Khorne is stronger than him. Humanity is more prone to war and murderous intents than complicated plotting as a whole. The simple peasant does not come up with crazy schemes, he rather dreams of murdering his neighbor to steal his wife. However, it is speculated that if it weren’t for the End Times, Slaanesh would have becomed the most powerful of the Chaos Gods as humanity transitions from a warring/plotting existence to one if the excess and pleasures.

Typically they choose a god, but there are examples of some followers that worship them all in some form. It is called chaos undivided and it is very rare. I can only think of three examples the first being Archaeon, Wulfrik the wanderer, and Canto the Unsworn who does not worship any god but is still a part of chaos.
These are like literal atypical gods in the real world lol from the northern areas and the areas conquered by the sythians Molech = Tzeentch Baal = Khorne Diana of the Ephesians = Slannesh Nurgle keeps his name = *Nergal is the (southern) Mesopotamian god of death* Wake up!!
Why is Tzeentch Moloch, specifically? I know Moloch was associated with rites of passage, and that is a form of change. But other than that, I’m not sure what you mean.
Also the idea of Khorne followers as mindless brutes is not true. In a head on conflict the rest of the Chaos Gods are fucked if they have to fight the armies of Khorne. The way I think about it is Khorne is Batman and Tzeentch is the Joker.
Eh. Let's be honest if one of the chaos Gods could have killed the others they would have done it ages ago. And remember, while Khorne beat Tzeench, he didn't kill him. And knowing tzeench it might have actually been part of some plan of his. Also I wouldn't say Tzeench is like Joker. Tzeench loves chaos sure, but his plans aren't random. They're actually impossibly calculated so to the average human they seem random.
