Never seen this on a small grill, convinced me to buy one myself. Thanks!
Hi Simon. You wont regret it. Thanks for watching.
That was really creative I don't know if I would have ever thought of that great video!
Gratz you have come up with yet another way to use this amazing grill that nobody ever heard of, or at least me. Amazing idea.
Made this tonight, best crackling I have ever made!! So stoked, thanks
Hi James, Is good isn't it! I'm stoked that someone else gave it a crack after watching my vid.
Damn it!!!! I have to give it a try. That was very creative of you. Keep it up !!!
This is next level creativity. Looks great.
Thanks Matt. Really appreciate the feedback.
Hello, beautiful video! Can you try and do a whole chicken uncut on the Weber GA ? Thank you !
That is very clever. And looks delicious. Cheers
Man that is smart, awesome video, looks amazing.
That is very very clever!! Subbed
Great job! How crispy did you get the skin?
what a great simple way to do it, time to head for woolies, oh and to bunnings for a grill basket.
Thanks Rosco. Enjoy!
@@OzzieOutdoorsyoutube oh and where is the knife from looks handy
Excellent variation on using the go anywhere. Would it help clean up if you put some fatsorb in the bottom of the Weber to catch the dripping?
Amazing! How long did you cook each side for?
What kind of Charcoals
What accelerant is in the little bottle, unleaded or metho?
It ls another way to use it. Sound great.
Glad you like it!
Opinel… nice choice..
Just a heads up, you’ve put the lower air vents on upside down
Thanks mate. Yep another viewer alerted me to this on another video. Must have put them on the wrong way while reassembling after a deep clean.
@@OzzieOutdoorsyoutube too easy mate, it’s easy to do!
It's easier that way to see air gap anyhow
@@SunilPatel-lu3pd what’s an air gap?
I would have cute it smaller so it fits like a normal one!
🐽🔥👌🏻
I aint gonna lie, that looks hella awkward way of cooking and the pork looks raw at the end
Fair call. Was first time cooking this way. Definitely room for improvement. I always check internal temps are at a safe level. Thanks for watching and your comment.
