Rakesh,Piraidai nerukkittu , puli water la oru ten minutes soak panittu vechhikyanu. Appiram fry pannittu sambar, kozambu pannalam.

One main ingredient is lots of Garlic in pirandai kuzhambu at my place. We also pressure cook pirandai, grind it and strain it to avoid the oxalic acid sting.
