This was the same bloke I saw on a podcast a couple years ago saying he likes to train players on their strengths. Make them improve it. Blows my mind. A player who is a 5/10 at passing can go to a 8/10 way easier then if he is 8/10 at shooting and is training to go to 10/10.

I don't think he's talking in circles at all. He's certainly elaborating on points, which is what you want in an interview. Bit of humour too.
He's a great guy. Fergie wouldn't have kept him for so long if he didn't know his stuff.
When you are referring to articulation perhaps it's best to ensure your own phasing is on point?... talks in riddles, goes around in circles...don't thank me...
