Thank you. I did not understand this concept, with your key points and video now I do. Cannot express what a relief that I can worry about one less thing (out of 500).
Hey! Now I know what coding strand is,thanks... I have a doubt regarding 'coding sequence', is it the sequence of template DNA that is being transcribed or is it the sequence of coding strand that resembles newly formed mRna?
The N terminus is the beginning of the protein, created once the start codon is read. Start codon is 5AUG3 so the tRNA brings 3UAC5 to create the N terminus. The C terminus is the carboxyl end created at the stop codon of the mRNA, that is read 5' to 3' by tRNA, and the anticodon will run 3' to 5'.
the first i saw the given i was intimidated like how am i supposed to decode this then it is this simple! Why do school likes to complicates thing. Thanks mister s much help
I learned more in 6 minutes than I learned all semester.
😂😂😂 related
Wow this is the most useful video I've watched all semester. I've learned more on TH-cam than in class.

I learn MORE from these videos than in class....... thanx to this Im ready for my test.... thanx!!!
omg thank you so so so so soooo much, i was about to cry because i couldn't understand this, but it's so much clear now! thank youuu
Are you there
@@hafsakhalid6226 why?
I was about to cry because i don't know how to do it, but thanks to this video😭
i've been searching for this-i immediately understand it ❤️
Hey can we talk about education if you have telegram account or Instagram account 😢
This was so usefull, there is something called Bidirectional transcriprion, does it mean that transcription can be done too in the coding strand?
OMG OMG. Thank you very much, I have a final after a couple of hours and this helped me :)
I have questions
Every DNA double helix one is permanent coding strand and other premenet template strand ???
How will be a t-rna strand for this?
Thank you very much. This was so useful.
What about tRNA ? tRNA would be CAGUCU, so the protein should Gln Ser ,as we know mino acid is brought to rRNA by tRNA .
You may employ the tRNA to amino acids method too.
tRNA will be GUCAGA
So the protein will be Val Arg
What is the sequence for the start codon?
Very useful 🙂 Thank you 😊
What about 5' AGTCCATAGCGATTA 3' to mrna? Is it okay to have 2 "U"?
What happens to coding strand after transcription???
Hey!
Now I know what coding strand is,thanks...
I have a doubt regarding 'coding sequence', is it the sequence of template DNA that is being transcribed or is it the sequence of coding strand that resembles newly formed mRna?
Absolutely helpful
Why only the two videos bro?
Thank-you.
THANKS
Very helpful
thank you it is very useful
Which side is the N terminal and which side is the C terminal?
The N terminus is the beginning of the protein, created once the start codon is read. Start codon is 5AUG3 so the tRNA brings 3UAC5 to create the N terminus. The C terminus is the carboxyl end created at the stop codon of the mRNA, that is read 5' to 3' by tRNA, and the anticodon will run 3' to 5'.

thank you sir
Very instructive thank you.
Well Explained😊😊😊😊
mRNA for just all same as coding except for T will be the U , mRNA of coding strand will be GUCAGA
mRNA will be converted as CACAGA, if T converts to U and U converts not back to T, but converts to A 😁
This guy sounds identical to Ben Shapiro at 1.75 speed
😂😂🤦♂️
