Thank you Colombo &.Hurd, many people say that age plays a vital role in EB2. The USA does not need people over 50, considering that they will be retired soon and will not pay taxes to the Govt for a longer time. As soon as they retire, they will become the liability of the US government to spend thousands of dollars on them in their old age. How come if a person spends 50 years of age in another country and then lands in the USA to become a liability..... Need your comments, please? Do you have evidence of the successful cases in 50 or 55+, please?

If I live outside the US, and I need to pay the filing fee, what are acceptable methods. Can I ask my friends living in the US to write me a check, although my name and address is different than my friends name and address. Or may be I can ask them to get a money order made for me. Please let me know.

My question is, I’m currently F-1 status, I’ve been living in the USA since 2015 with the same status.
I’m a nurse in my home country- Brazil. I worked 2 years in the hospital before moving to here.
Last year I got my Bachelor Nurse degree validated here, passed the IELTS exam and NCLEX.
