This would be much easier to understand if you went from Sense to antisense to mRNA to Amino Acids coded for by mRNA and final Amino Acids in final protein chain. If you are going to do a tutorial, it should be COMPLETE protein synthesis.
What would be the sequence of mRNA, transcribed from the DNA segment: 5'-ACGTCA-3'?
