worst and which is best workouts body doesn't know these if done correctly body reacts in positive way if done incorrectly it reacts opposite way that's it . There is no logic in classifying workouts as best and worst . The problem is not with the workout the problem is with the person who does the workout if all these workouts are done correctly by following the biomechanics no injury will be caused . If handwriting is worst it doesn't mean that the pen must be blamed .

      low reps,high weight more towords strenght and conditioning

      Isolation exercises like bicep curl and lateral raises can do low weight,high reps because one muscle is being Targeted thus not much weight needed to stimulate muscle growth
      Compound exercises like deadlift and squats must do high weight,low reps because deadlift involves multiple muscles to execute the maneuver so it's better to stress the muscle with heavyweight
      Both ways overloading is important
      Every set increase the weight and overloading will cause the muscle to get bigger and stronger
