As someone on youtube said , if Marvel did a Spider Man 98, they should just save Peter and MJ reuniting for a comic book while the new show could take place some time later, with the two already married and back on New York, allow the series to focus on Peter dealing with the usual street level threats. Also, since 90's Spider Man is more older and experient, I don't think they would nor should adapt Spider Man No More. That would just undo all his development in the previous show. It would be better to the show to adapt other stories that weren't adapt yet like "The Death of Jean DeWolf", "Kraven Last Hunt" or, here's an idea, a mix of Amazing Spider Man 400 (when Aunt May passed away) with "Spider Man Blue" (they could have the season finale reveal that all the season was being narrated by Peter, remebering the May's last days and how hard was for him to deal with this loss). They could even have this sub plot of Aunt May slowly dying play a role in Peter fights against villains like Kraven (adapting Kraven Last Hunt) or Doc Ock and the Sinister Six (adapting the Return of the Sinister Six), with all these villains representing a dark reflection of Peter and his struggle: While Peter has to accept that sadly he can't save his aunt and move on, his enemies refuse to let go of their rivalry, wanting to relive the past instead of letting go and create a new future for them.
As someone who grew up on his Fathers VHS recordings of Spuderman 98...I STILL LOVE IT TILL THIS DAY...and even Unlimited Spiderman, whose concept still amazes me...but sadly never got another Season or a proper ending... Anyhow wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day✌️
I respect you so much for this. You really seem like a legit person when explaining some of your reasons why some of the shows should come back. I want 2000s Thundercats , Street Sharks , Spectacular Spiderman as well.
Thank you very much. It really does means a lot. Oh man! Street Sharks was low key one of the most fun shows of the 90's. I mean, sure. It was the Ninja Turtles but with sharks. Though it eventually became it's own thing.
One 90's Marvel show that should get a revival (specially now that Marvel has the characters rights) is the 90's Fantastic Four. While it's first season wasn't that great and very inferior to X-men and Spider Man TAS, the cartoon improved alot in the 2nd and sadly last season, adapting great stories from the Stan Lee & Jack Kirby run (as well some from John Byrne's run). It would be cool to see Marvel First Family return in a new animated series, now adapting other great F4 stories, maybe even introducing new members like Franklin and Valeria Richards
I want The Spectacular Spider-Man back. It's absolutely the best Spider-Man show ever. It pisses 😡 me off that it only got 2 seasons. It's just the perfect Spider-Man show. It has every aspect of the Spider-Man world and then some. Not to mention having gorgeous animation and having the best version of Mary Jane Watson. I really want to see her and Peter Parker/Spider-Man get together. Since he broke up with Liz and Gwen just left him hanging and humiliated by being fooled by the oldest trick in the book. The guilt card. I want someone to call Harry on his crap. How he and his rich family never helped Peter and his Aunt May with their bills. Flash defending Spidey's name and him telling Harry that he is a hero and triple the man his father ever was. Also I would love to see this version of Spider-Man to get organic webs like Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man. Because he said that he needs a power upgrade. This would be perfect. Also one thing that bothers me. About the Peter Parker character in general. Is that it's said that he's poor and barely has money. Yet somehow he can make web fluid and those wrist gauntlets. Which would cost lots of money. That always bothered me with lots of versions of him. Other than Tobey Maguire. So it would be nice to see Josh Keaton's Spidey get this ability as well. Also I would love to see MJ find out he's Spider-Man. Realising Peter is thought to be selfish. But is actually the most honourable person in the city. MJ tells Peter about her past. To see the look on everyone's face when they find out that Spidey was set up on the "murder" of Norman. Also the look on Gwen's face when Peter and MJ become lovers. So much more I want to see. But those are the basic things I want to see. Also I do want the Teen Titans back. To see Beast Boy and Raven become lovers. But the problem is. I don't want them to put this WOKE crap in them. Like they did with Young Justice. Because for some reason these idiots think we need to shove this crap down people's throats and instead of just showing great and classic Superhero shows to entertain people. Look at She Hulk. That's the perfect example of a "superhero show" with the WOKE crap.
4:08 with the tick, I did enjoy the live action reboot. I thought it was very entertaining, especially since I never experienced the original myself nor the animated show. I still have to finish the rest of the reboot
I'd like to personally revive Young Justice (again), Green Lantern: TAS, Beware the Batman, and Avengers: EMH. Of course, my biggest pick is The Spectacular Spider-Man, but that obviously can't happen due to Sony owning the show's rights and Marvel owning the TV rights.
Really, a bigger problem than the 'just for kids' mindset is the mindset of turning everything into a sit-com because of money and because comedy is one of the lowest forms of entertainment that even idiots could write for and not have to leave their comfort zone for. All that to say, the guys who made Teen Titans Go, even though they deserve to be flogged, are emblematic of a deeper issue.

If the 90s Spider-Man series gets a revival here's a idea for it, they could have Flash Thompson become Toxin as a nod to Agent Venom.
I want more Marvel anime about Spider-Man, doctor strange, thor and the fantastic four

Justice League Unlimited is number 1.
Don't forget Batman The Animated Series with the style of the first two Seasons- I never liked the style of seasons 3 and 4..
Thank you, someone said it 🎉
