Starting stage la pushups eh podhum...body shape kedaikum...appopo leg exercise pannikanum...aprama tuning ku gym polam...na apdi panni tha 48 to 67 kg increase pannen .. pushups laye neraya varieties iruku. Triceps, shoulder,back, whole body nu pushups thania eduklaam. Push-up is like lifting our own weight. Find your diet which your body likes. My diet was panneer, chicken. Cold coffee in morning for mind boost..
