I watched your video at Lake Chapala, Mexico by Guadalajara. You make me wish I was able to seek you out. Wish it was simple to find a skilled and compassionate pelvic therapist for men down here, but I am not looking; feel it would be in vain
7 years in chronic state Nothing helps But turning away from stretching to Contraction As in shortening the bag of nerves. Still searching for proper excercise
I'm 58 and have suffered with this for at least 20 years,I've seen 7 urologists with 0 help, they all say take flomax, doesn't help with the pain, which is unbearable, one doctor sent me to Cleveland for pelvic floor therapy, which made the pain even worse, and was told that it was making it worse and sent me away saying nothing can be done. I can't take this much longer going through life with these symptoms which include all the urinary symptoms like frequency, wont come out, pain during, pain sitting, continuous pain throughout the day, never had sex because of the pain,I am a caregiver and cant travel ,what should I do
Bro, you should find a specialist physio who knows this stuff. Otherwise, maybe it's the pudendal nerve who is trapped somewhere in your body. Surgery can help you if it's the case. In ant case, try to relax, you can beat it !
the research from just the last two years has really advanced and acknowledged mind body connection you need to find a specialist in oelvic rehabilitation and a pelvic pain medicine clinic. go to pelvicrehabilitation.com i hope theres one where you live.
M T oh I completely understand most doctors are clueless. And urologists love prescribing Flomax. Just curious have you ever had a sacrum/ coccyx x-ray performed to rule out cysts or a dislocated/ broken tailbone. Your pelvic floor muscles are attached to the ischial tuberosity ( sit down bones) and the coccyx (tailbone). Some of the slightest things can cause your tailbone to dislocate and the pain can appear in the low back, buttocks, penile/ groin area, hip, pelvic region, and even into your thigh.
I'm 32 and just started having your exact symptoms last year. I've done everything and nothing helps. I commend you for putting up it for so long. I don't know how much longer I can do this, it's destroying my life.
Thank you for this video. And thank you for responding in the comments. My issues started a year and a half ago. Random pelvic pain, usually stabbing. Mostly in my public hair region. Sudden onset of frequent urination with burning. Went to the doctor because I thought UTI. Checked ok. Had pelvic ultrasound twice, and everything looked "normal". No hernia either. Pain continued off and on. Sometimes worse than others. 8 months ago, after w pretty bad case of Covid my PSA # jumped. And jumped again 3 months later. Urologist thought it was a fluke. His examination showed a normal size and feel for my prostate. Retested PSA 3 weeks later and PSA came back down. Now I deal with random stabbing pelvic.l pain, urination stream is much weaker than before as well as ejaculation force. Visited a pelvic floor therapist locally. Unfortunately they don't take my health care insurance and I can't afford $150 per visit so I stopped going. I do some stretches but it doesn't seem to help sometimes painful. Please answer this part.. Is it normal to feel more pain after kegel type exercises? It is really scary to me. I feel at a loss. I don't know what to think.. Thank you!!!

We need someone to make a chrome lined stainless steel pelvic wand. Right now they're either made of acrylic or covered in silicone. So, it's difficult to clean them. No amount of soap, water, disinfectant toy cleaner gets the silicone ones clean.
I am going to be getting this service soon. I am so nervous about it. I keep picturing that I get some woman doctor who went through a horrible divorce and now she is going to take it out on me.
After i got my vasectomy 2 years ago my life has done a 180. I have had testie pain spermatic cord pain. Vas pain thigh pain butt pain groin pain abdominal pain. Pelvic pain. Nerve pain. All because i got a vasactomy. Ive had 3 to 4 months of antibiotics doctors thinking it was infection. Nerve medications mri ultra sound. Noone truly knows whats wrong with me. The worst part is most doctor's dont3 care. I had one urologist say it's in my head. I'd literally do anything to take back getting a vasactomy. Lifting things hurt. Anybit of straining hurts my pelvic adominal area including testies/ cord. My anas also feels weird/ prostate. I really don't kbow what to do but maybe try pelvic floor thearpy. I dont really have much hope left. Ok im done sorry have a good day just upset everyday i live in bad pain and take it out on my kids and wife. I hate my life!!!!
Hey there you’re not alone. Going through the same thing and there’s many of us going through it. Don’t give up hope. We can overcome it and come back out on top. Best of luck to you on the journey to feeling better again. You got this.
I'm sorry sir. I hope you go to a urologist about the following options, this is a medical guide for what options we may have. If these fail, seeing a pelvic floor specialist will probably work out since the pelvic floor is just as involved as our testes. Sorry for your pain, and you can get better. www.mdedge.com/familymedicine/article/63917/pain/algorithm-treatment-chronic-testicular-pain
One more thing, friend: Sometimes physical pain can be sincerely a psychological issue, which is important that you should see a psychiatrist if you have depression or mental health issues. I know it might be 'I had pain, then mental health and physical health issues' but it's to your benefit to explore this avenue. Anxiety and depression often have symptoms where people feel flashes of pain in areas, sometimes including the genitals. You're not alone in this, friend. Keep on trying and you'll have relief.
@@TheSiriusSigma pelvic floor therapy didn't help I have an appointment for dernervation of the spermatic cord. 70 to 80% success on completely eliminating pain..
From viewing this i would give Susie 99% . The gp i saw , i would give minus 99%. Why ...because he gave me cipro which did not help the pelvis. But the cipro gave me 30 major problems, each one as bad as or worse than the pelvis. Ruined my life over the past 8 years.
Cipro caused both my dad and I to have tendonitis that turned into a chronic condition. I did see a pelvic floor physical therapist. She was a woman and totally comfortable treating me. It really helped and lasted a long time.
Dr. Gronski, warm regards. I am a sixty year old otherwise healthy and extremely fit man who is a medical doctor by profession. IBS and migraine for over forty years. I've been suffering from near-constant burning and stinging in the urethra and tip of the penis AFTER -- not while -- voiding the bladder. Three top urologists agree I have CHRONIC PROSTATITIS. Two rounds of antibiotics and a battery of tests later -- all negative except Moganella morganii in the first EPS culture -- , I am worse off than when it all started three months ago. No anorectal, hypogastric or testicular pain ever. No ED or PE. No issues with voiding. Will physiotherapy help? Feeling utterly frustrated and hopeless.
I've had good results with you I like the way you explain things and I've had this problem since 2017 since I had my surgeries I have an erection if I do get one it doesn't stay there it disappears when I do have it I do feel like I'm coming and it just hurts and there's nothing that comes out can you tell me if there is a insurance like I'm on Medicare Plan A and B because this is going on too long and I'm been on depression pills and anxiety pills because of the major surgery I had to my abdominal I have an aneurysm removed and then my colon was ruptured so I went through three surgeries
Good information I would never be comfortable allowing a woman to see my private parts but am sure other men will take positive message from this information .The thing that could help men seek help is more men in this field,I am always amazed at the number of females in and around when a man is getting intimate procedure or exam women can get mammogram without men wondering in and out why can men not be treated with same respect
I couldn't find a PT who give pelvic floor physical therapy after 3 months of looking. My urologist was willing to refer me but no one in the KC area will do it for a male that is covered by insurance. I had a receptionist laugh at me for asking when I was calling around. Still without treatment. I have had chronic testicle pain for nearly a decade. I hate this shit.
@@KoolAidDinkyTV definitely some improvements with minimal effort from me, I few stretches I found online but mostly just time, and not flexing my pelvic floor while stressed (which is all the time)
@@Lyod13 Well I am glad you’re improving. I have some issues. I am a 20 years old male. Like a week ago, I was having urgency to Urinate. I Urinated like 6-13 times. I went to get tests for UTIs or Kidney Stones. Tests were negative nothing was abnormal. When I urinate I feel like there's urine left in my penis so I have to strain or push to get the rest out. Sometimes It takes 3 or 4 seconds for urine to start even though I have urges. The stream sometimes comes in a straight line and I urine a lot and sometimes I don’t urinate a lot. Sometimes a little urine leaks in small drops. It happens whens I am done Urinating.I have like discomfort in urethra and sometimes I have like twitching or fasciculations inside my urethra. Before all these symptoms showed I had constipation, but It did not worry me because sometimes It goes away after a day. But I realized it lasted a a few more days. I also get trapped gas in my anus that I have to push, I did not had to strain to pass gas before. This is scaring me. I don't have any other symptoms like blood in Urine or fever. Before all of this happened I was always in college from January through May, sitting in class and in home I always sat to do Homework. And when I was done I went straight to bed and only walked a little bit. In May that’s when I decided to start working out, I lifted 20 lbs with my both arms and did sit ups and all types of abdomen workouts everyday. I also went for 25-30 minute runs. Did that for 3 weeks and after that the symptoms I previously mentioned showed up in May 19th. Do you think the workouts could had injured my pelvic floor and that’s what causes my Issues with Bladder.

I starting doing kegel exercise by sneezing and releasing the pelvic muscle from 2 days Now the problem is that I have feeling pain in pelvic muscle now Please tell me why I am feeling this pain I am 24 years old Please reply
Go see a pelvic floor physical therapist. You need to have your SI joints checked to see if they are ok and your hips to see if they are in alignment. You can also type Cure CPPS on youtube and do the exercises in all his videos. They helped me. Pelvic pain can come from feeling anxious all the time and you tighten the muscles in your pelvis and/or lower abdomen. Also, your rectum could be tight from feeling anxious and tightening the pelvic muscles. Take deep breaths throughout the day. This isn't something that you will get rid of with muscle relaxers or pills. Only stretching, massage, never getting mad, and deep breathing will help you beat CPPS. Don't do any surgeries. Don't ever push when you're pooping. Order the book "A Headache in the Pelvis" by Anderson-Wise. If you understand all the symptoms and why, you'll understand why this takes time to beat and why you should never do surgery.
@@JoyRam13 I’ve been doing the stretching which helps a bit, but I learned the real cause of my Pelvic Floor Dysfunction is what I eat. I think I have IBS and so hopefully if I can treat my microbiome many of the symptoms will go away.
Oh my God talk about first impressions clearly you have a doctorate in angelists you wouldn't happen to practice in Ontario would you?another very gifted you tuber pleasure 😄
My issue isn’t painful. I just always feel like I have to poop, 24/7, and I have a really hard time relaxing enough to pee. It’s so frustrating and miserable. I maybe get 3-4 hours of sleep at night as I usually only fall asleep out of sheer exhaustion as it’s hard to sleep when it feels like you’re about to poop the bed. Only to find out you don’t have to go, you’re even empty, but your body is sending you false signals.
I had cancer of porstate they took it out but they said it will take 9 months to 1 years but it’s been 8 years now my penis is in side of me all see my ball’s

I never heard someone talk so long and never answer the question. She must’ve asked three times what takes place in a session and she just droned on about ‘comfort levels’ and I learned nothing about what to expect at an appointment
Men are taught very early in life that exposing their genitals is shameful, especially with women ! They are taught all their life they could go to jail and be registered as a sex offender ! We are shamed for asking for a male practitioners ! It is a no win situation ! We are told we are to protect women and we are deposable and is not manly to complain about a little pain !
Ok and a woman would be explaining this why ? 1st She's PT not a dr. 2nd if I'm not mistaken dhe is She. And 3rd and final no male would go through any kind of intimate exam done by a woman. Why must women even get involved with certain things men don't need them to be. Is this some kind of payback for men being women's drs. for all those years. I'm sorry for that they shouldn't have been because they aren't women and don't understand what women go through or feel. Now the same goes for this. And she in know way had men reaching to her.
I was looking for hard factual information but this seems more like an infomercial. The Dr. PT seems very talkative (too much) as if being apologetic for her choice of focusing on men's health. Drawing useful definitive facts was trying and hard to sit for her presentation. That said it's a sensitive subject. Maybe not to me but most practitioners and male patients have a hard time with it. The interviewer was also uncomfortable with her own questions, which seems absurd to me. They're only questions. BTW.. I go for extended PT since an SCI and subsequent surgery. I also have no problem with anyone sticking fingers in me for suitable medical reasons. Every year I go into the hospital for follow up exams, treatment, with extended hospital stays. Every year I get treated by excellent doctors (often female) and several kind-hearted nurses sticking fingers in my butt, touching my penis, doing daily bladder work, showering, etc. etc. It stopped being an issue about a week after my initial spinal surgery. These people helped me to walk again, at least in a limited manner. Thank God! ..Also, by luck of the draw, my primary care doctor is a female doctor, working out of a "women's health" clinic. So what! She's an excellent physician, I never came away feeling untreated or misdiagnosed. After a bit, I had no trouble being a male going to a women's health clinic. As Dr G. says it's all the same (male or female) just arranged and constructed somewhat differently -- i.e. ovaries inside testicles hanging outside, penis/clitoris more similar than different. It's no big deal! Let's just grow up a little.
Is it the in thing to refer to men as people with penises? What"s wrong with the word man or men? The talk was too long, and the over bubbly persona put me off a bit - rather too much like a performance than an informative video.
@@khall187 Whiney???? It's my opinion, and a perfectly valid opinion. This is a space for comments, and that's what I honestly thought, (but whiney?) you seem to have a strange definition of whiney. But then again, to use your terminology - get over it!!
Out of all the things you could have taken away from the video you chose to comment on how she refers to men. It contributes nothing to the conversation so therefore it is absolutely whining. She could be doing anything but she chooses to specialize in helping men. Be glad there is someone who is an expert on these issues. Nobody cares about your opinions on her personality.

Dear Dr Gronski...I need your expertise!...Please post how to reach you. Thank you!!! David
It can be a postural problem to. I visited a specialist of ocular re-education and I can see the differences
the research from just the last two years has really advanced and acknowledged mind body connection you need to find a specialist in oelvic rehabilitation and a pelvic pain medicine clinic. go to pelvicrehabilitation.com i hope theres one where you live.
Great and wonderful doctor love her ❤️

I have pain in my left testicle and plus urinary issues
Anyone know how much this kind of therapy will run? I have insurance but ill assume it doesnt cover this.
Good material, thanks
We need someone to make a chrome lined stainless steel pelvic wand. Right now they're either made of acrylic or covered in silicone. So, it's difficult to clean them. No amount of soap, water, disinfectant toy cleaner gets the silicone ones clean.
This is true
Could this learning also offer alleviation if applied when suffering from epididymitis? Thank you.
I am going to be getting this service soon. I am so nervous about it. I keep picturing that I get some woman doctor who went through a horrible divorce and now she is going to take it out on me.
Are there any pelvic floor therapist in miami?
Spine injury is a very important factor in Pelvis therapy

Keep on trying and you'll have relief.

hi doctor Susie,
I have pain in my left testiclur and also sometimes having difficulty urination. can you please help me
Go see a doctor mate :) Don't wait or look for answers online. You need a proper examination.
Can you provide help for ED ?
my pelvic floor therapists just did biofeedback, is this normal
I wish Dr Susie was my Doctor :'(
Yup. Go see a pelvic floor therapist who specializes in men.

Merci Suzie you are blessing.. good angel keep going 🥰🥰🌟🌟🎉🎉☺☺ i was in pain since 2014 thinking iam going crazy☺☺🌈🌈tank you very much
How does a guy know if He is having prostate problems or pelvic floor problems?
I know what you mean. Bladder, prostate, pelvic floor have same or similar symptoms.
I've had good results with you I like the way you explain things and I've had this problem since 2017 since I had my surgeries I have an erection if I do get one it doesn't stay there it disappears when I do have it I do feel like I'm coming and it just hurts and there's nothing that comes out can you tell me if there is a insurance like I'm on Medicare Plan A and B because this is going on too long and I'm been on depression pills and anxiety pills because of the major surgery I had to my abdominal I have an aneurysm removed and then my colon was ruptured so I went through three surgeries
i need to make an appointment , not joking
I wish my urologist would do this for us
Where did you get your male pelvis? I am also a Pelvic Health PT and see many men. I would love to get a 3D. I only have a female at this point.
Good information I would never be comfortable allowing a woman to see my private parts but am sure other men will take positive message from this information .The thing that could help men seek help is more men in this field,I am always amazed at the number of females in and around when a man is getting intimate procedure or exam women can get mammogram without men wondering in and out why can men not be treated with same respect
totally agree there's so many other directions she could have taken why men.
@@tommac21she loves men and wants to help them. A beautiful work. Have you ever questioned why so many male gynecologists?
I couldn't find a PT who give pelvic floor physical therapy after 3 months of looking. My urologist was willing to refer me but no one in the KC area will do it for a male that is covered by insurance. I had a receptionist laugh at me for asking when I was calling around. Still without treatment. I have had chronic testicle pain for nearly a decade. I hate this shit.
That’s just so bad. How are you now any improvements?

Yes, this is a pelvic floor issue with the muscles unable to run through their entire process at the right times.
@@neue01 please explain this and how to cure it
My issue isn’t painful.

And even more so in the me too world of today.
That is all in your head.
I have both sex organs
Had to stop listening when referencing "people with penises."
Is it the in thing to refer to men as people with penises? What"s wrong with the word man or men? The talk was too long, and the over bubbly persona put me off a bit - rather too much like a performance than an informative video.
You sound whiney. Deal with it.

@@davidhansen4927 nice try but if you had any reading comprehension skills you’d see that wasn’t the crux of my issue with the comment. It was a helpful video and doesn’t deserve to be discredited because ya’ll are sensitive that she didn’t call you a man. Sorry if it upsets you
