- Although Tzeentch resides within the Realm of Chaos, his attention is focused predominantly on the mortal world. The contradictions, hypocrisy, and deceit scarring the souls of mortals acts as a lure to the Changer of Ways. In some cases, he uses his mortal pawns in the Great Game against the other Ruinous Powers. However, he is mostly interested in satisfying his primal desire to control and twist the fates’ of every being as they become embroiled in his incomprehensible and infinite schemes.

I've got to say, from what I've seen so far, The Book of Choyer has by far the most polished lore videos out there. The narration has a really authentic feel

yes, it is very good, especially the gameplay footage always being relevant. i would love to see the same style used for 40k lore!

@@kuehnjakob with some of the mods out there for DOW 1 (and expansions) plus the incredible available artwork, you can combine them to create a pretty decent representation - i think some of the now-deleted fan-made animation would have provided better visuals (but we don’t want Choyer to lose $$ by using them and falling prey to GW’s random new corporate crusades and being demonitized)
My late fiance was an absolute Warhammer fantasy fan and Tzeentch was his favorite chaos god. Seeing a channel like yours do such a well crafted lore video makes me smile knowing how much my Travis would have appreciated it too. Thanks so much!

Honestly, Tzeentch is my favorite chaos god, he just is chaos. He plans everything that is an will not be. All his minions don't know if he'll just blow them up for laughs. They just serve him because he is the most powerful dude.

It’s interesting that Nurgle, Khorne, and Slaanesh plotted against and split Tzeenthch into fragments. Would not the plotting of the other gods empower Tzeentch? So how could he been scattered into fragments.
…Unless he wanted to be, to become spells and incantations used by mages of the material world. Each old and new spell would be an aspect of Tzeentch. Yet spell casters could against demons of Tzeentch, no?
Who say Tzeentch doesn’t grow more powerful by even plotting against himself in a sense? What if letting the other gods scattering him was all according to plan? To make himself exponentially more powerful over the eons?
Sounds like a very prolonged JoJo fight.

Well ending its anathama to tzeentch. why would he want to end a game that would other wise go on for the rest of time, even if he would be the one to win?

What point is there to eternity if not to have a game to kill the time
Who knows? My take on Tzeench is an immortal being with schemes on top of schemes and even if he looks defeated, change keeps it living along with his jerk followers. Entropy is a state of disorder and that will go on for eons,which suits him just fine. The weakest chaos god one era can become the strongest in the next depending on beliefs and emotions of mortals.
Khorne:hatred and violence
Tzeench:need for change and schemes
Nurgle:fear of death and worry
Slaanesh:lust and desire to extremes

I have supported Tzeentch for more than 20 years. I have suffered from all the other chaos Gods, but have also been granted many shapes and mutations. Im now a TU 160 airplane and many more...

This video seemingly increases in its intensity and the narration and the music drive it. The narrator first goes into the beginnings of the Great Deceiver and then concludes with the existence of the cults and recent events of Tzeentch. The music has a lot percussion and is ominous but has a lot of movement to it. Well done for a video about the Architect of Fate.

The chaos gods dont sound all that chaotic. Tzeentch is the only one who comes close and even he is predictable in his unpredictability; like the Joker.
He’s also an excellent player of Paradox-Billiards-Vostroyan-Roulette-Fourth-Dimensional-Hypercube-Chess-Strip Poker.

Some of the best grimdark stories out there are the ones about how Tzeench betrays all who rely... no... trust and reliance are doing of the fools... those who allow themselves... to fall into his endless deceiving well of promises...
This is why I adore the Old World of Warhammer. Such detail and story that could ever grow and ever change yet does this Chaotic World exist the same in 40k?
It also helps that I adore Old Warfare of the sword and shield, axes and hammers. To have combat in the face, true strength. Death was constant and living was rewarded, population would stable, and deaths would be in the thousands before a victor compared to a mere possible 100 dead and the gunfight ceases.
It absolutely exist in 40k. 40k is infinitely more fleshed out and with way more lore. I also prefer Warhammer Fantasy because I like the medieval setting but 40k has more depth
In 40K deaths can be in the millions or billions before the gunfire ceases. Still I like the more finite scale of Warhammer Fantasy, it makes it more meaningful.

1. Tzeentch- Knowledge is innately useful, knowing your opponent is the most important step to victory
2. Khorne, Nurgle- Violence and death are innately useful domains.
4. Slaanesh- there is nothing innately powerful about hedonism, in fact it’s often a detriment to success.
