I began jumping rope when I stumbled upon your channel after abdominal surgery in February. When I could start working out again in April, I bought a jump rope and managed to go from doing 3, 30-second rounds, to now being up to 5, 90-second rounds. I feel and look fitter than I have in years (I'm 55). Thanks for inspiring me to keep doing the thing!
Hey man, I just wanted to say that you’re amazing! You’ve inspired me to start working out with a jump rope. I began in July and it’s now October 6th, having worked out until September 30th. I gradually increased my jump rope time from 5 minutes to 30 minutes each day. I did miss quite a lot days until the end of September, but starting October 1st, I’m committed to a 100-day challenge of 30 minutes of jump rope plus pushup workout. I’ve already completed six days, and I’ll be updating my progress here daily. #Dothething
I must say after following JRD (and ZDF prior) it is genius how you always use random places outdoors to shoot your workout videos. Not only do these places often look nice and better than a typical studio, but I imagine it saves you a ton of money.
Thank you so much for this and all of your workouts! I remember not even being able to finish 30 secs and here I am,crushing the 3 minutes (except my shoulders are dead 😂) all because of your videos and my consistent routine ❤❤! My aim is to do all the videos on this channel🎉😂
Keep it minimum at first. 30 sec skipping/ 30 sec resting. 5 minutes first week, >5 minutes next week until you reach 30 minutes. And keep watching and rewatching this channel to keep yourself pump up 💪🏽. #dothething
Wow this was an amazing workout i used to jump rope like 20 minutes but very slow and taking breaks but today i felt i did so much more workout hopefully i can achieve my dream physique in the coming days♥️
I thought i wouldn't be able to do the whole thing since i usually do 30 sec jump rope. From now on this will be me go to jump rope workout, and i'll try to do this twice
Thanks u guys serve ur gifts But i have one question its been 3 weeks and my lower leg starts hurting and my knees are bad when i jump what should i do about it if u can help me with this thanks ❤
Hi - I do jumprope... I jump for 100 skips.. then I use my iwatch to come down from my pult to about 130... and then do 100 more.. and so on.. on of the rope I do 200... and change the weight of the rope for every 1000 skips.
I've bee doing the 3 minute jumps enduarance workout, I'll definitely try this but with more intensity in the last thirty seconds. Can't wait! Edit: Just did it and I almost puked my intestines😂😂great work out though!!
I seem to develop Achilles Tendonitis in my heels whenever I do too many double unders nowadays, so I guess I'll just have to limit that 30 seconds at the end of each round to Sprints/Run in Place at max intensity when I do this workout.
Dan, Im looking to get crossrope. Just curious the length of the rope your using. The reason i ask isbecause im 5ft 10 inches and deciding between medium and large

Is only jump rope enough to loose weight
Bro 1st viewww
Dan, Im looking to get crossrope. Just curious the length of the rope your using.
The reason i ask isbecause im 5ft 10 inches and deciding between medium and large
I’d go with a medium. I’m 6’3” and the large is perfect for me. XL is a little too big.
@@JumpRopeDudes great. Thanks for all you do in the jump rope community 💪 👊
Dan try this same workout with the 1 pound rope, that would be intense!
Ohhhhh smells like a challenge to me!
