  • In my recent trip to Broome in Western Australia, we reverse seared a beautiful T-Bone steak on the beach and done some fishing!
If you are new to our channel, consider subscribing so you don't miss our next videos!
This was my first time in Broome and my best mate Robbo has wanted a Weber Go Anywhere for a while, so we went and bought one as he lives there!
I've owned a Weber Go Anywhere before and they are an AMAZING portable BBQ. You can get so many cool accessories for them too!
We went to one of many stunning beaches in Broome and fired up the BBQ to reverse sear a thick cut T-Bone steak!
So sit back, relax and enjoy whilst we take you through the process! If you like fishing, then you'll enjoy the last few minutes of the video too!
I was hoping to do some catch & cook videos, but to be completely honest, I chose to keep the camera away so I could catch up with some old friends properly without distractions. I'll be sure to get some catch and cook videos done soon though, I promise!
If you would like to pick up some of our Steak Shooter, you can purchase online from the link here: www.naturalsmoke.com.au/index...
We love Pirate Life beer so much, we had to take some on the trip! If you want to check their beers out, here's the link: www.piratelife.com.au/ they deliver Australia wide!
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask in the comments below, keep things respectful and thanks for watching!

I always take my Weber GA camping. Normally do hot smoked salmon and smoke some snags. Also been able to smoke beef ribs and cheeks, small briskets. With the Kingsford blue briquettes I’ve managed to have it going for 5 plus hours

Nice one.. bit of a tip with your grill cut it in two so you can lift one part to add extra briquettes. Also a smaller chimney so it can fit in the unit.

Great to see you using a GA! definately my favourite, most used bbq. they are so efficent on fuel and can cook pretty much anything, even low and slow up to 1.5kgs.
