You need to fix your instructions! Regarding the sensor light: Turn the screw CLOCKWISE to turn it on, counter-clockwise to turn it off. Clockwise and anti/counter-clockwise is ALWAYS from the perspective of the person doing the action. Always!
My printer is not auto leveling or manual leveling can not be achieved. When start the nozzle hit the plate and doesn’t stop. Is the sensor broken? When put my finger it does light red but not with the plate. ??
I have to adjust every time? Whit mine ET4 in going Crazy. Or in have issue, or not have an idea, i repeat for the 100st time the procedure.. then i return It at amzn, and buy and elegoo ..i have nevercever have problema whit DIY prusas. ... Maybe was Better ..or mine ET4 can be have a firmware problem?
even after using the home method to make it scratch paper and perfectly setting it mine still prints like a few mm in the air. I have to just print, adjust, print, adjust, until its not either scraping the print bed or 3mm in the air...
when i print it lowers and turns red right before hitting the bed so the sensor it tuned properly but still prints 3mm above the bed SMH Edit: Turns out I didn't import the cura settings and slice it properly
I adjusted the sensor and manually leveled the bed. When I press okay it goes the perfect amount away from the print bed to print but when I start printing something it just slams in the print bed and starts melting the sticker. Any help?
When I press auto lvl instead of tapping the bed and moving onto the next point like in this video it taps the bed, then moves up the z axis, and goes to the right as if to tap the next point, then goes up the Z axis again, it does so until it gradually hits the top of the Z axis and can't go up any further, then it comes back down to the initial hight while still scanning the bed and it starts to go up the Z axis again... anyone have this issue?
Yes, your sensor needs to be screwed downwards use the adjusting screw on top of the extruder. If there are any question, pls ask customer service for consultation.(support@labists.com)
Same thing happened me. Did the auto sensor work OK for you? Like in this video th-cam.com/video/vpcK4mhtBUQ/w-d-xo.html Doublecheck all your cables are connected correctly, no pinching etc.
The “it just slams into the bed” comment made me laugh haha. Mine was doing the same thing initially, the key part I was missing was tightening the little screw until the light turned on!
Thank you very much for your support. Please check again whether there is a problem with the product. if there are still any question, pls ask customer service for consultation.(support@labists.com)
Was soll ich tun?

Is there a way to make the software compensate for uneven bed by lifting the printhead
So what about those numbers being other than zero? You don’t adjust the offset like the picture in your directions?

Is there a method to reset this printer,my printed isn't working good and i can't understand why
Which slicer would you use for this printer. (If it's Cura then which printer do you select as I can't see Labists in the list.)
I just made a custom one
