@@Facts.FYI_ My hair and scalp is naturally a little dry. Although I have no problems with using this method with a prestyler. I can also recommend this with using some oils/seriums/conditioners before blowdrying.

immediately jumped in the shower to do this after watching this video. I have very curly hair, and every time i do my normal hairstyle (with a blowdryer, trying to get it straight), it goes back to a wavy frizz soon after. This technique combined with Hanz de Fuko hair oil and claymation was PERFECT. Next time I will try post styling with quicksand, or maybe even pick up some BluMaan!

Im officially terrified right now! I did it all, it looks cool but all the comments about losing hair are freaking me out UPDATE: 2 days later I still have my hair
The comments are just stupid and made from uneducated people. Of COURSE holding high heat right onto 1 area in your scalp will burn it and damage the hair. But as long as you're constantly moving the blowdryer with the paddle brush, then heat will be distributed evenly and your hair won't be damaged. ESPECIALLY if you use a prestyler oil that prevents heat damage, like he did. Also may I ask, how long does your hair stay in this malleable form? A few days? A week? Im planning on trying this technique today but I'm just interested to see how often this style needs to be redone
BONUS TIP: If you have one of those hairdryers that is a brush but also blows out air like a blowdryer, then it makes this technique so much easier because now you have a 2-1 one tool with the brush and the blowdryer
Thanks for this great tutorial man. I always wear hats but I have really nice thick hair I’m starting to show off now because of this video. Going through a divorce so my confidence in myself is low but when I have my hair done I feel really good about myself. Thank you

You only do this technique for maybe a week tops so that once the hair is trained, it doesn't need to undergo so much blowdrying. I use this everyday, I just don't flat wrap side to side and back 3 times. I do it once and it works just fine. Great Video!
