The lady in the red shirt is wrong. I've had bun bo hue from Hanoi, down central Vietnam to HMC and further south. The most memorable Bun Bo Hue I've ever had was in fact in Hue. It wasn't in some touristy section either but all locals. It was one of those times I've had noodles so good the taste is burned into my brain like a traumatic experience (in a good) way.
Near my hotel was also the best sot vang breakfast i've ever had. It was a store but on the street and I still remember how good it was to this day.
Most of the food in the south has too much added sugar and punchiness to it giving up refinement.

Tu as raison d'aimer le Phô c'est un des plats incontournable à surtout ne pas manquer au Vietnam avec son bol de Xi wat avec des morceaux de nerfs, de cartilage de croquant = collagène naturel . Normalement on ajoute des oignons vinaigré dans le Phô . Je ne connaissais pas la version avec l'ail , c'est nouveau !

Ý kiến riêng: Mỗi vùng miền 1 khẩu vị, chị bán bún không nên nói món mình bán tại gốc Huế là dở. Và nấu hợp khẩu vị dân miền Nam thì đó là chuyện khác. Như mình dân Huế ăn trong này không thích bằng, không thấy đậm mùi bằng. Nếu tự tin về món mình bán ngon như vậy thì thiết nghĩ chị nên ghi là bún bò Sài Gòn hoặc bún bò thương hiệu của mình gì đó ạ

Hi Max, i like your video and your knowledge about Vietnamese food. I just like to tell you that 'xí quách' is normally made from beef bone when we prepare brot for phở or bún bò. It's not made from pork bone. So, when you say xí quách we will automaticaly understand it's from beef. Thanks for your videos and your knowledge.👍

In Vietnam, sometimes you give big bills like 500k VND, people will be afraid to hold them, sometimes people invite you for free. Because they don't have a lot of change to pay guests. So you should bring change, the most common is 50k VND.

Phở nổi tiếng hơn nhưng đa số người nước ngoài mình biết đều xếp Bún chả - bún bò huế ngon hơn phở rất nhiều. Bản thân mình thì lại thấy món nước ngon nhất là bún riêu > bún chả > bún bò
giống mik mik thích nhất là bún bò, bún cá, bún riêu chứ thực sự phở thì mik thấy ko thích lắm 😅
Hôm trc mà nhậu say sáng hôm sau làm tô phở nó mới sảng khoái vì nước dùng thanh đặc trưng😊
Do Phở và bánh mì quá phổ biến bên nước ngoài trong khi bún bò Huế không dễ nấu, còn bún chả thì đang được ưa chuộng rất nhiều, mấy năm gần đây đặc biệt ở Hàn Quốc và châu Âu, từ khoá chỉ thua Phở mà thôi, fyi từ khoá bún chả đã vượt bánh mì tại Hàn Quốc. Mình thì vẫn mê Phở = Bún chả > bún riêu cua ốc = bún bò Huế
