You have to be kidding me, this is exactly what my mom cooks! The fish and bittermelon soups are replicas. The whole chicken is the same except for the addition of lemon grass. Also the filling you used for your spring roll is what we usr for eggrolls! The exact recipe of our eggrolls except for the outer layer LOL

For a minute I thought I was watching a military cooking school. And you are blessed to eat and digest food like a machine. I cannot imagine making all that food in one day...actually I don't even know where to get all the ingredients. Thank you for sharing. The way you eat is quite incredible...just like a machine!

A little tip for you Quang, from where I live which is Indonesia, we used to soak the bitter melon ( we call it "pare" in Indonesia ) in salt water to reduce the bitterness for 15 - 30 mins (depends how much bitterness you want in the bitter melon). I usually soaked it in 20 mins to get the perfect amount of bitterness, not too bitter, not too bland. and by the way, great video as always! cheers from a fan from Indonesia :D
