Jan. 2019 I made this and it took me about 8 hours and cost around $45 bucks. It was so delicious!!! My family gobbled it up. I'll be making it again next weekend and I'll freeze some broth for later, to enjoy. I used 2 packs of oxtails, beef bones and beef shank. My whole big pot made 8-9 big bowls of soup.So, at like $5 a bowl, it's still cheaper to make it, than to buy it at a restaurant. Here in Ohio, Bun Bo Hue costs around $10-13 a bowl. Pretty expensive.
