Well, from my recent years of hairstyling and figuring out what works best for me, I have found a solution that works really great! There is a lot more to it than just the products you use! if ur gonna play sports then dont spend too much effort on your hair and keep your hairstyle in the direction your hair naturally grows. You can't get a high volume hairstyle if ur gonna play sports so get a low volume one to the side or if your hair is shorter to the front like a fringe but not to the back.

Yes! This guy knows what he's talking about!!!! He just showed you what I've been doing to make my hair to look amazing for the past 30 years! My hair looks thicks but only because I have lots of hair follicles, the hair strands are actually thin. I'm a 59 year old woman who has thin hair strands but lots of hair follicles. My hair has always looked amazing because I've followed this same technique since the early 80's. I also agree to use less product for more volume. It's all about the cut and the way you blow dry it. But again, this only works if your hair strands are thin, but you have lots of strands on your head.

I watched this vid yesterday and you have the exact type of hair that I do. Thin strands, but a lot of it. I tried all of the techniques this morning and this definitely helped. My hair is cut shorter in the middle top and the top back, so this was perfect. 😂 I used mousse and blow dried it like you said and it worked! However, I will have to try that wax/clay product bc when I use my molding paste my hair isn't as soft and I can't run my fingers through my hair. But this helped a lot thanks man👌🏼👌🏼

what style? Usually I use wax for most messy/voluminous styles but pomade/gel for formal slick hairstyles.

Humpty Maher Well actually, you can use wax but you can also use pomade, there are many different kinds of pomades that will let you style your hair in different ways, his hair has a lot of volume and one thing you can do or use is hairspray. When you use this, it will give volume to your hair and make it look soft with shine and texture. while hair gel makes your hair hard and shine to much. so try some hairspray that says its for voluminous hair. and when you use it, blow dry your hair on low and comb it back the way you want.. its what i do
