ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA - In this video, we stopped by the newly opened Banh Khot Lady located in Westminster, California, to try some amazing Bánh Khọt.
Bánh Khọt is a popular Vietnamese snack made from a mixture of rice flour, coconut milk, turmeric, and green onions. It is typically topped with shrimp, pork belly, and served with a variety of herbs and dipping sauces. It is also known as Vietnamese Savory Mini Pancakes.
They started selling out of their home during the pandemic and now have a small take-out shop for customers to have easy access to their delicious Banh Khot. Everything was amazing and definitely worth a visit!
